A health-care executive who claims Jim Biden defrauded him was interviewed multiple times by the lawyer Joe Biden just nominated to serve as U.S. attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania. According to two sources, while the Delaware U.S. attorneyâs office is aware of the allegations, that office is not investigating the potential fraud, leaving the matter solely in the hands of the conflicted-future U.S. attorney.
On Monday, President Biden named Eric Olshan, currently an assistant U.S. attorney in the Pittsburgh office, to fill the vacancy left open when former U.S. Attorney Cindy Chung was confirmed to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey added additional evidence to his lawsuit on Tuesday to remove St. Louis circuit attorney Kim Gardner because she âknowingly and willfully failed to do her duties as a prosecutor in many ways,â Baileyâs office said in a press release.
Gardner is the local DA elected with money from George Soros who prosecuted Saint Louis homeowners instead of the Black Lives Matter mob (snip) who threatened them, filed a blatantly political prosecution of former Missouri Republican governor Eric Greitens, and allowed criminals to walk free, resulting in a high school volleyball player losing her legs after a released criminal plowed into her with a car.

Investigators probing the 2015 death of Stephen Smith ordered a rape kit examination of the victimâs body â an uncommon move for what was purportedly a traffic accident death, according to a recent report.
The 19-year-old South Carolina nursing studentâs body was found near a Murdaugh family property, but despite initial officers on the scene reporting the death appeared to be a homicide, an autopsy ruled it a hit-and-run.
Mike Duncan, a now-retired corporal with the South Carolina Highway Patrol, told NewsNation it was the first time he had heard of a rape kit examination ordered for a death in a traffic collision

If I did not know the background of Ron DeSantis; if I did not have an exhaustive research library on the activity behind Ron DeSantis; if I was not aware of how the professional Republican establishment creates the âillusion of choiceâ; I would watch this interview with a generally good sense about Ron DeSantis.
However, unfortunately for the professionally Republican political class, we do know how they operate, (snip) when the selected and managed product of their three-year strategic plan says about fundraising, âI deal better with regular people,â we are able to call it as nonsense with accurate data to highlight the lie.

Marvel Studios has fired Victoria Alonso a mere ten months after promoting her to President of Physical, Post Production, VFX, and Animation, or The PPPPVA.
âShe is one of the most dynamic, candid, and accessible executives in the industry, and weâre thrilled that sheâll continue to be by our side in this elevated role as we lead Marvel Studios into the future,â gushed Marvel chief Kevin Feige at the time.
This promotion was also lauded as a big deal because Alonso checked off a bunch of diversity boxes: female, racial minority, and gay⌠My guess is that if she had a harelip, she would have been given Kevin Feigeâs job,

Two House Energy and Commerce Committee Republicans announced on March 20 they are introducing legislation to prevent the Biden administration from banning gas stoves.
The legislation was introduced by Reps. Kelly Armstrong (R-N.D.) and Debbie Lesko, (R-Ariz.) in response to the Biden administrationâs two-pronged push to ban gas stoves, and might go to the House floor for a vote later this year.
Lesko introduced H.R. 1640, also known as the Save Our Gas Stoves Act, while Armstrong introduced H.R. 1615, the Gas Stove Protection and Freedom Act. Both bills are currently in committee.
The pieces of legislation would prohibit the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) from using federal funding to implement any regulation

The lead prosecutor in charge of the January 6 investigation, the largest probe in Justice Department history, just confirmed what American Greatness has reported for months: the number of criminal cases related to the Capitol protest is expected to at least double before itâs all over.
U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Matthew Graves, an advisor to Joe Bidenâs presidential campaign who took over the powerful office in late 2021, sent a letter to the chief judge of the D.C. District court warning up to 1,200 more individuals could face charges.

The funniest thing I have read in, well, at least the last several hours, comes from Manhattanâs George Soros-funded affirmative-action district attorney, Alvin Bragg. Responding to the uproar that greeted Donald Trumpâs all-caps Truth Social warning that he would be âarrestedâ on Tuesday, Bragg sent âround a memo to his staff informing them, and the world, that (snip)

âEvenly and fairly,â forsooth. Everyone knows that Alvin Bragg does not apply the law at all evenly or fairly.

Donald Trump will likely be indicted on Wednesday but won't appear before a judge in New York until next week, DailyMail.com has learned.
'There will be no arraignment this week,' a source familiar with the proceedings told DailyMail.com exclusively on Tuesday.
The former president, who is currently in Florida, is expected to be formally charged tomorrow, after which the Manhattan District Attorney's office will reach out to Trump and his Secret Service detail to make arrangements for his surrender, according to the insider.

Former President Donald Trump experienced yet another boost this week amid rumors of a looming arrest, the latest Morning Consult survey, released Tuesday, found.
This weekâs Morning Consult survey demonstrates gains for the former president, as he now has 54 percent support â up from 52 percent recorded last week. Meanwhile, his closest potential competitor, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, lost two points, going from 28 percent to 26 percent. In other words, Trumpâs lead jumped from +24 to +28 in the last week:

This is what news and information is supposed to be all about. (snip)
In this interview, former Michael Cohen lawyer, Robert Costello, deconstructs the entire premise of the key witness Alvin Bragg is using to target President Trump. Costello states in the interview that he just delivered two hours of grand jury testimony in Manhattan specifically against the interests of the prosecution Alvin Bragg is attempting to construct.
Michael Cohen previously waived attorney-client privilege with Robert Costello, during his effort to get out of legal trouble during his federal case. This waiver permits Robert Costello to discuss the entire background of his former representation with Michael Cohen.
