A principle of infectious diseases is “antimicrobial stewardship” which involves choosing the right antibiotic for the right patient and never over-prescribing or blanket covering patients who don’t need treatment. Another principle is “narrowing the spectrum” of a drug once the organism is identified by culture or other methods. These fundamental approaches to the use of antibiotics work to limit the problem of bacterial resistance and the development of “superbugs.” (Snip) This entire thought process has been thrown out the window for COVID-19 vaccines. Mitch McConnell has a 33 percent approval rating, the lowest in the US Senate and yet he was reelected as GOP Leader with 37 votes to 10 votes for Senator Scott. The question in the title needs, I believe, critical examination. Why DOES the Left hate Trump so much?
The answer, as usual, can largely be found by analyzing history.
But first. Do they hate him because the average price of a gallon of gas in his administration was far lower than under Biden? Is it because inflation was low (around 2%) and trending downward? Is it that the USA was energy independent and didn’t need to beg our enemies for oil, deplete our strategic oil reserve or sell it to China? Is it because black and Hispanic unemployment was lower than at any time in history?

Stanford University has published an index of 'harmful language' that it wants to eliminate because the terms are 'ableist, ageist or racist' — including the word American — as it calls for US citizen to be used instead.
The University revealed the plan in May, and wants to remove the words from its IT systems and websites, with grandfather, brave and master are also on the list.
The Elimination of Harmful Language Initiative will also aim to educate people about the impact that 'racist, violent and biased' words have.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) said Monday he supports bringing Republican House business to a halt until as late as March next year if it means electing someone besides House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) to be speaker.
Gaetz, one of five outspoken opponents of McCarthy, told Charlie Kirk in an interview he would rather wait weeks and have “sort of a turbulent takeoff” than have McCarthy be speaker.
