The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 38-35 Sunday in Super Bowl LVII in a thrilling back-and-forth affair that came down to the final seconds. Points were plentiful in a game which got off to a frenetic pace Sunday and didn't let up, with strong offensive displays showing why the Eagles and the Chiefs got to this highly anticipated matchup.
Harrison Butker's 27-yard field goal with 11 seconds to play gave the Chiefs their third Super Bowl in franchise history.
After going into halftime down 24-14, the Chiefs came roaring back in the second half to take a 35-27 lead midway through the fourth quarter.

Ballot stuffing Philly loses. Red state Kansas wins. Works for me. If you get a chance, check out the God mocking jacket Damar wore. I almost regret praying for his recovery.

Go Chiefs! And that fumbled ball that the Chiefs ran in for a touchdown.....which was called an incomplete pass....baloney. Should have been another 7 points on that score with good officiating.
I'm hearing lots of fireworks banging away, far outside of KC itself in Kansas.

Chiefs are in Kansas City, MISSOURI, not Kansas. There is a Kansas City in both MO & KS. KCMO is proud of our Chiefs!

The phantom holding call allowed KC to win. Look for riots in PA.
No recounts

Re #1.....a common misconception.
There is a Kansas City in Kansas, but it is actually a small fraction of the size of the Kansas City that most know about.....located in Missouri, on the far western edge. I live in the KC Metro area, and a whole lot of the metro is in Kansas, including me. Locally the two cities are KCK and KCMO "KayCeeKay" and KayCeeMOE".
But - Kansas City (the bigger) is in Missouri. Forever a big confusion for folks who live far away, no offense taken.

Further clarification....KCMO and KCK are across the river from each other, all part of the same KC Metro Area.

#1, I couldn’t see the jacket you referred to.
I did, however, see a tweet of his a few weeks after his “event.” As profane as anything I have EVER seen.

Karma for Philly...steal an election, get robbed by the refs at the end.

Loved the game. I’m so proud of the Chiefs. I’m also glad Dr. Jill saw her Eagles lose. I’m also Philadelphia fired Coach Reid, and The Chiefs hired him.

i didn't have a dog in the fight and didn't care who won, but when Joe Biden came out for the Eagles, I was firmly in the KC corner. Glad they won.

I can't imagine that the Kansas City, Kansas people weren't just as happy as the Kansas City, Missouri people.

Re #11, you are. of course, correct. The whole metro area in both states support the Chiefs, even minimal football fans like me. The team is actually pretty darned good, deserved this. I don't normally watch their games, but since it is a common topic of conversation I have picked up a few things.
But generally, I am woefully ignorant on the topic. My wife is much more of a fan, gets perturbed when she says "So and so did this." and I say "Who?" and find out that it was the coach...whose name I forget, that she was talking about. I do know the quarterback's name, after years, and his primary receiver. Willful ignorance, mostly I just don't care a lot about football, although I do enjoy watching a good game occasionally. I thought this was a good game.
