In early March, Stanford University law students invited US Fifth Circuit Judge Kyle Duncan to speak at the university. It was a setup. When Judge Duncan arrived the young Marxists screamed at the federal judge, harassed him, shut down his speech, and threatened his children.
School officials allowed law students to berate and shout down a federal judge who was invited to speak at the university.
Students made it impossible for him to speak and he had to be escorted by Federal Marshals from the building. [Video]
Judge Duncan later told The Free Beacon, “If enough of these kids get into the legal profession,

HELSINKI — Finland’s main conservative party claimed victory in a parliamentary election Sunday in an extremely tight three-way race in which right-wing populists took second place, leaving Prime Minister Sanna Marin’s Social Democratic Party in third, dashing her hopes for reelection. The center-right National Coalition Party (NCP) claimed victory Sunday evening with all of the votes counted, coming out on top at 20.8%. They were followed by right-wing populist party The Finns with 20.1%, while the Social Democrats garnered 19.9%. With the top three parties each getting around 20% of the vote, no party is in position to form a

If major corporations hated your guts, what would they be doing differently? The answer is nothing, which leaves an astute observer to conclude that they do, in fact, hate your guts.
The latest example of that comes from Bud Light, which has decided to make a deranged, attention-seeking transgender woman the face of its brand. No, this was not an April Fools joke. It’s real, and Dylan Mulvaney is now a brand ambassador for the popular beer brand.
He released two videos on Saturday showing a commemorative can Bud Light produced to celebrate his “365th day of girlhood.” Mulvaney also plugged March Madness for the brand,

Thursday evening the “news” was released smack in the middle of the afternoon drive news cycle.
For maximum effect the disgraced Manhattan’s DA office confirmed the former President Donald J. Trump would be facing an arraignment on charges stemming from a new “hot off the presses” indictment.
Already likely the worst kept secret in Manhattan for the better part of the last two months, this move gave the media, rivals and opponents to the former President, and most significantly the current administration,a moment to clink their glasses and raise a toast to the fact that they had finally “gotten him.”
Now what?

Elon Musk has launched yet another attack on The New York Times just as Twitter removed the publication's verified check mark.
In multiple tweets he said the publication was guilty of publishing boring 'propaganda' and said its feed was like 'diarrhea' because it put out too many tweets.
'The real tragedy of [The New York Times] is that their propaganda isn't even interesting,' wrote Musk early on Sunday morning. 'Also, their feed is the Twitter equivalent of diarrhea. It's unreadable,' he added.

Former President Trump’s legal team makes a significant announcement against Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s “politically motivated” indictment against him.
On Sunday, Trump's attorney Joe Tacopina expects to make a motion to dismiss any charges against the former president.
“We will take the indictment. We will dissect it. The team will look at every potential issue that we will be able to challenge and will challenge. And, of course, I very much anticipate a motion to dismiss coming because there's no law that fits this," Tacopina said during an interview on CNN.
The Trump lawyer said his team would not do anything at the arraignment because that would be “showmanship.”

Not all angels have wings. Actress Melissa Joan Hart and her husband, metal singer Mark Wilkerson, were headed to school for a student-teacher conference in Nashville last Monday when traffic stopped in front of them. “There [was] just a school of children coming through the woods” on the side of the highway. Though they didn’t know what was happening, they immediately did what many people would do. They helped.

It’s time that Conservative leaders in red states across the country begin indicting real criminals who are destroying this country. Crimes by far-left criminals have been reported in the public arena and it’s now time to indict.
Obama went after citizen Trump in 2011 when he was at a White House dinner. Obama hated Trump for shining light on his birth certificate. He hated anyone who did. Sheriff Joe Arpaio was attacked by Obama-Biden’s DOJ later for doing the same. Why such a response?

How long have Democrats been trying to throw anything up against the wall when it comes to former President Donald Trump, trying to make something stick? They’ve been trying to get him for years, with the ready assistance of the liberal media in the effort. And now that they may have finally gotten an indictment in a turkey of a case, they’re beginning to become concerned that this is already backfiring on them, that what they’ve done may just be making him stronger for 2024 and he may prevail over them.

You couldn’t find two more solid and stolid figures of the Republican establishment than Jeb Bush and William Barr. Both have also been harsh critics of Donald Trump, who has given it right back in spades. In case you’ve been living under a rock, yesterday, March 31, was proclaimed to be Transgender Day of Visibility. This apparently started back in 2010, though I don’t recall hearing about it until this year. It is, perhaps, somehow appropriate that they assigned this holiday to fall the day before April Fools Day, but that’s a debate for another time. There was some confusion over the name because a group of trans activists had also declared March 31st to be the “transgender day of vengeance.” (That wound up being canceled at the last minute, apparently when people noticed it and started talking about it on social media.)

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is really making a name for himself on a national level, likely much to his eventual regret. After convincing a grand jury to bring preposterous charges against Donald Trump, Bragg had to find something to keep himself busy until Tuesday, and a New York garage attendant named Moussa Diarra offered him that opportunity. Diarra was working the overnight shift yesterday when he spotted Charles Rhodie rooting around the garage with a bag, apparently attempting to steal some of the tools and equipment in the garage. Diarra confronted Rhodie and demanded to inspect the bag.

Like most big cities, Chicago has a crime problem. The city is not unique in that respect, nor is it unique in residents charging the police with racism, brutality, and the targeting of minorities.
But Chicago is afflicted with a deadly combination: a police department that walks on eggshells for fear of being accused of brutality, thus making far fewer arrests, and a local prosecutor who believes it’s more important to impose her idea of “restorative justice” than enforce the law.
The city’s police department is under a Department of Justice consent decree that does little to address the real, systemic problems on the Chicago police force but adds reams

After the horrific massacre in Nashville, the Democratic Party is hellbent on feeding the malignant narcissism of the “trans community,” in which they see a reliable, perpetually aggrieved voter base and a tool with which to terrorize society. This isn’t “Christian nationalism.” Virtually every institution is sending a message that murderous violence toward Christians is acceptable, or at least less bad than exposing the “trans community” to obloquy. Law enforcement is obstructing the release of the manifesto. Merrick Garland won’t call it a hate crime, and neither will Joe Biden, who apparently thinks this is all a big joke.

The two big stories this week illustrate the corruption of the legal system and of the Democrat party, which controls key portions of it. As well, they illustrate the media’s continuing effort to deny us the truth we see with our own eyes.
The Indictment of President Trump
New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Jr. has indicted former President Trump. Arraignment is scheduled on Tuesday. Sometime before then we are likely to see the charges against him, which reportedly -- as is the normal order of weak cases -- run to over 20 counts. The Czech novelist Milan Kundera published The Joke, his first novel, in 1967. It traces the fortunes of Ludvik, a young student, after his politically correct girlfriend shows the Communist authorities a postcard he had written to her as a joke: “Optimism is the opium of the people! A healthy atmosphere stinks of stupidity! Long live Trotsky! It is past time for conservatives to quit being nice guys. The Democrats’ assault can be stopped only by a healthy dose of their own medicine.
Let’s start investigating prominent Democrats with an eye toward bringing criminal charges against them. Most of America’s district attorneys, those that have a political affiliation, are no doubt Republicans. Likewise, most attorneys general are Republicans.
