The UN General Assembly this week passed a resolution to characterize the founding of the modern state of Israel in 1948 as a “catastrophe,” in what has been heralded as a major victory for pro-Palestinian activists.
The word “Nakba,” which means catastrophe or disaster in Arabic, was also a term coined by the Palestinians to commemorate the Jewish state’s founding. The UN resolution acknowledges the Palestinian version of the events that led to Israel’s creation, and calls for the “commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Nakba,” with a “high-level event” at the global body on May 15th, 2023. May 15 is the day
USA out of UN, UN out of USA.

I don’t subscribe to reading God’s tea leaves re the Second Coming. No one knows when that event will occur.
HOWEVER. You can look around and think things are lining upi in preparation.
Civilization across the globe is devolving, and there are continual digs at Israel. It appears nations are starting the final alignment against them.
I’m not idly sitting on a mountaintop. But I am paying attention.

I'm no fan of Israel after I found out they were spying on us; supposedly their greatest ally. True friends dont spy on each other. That said, I am even less of a fan of the UN, an organization that treats third world troglodytes as if they are equal to civilized people. So I dont much care what they have to say about anything.

The UN is a catastrophe. An expensive, do nothing organization that has few, if any, accomplishments.

Oh come on. “Friends don’t spy”?!
Then I guess the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Japan, Norway, and every other country isn’t a “friend”.
Because every single country spies on the USA. (And vice versa. Americans spy in Israel and everywhere else all the time.)
Thank goodness, I say. Do you trust Biden?

Re #6, correct. Friends dont spy on each other. Adversaries do. If you spy on me you are not my friend, and historically its pretty clear the US is nobody's friend.

"We have no eternal allies, and we have no perpetual enemies. Our interests are eternal and perpetual, and those interests it is our duty to follow."
British Prime Minister Lord Palmerston on the nature of international relations - 1848.
And, in America as founded, the interests of the government SHOULD aline with the interests and well being of the American people. Unfortunately that is not the case as we now have a government that is actively hostile to the American people and attempting to destroy America as founded.

It was a prophecy fulfilled. The UN knows nothing of prophecies.

Re #1, NO! The USA cannot leave the UN, because we have an absolute veto over anything that they want to do, as long as we are in the Security Council. If we were to foolishly leave, and leave the evil mechanisms of the UN still intact, the greedy, corrupt, totalitarian states, which are a large majority of countries, would be happy to use the UN machinery to batter and bludgeon the USA.
Stop funding the UN, YES. But we must stay in as a defensive move.

A catastrophe for who? Since this is coming from the UN, nobody will pay any attention to it. The opinion from the UN is as relevant as an opinion of a white male these days.

UN is an organization of semi-viable to failed states. Not the United Nations, but the United Mud-Hut Nations.
Indeed, US out of the UN, and UN out of the US.
