The coming crash of the Climate Cult

Original Article

Posted By: DVC, 12/7/2022 7:49:44 PM

The Climate Cult worships two green idols: electric vehicles and wind-solar energy. This is part of a futile U.N. scheme promoting "Net Zero Emissions," which aims to cool the climate of the world by waging war on CO2 plant food. Green worship is the state religion of all Western nations. It is promoted by billionaires with other agendas and endlessly repeated by the U.N., the bureaucracy, all government media, state education, and most big business leaders. The promotion of electric cars and trucks will cause a great increase in the demand for electricity to replace diesel, petrol, and gas.

Comments:

This sounds fairly likely. Having the ability to grow at least a significant portion of your own food, and a way to get along without electric power coming from the sockets and without much or any gasoline or diesel fuel may mean the difference between living and not.

The first point that needs to be considered is the Paris Accord which set the goal to be achieved by 2100. This is 78 years from now (almost 77). So, why the rush? Even if we are over the ideal target numbers now, don't they have confidence we'll get there within 77 years? No need to really change everything in the next couple of years, or the next decade, right? And, when they can't agree to that, they would be admitting the Paris Accords were a pack of lies and misinformation. Get them on the defensive and justify their original goals and timeline.

California wants to be the point of the spear for these globalists of the WEF. With a full 1.8% of America's energy coming from wind and solar, they are opting for all-electric vehicles, businesses and homes. Never going to happen.

Electric cars are time bombs and garbage. Windmills kill millions of birds. When the sun does not shine for an extended period, you don't have solar power. Perhaps those little retards who live in their parents' basement might want to go out, get a job and provide for their own living.

The Green rank and file as well as indoctrinated kids might believe the whole EV thing is practical and that everyone who has a hydrocarbon powered vehicle now will be able to switch to EVs. But the UN, WEF, and most politicians know better - there aren't enough resources or "green" power potential to do this. It's about control. Which will start with outlawing what is plentiful then selective rationing what is scarce. Part of human history for millennia.

The earth has frozen and thawed many times. The climate changes all the time. What do you mean by climate change? What is the perfect temperature for the earth? What is your objective? To get the climate to stay the same? What has to happen to where you can say "Thats it we have defeated Climate change" Important question. What has to happen? Yeah, this green energy thing will come crashing down soon. What the climate cultists envision is not feasible. Never was. The feasibility of green energy was never a consideration. A climate cultist would say that a world with a lot fewer of us humans infesting the planet is the main consideration. Klaus and the Great Reset crowd would agree. Depending on whether you are young or old, learning how to survive off the grid, being self-sufficient in food and water, and with no use of a gas-powered car for extended periods of time would seem rather wise.

Green brains are doing China's bidding. We close our coal plants. China builds new ones. Then We don't use coal. Ta-da! Cheaper coal for China's new coal-fired plants. Why are we not building power plants to charge all of these electric vehicles that they want to make us drive? It probably takes decades now to get through all of the government and climate red tape to build anything these days. Better get started.

Early on, when I first started listening to Rush, he remarked on the climate wussies and all their ill will. He said we did not create this planet and we could not destroy it. It was arrogant in the extreme to even think so. But like good scouts, we could leave our own area better than we found it. Amen, Brother Rush.

What happens when this "green power" equipment reaches the end of its service life? The greenies and their "recycling" policies can't toss this crap into the nearest landfill, so what do you do? Whenever you see the words C;imate Change or Global Warming re[lece them in your mind with the words: Peasant Control. The earth is not a fragile ball that needs protecting from humans. the resourses of the earth are vast. Think of the amount of fossil fuels the world burns daily to power everything, daily. The recent erupting volcano in Hawaii probably spewed more pollutants into the atmosphere than man has in the last 100 years and the earth which spewed out those so called pollutants will reabsorb them.

Nobody who is promoting the brave new green world has ever told us what that world must look like. How many wind mills would it take if the desired transition was powered by wind alone, where must we put them, then how many acres of solar panels, if solar alone, then you can contemplate the infinite number of proportional combinations of the two. How many tons of what resources does that represent including those required for storage. How much of those resources exist on earth and where are they and what does it take to harvest them and convert them into the forms that would be required, processing copper and making wire for instance? How many roads need to be built to access those resources, and how many roads need to be built to access windmills and/or solar panels that would need to be in places we don't currently have road available to get to. Where are the materials for those roads going to come from the equipment to build the roads, the minerals that go into building that equipment? That's just scratching the surface. It's an enormous undertaking but it can be done. But it won't be done, or more correctly you won't be told because the answer is unacceptable. The green evangelist idiots don't have a clue and they don't even grasp the need for a clue, the answers to those questions and the many more it would take to properly evaluate the net effect of following the course they insist must be taken. Even if your only metric defining success was the impact on the environment, completely disregarding the condition of humankind in the process, they have no clue as to the end result of their passionate journey. It doesn't matter. Vast fortunes are to be made regardless of the environmental impact and the cost in human suffering. This is no different than any war. Vast fortunes are to be made while the common people are killed on the battle field and their families starved to death. The green evangelists are no different than the useful idiots brainwashed by the masters of war to call for war for some contrived affront and righteous cause. In the end, the end doesn't matter, it's about the money to be had on the journey.

Drilling several miles into the Earth and analyzing the rock samples and micro-fossils that come up to the surface in the heavy, thick drilling fluid, one can see that what are now high places, (hills, the High Plains, mountain ranges) were once shallow or deep oceans). Conversely, today's river valleys and coastal areas often contain rocks that were shed from ancient granite and volcanic mountains and washed downstream by erosion. The relative age of the rocks and the formations from whence they came makes it certain that no man-made circumstances caused such drastic climate change. Periods of cooling and warming are clearly evident throughout the geologic time scale. Most recently but still tens of thousands of years ago, the Great Lakes were carved by creeping ice sheets that were several miles thick. My diesel pickups did not cause that, as humans came on the scene, much less invented internal combustion engines, well beyond the four main glaciation periods (Nebraskan, Kansan, Illinoian, and Wisconsin), separated by the interglaciation periods, where the huge glaciers receded, leaving behind millions of tons of glacial debris caused by the bulldozing effect of glaciers pushing soil and rock in front of them. The Sun and Earth will do what they do, whether or not man is around to witness God's handiwork.

Pick out any big solar power company installation. Look up the power output on their website. Use google maps Measure-Distance feature to measure the sq. miles of the facility. Take into account that it only generates energy for about 5 hours per day and 250 days per year compared to fossil fuel which generates energy 24 hrs/day/365 days/yr. That's a factor of 7 difference. You will see that 1 sq mile generates the equivalent energy of a 14MW fossil fuel plant. Fossil fuel plants are usually 1000MW for a small one. They often package 4 together to generate 4000MW and in a foot print of about 1 sq mile. Don't forget energy is power times time (watts x hours) so don't just compare watts. You must compare energy. BUT! You can easily see that it will take 70 sq miles to equal the energy output of ONE typical 1000MW fossil fuel plant. A state like Georgia generates 45,000MW. So it will need 45 x 70 sq miles of solar panels. About 3,000 sq miles. I'm not talking acres here I'm talking sq. miles!!! Which is 5% of the land area of Georgia. And we haven't even provided for the land area needed for the lakes to store energy so your lights won't be out at night. Once you do that you will find that all total it will require at least 10%, and some say much more than that, of the entire land area of the state. Compared to fossil fuel which takes up less than 20 sq miles all total for the whole state. And they want to do all of that for the fallacy that a concentration of 0.04% CO2 causes the greenhouse effect.

All the Lithium and other rare earth metals on the planet is not sufficient to make enough batteries to power the number of EVs needed to replace even a third of the fossil fuel cars currently on the road. The policy makers forcing the transition to EVs know this. The real goal is to eliminate the private automobile, deny you individual freedom of movement, and force you onto public transportation.

At the current rate it is being mined, the global inventory of refined lithium will be sufficient to replace 100% of the ICE cars in America in approximately 1,000 years. In other words, the entire electric car gambit is not just wishful thinking, or do-able but only under duress...it is impossible, for all practical purposes.

A new peer reviewed study from German scientists found that offshore wind farms — the sort of supposedly "green" alternative to existing energy sources with which President Biden and Democrats want to fill America's coastal waters — are not as safe for marine ecosystems as their proponents may argue.  The researchers looked at one area and ecosystem in particular — the North Sea — where the world's largest offshore wind farm (OWF) opened earlier in 2022. Relying on modeling and simulations in order to see what the "systematic, large-scale, time-integrated response of the ocean to large OWF clusters" {snip] introduced factors that negatively impact sea life.

Biden failed to mention the executive order he issued which stipulates, “the Secretary of the Interior shall pause new oil and natural gas leases on public lands or in offshore waters.” This pause is ongoing.

Beyond that, I don’t have any immediate observations,” McConnell said in a statement reacting to the House panel voting to refer four criminal charges against Trump to prosecutors in connection to his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.
Why Do Liberals Hate Trump So Much? 29 replies

The question in the title needs, I believe, critical examination. Why DOES the Left hate Trump so much? The answer, as usual, can largely be found by analyzing history. But first. Do they hate him because the average price of a gallon of gas in his administration was far lower than under Biden? Is it because inflation was low (around 2%) and trending downward? Is it that the USA was energy independent and didn’t need to beg our enemies for oil, deplete our strategic oil reserve or sell it to China? Is it because black and Hispanic unemployment was lower than at any time in history?

Add yet another government overreach to the “Things You Didn’t Think Could Happen in America” file: Democrats on the lame-duck House and Ways and Means Committee voted Tuesday to release six years of former President Donald Trump’s tax returns. Why? Because they um, uh—because they want to? But wait, you say to yourself, that’s not possible; your tax returns are private by federal law, and therefore protected from release. The Dems of course found a sleazy way around that. The tax code allows the committee to look at people’s tax returns to provide “oversight” of the Internal Revenue Service, and by writing an official report on their findings,

Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) on Tuesday joined 13 Republicans who vowed to tank any priorities of GOP senators who vote for the 4,155 page omnibus bill that was negotiated with Democrats before a new Republican majority could take control of the House. Reps. Chip Roy (R-TX), Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Scott Perry (R-PA), and Andy Biggs (R-AZ), along with nine other conservatives House members, signed a letter Tuesday promising to block any priorities of the Republican senators who rushed to support the omnibus deal with Democrats just days before Congress leaves town for Christmas.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Policymakers for the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality on Monday approved a rule that prohibits the sale of new gasoline-powered passenger vehicles in Oregon by 2035. The effort comes as Oregon plans to cut climate-warming emissions by 50% by 2035 and by 90% by 2050, The Oregonian/OregonLive reported. The transportation sector accounts for nearly 40% of greenhouse gas emissions in Oregon. (Snip) The new rule also requires manufacturers to increase access to affordable zero-emission vehicles to low-income households and communities of color. It offers incentives to manufacturers to sell electric cars to community car share programs, to

Harvard Law School Professor Alan Dershowitz denounced the Jan. 6 committee as a “kangaroo court” that produced a worthless report that should be “thrown in the wastebasket.” In an interview Monday evening on Newsmax TV, the eminent lawyer said that “not only is [the Justice Department] not obligated to do anything, it is obligated not to do anything” in response to the panel’s recommendations Monday that former President Donald Trump be prosecuted. According to Mr. Dershowitz, the panel operated against the spirit of one of only two civil-liberties provisions in the original Constitution,

Stanford University has published an index of 'harmful language' that it wants to eliminate because the terms are 'ableist, ageist or racist' — including the word American — as it calls for US citizen to be used instead. The University revealed the plan in May, and wants to remove the words from its IT systems and websites, with grandfather, brave and master are also on the list. The Elimination of Harmful Language Initiative will also aim to educate people about the impact that 'racist, violent and biased' words have. It has listed 10 sections where 'harmful' language can occur under the headings:

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) said Monday he supports bringing Republican House business to a halt until as late as March next year if it means electing someone besides House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) to be speaker. Gaetz, one of five outspoken opponents of McCarthy, told Charlie Kirk in an interview he would rather wait weeks and have “sort of a turbulent takeoff” than have McCarthy be speaker. “I’m saying we could see the cherry blossoms bloom and not have a speaker. I hope it doesn’t come to that,” Gaetz said, in reference to the popular flower in D.C. that blooms annually around the end of March.
