LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles County health officials reported more than 5,400 new COVID-19 infections from a three-day period ending Monday, along with 15 new virus-related deaths. The county Department of Public Health reported 1,640 new cases for Saturday, 2,175 for Sunday and 1,599 for Monday. The 5,414 new cases lifted the county's cumulative number from throughout the pandemic to 3,535,493. Overall official case numbers are believed to be artificially low, due to residents who use at-home tests and do not report the results to the county, and others who do not get tested at all. The 15 new COVID-related deaths

Despite the maximum number of vaccinations and boosting, Dr. Fauci has had Covid twice.

It has mutated to the point that most people don't get very sick. And, if you use ivermectin and/or HCQ early on, most people are fine after a few days. Of course, the "ivermectin is dangerous horse medicine" BS is still out there in many people's disinformed and misinformed minds.....especially in Iowa.

Oh No, another EMERGENCY! Call the boss, just say you're not leaving the house until next summer, just to be safe.

I wonder how many infected or susceptible "new arrivals" have made their way to the LA area to join their relatives

Unbelievable. Haven't they gotten the word that neither masks nor the non-vaccine "vaccines" actually prevent the spread of the corona virus? If they have, then this is just another stab at lockdowns. Get lost, you idiots!

I should go out every morning and kiss the Georgia ground I was born and raised on. 80 years here and I can’t imagine what the people in that s***hole California have to put up with.

How many times do paper masks need to be totally discredited as a deterrent to catching Covid before people realize that they are being controlled by government bureaucrats? Fauci said early on that drugstore paper masks do nothing and it’s still true. The teachers unions and liberal hacks made him change his mind. Pathetic BS.

Oh many thanks, ''Officials'' who strongly urge grown adults to do what said adults can, should or must do to maintain their health and that of their families. ''Officials,'' in nearly every instance, have become REDUNDANT if not outright OBSOLETE. They are twice as redundant if they are employees of our Nanny Government.

During the late 1800s, children were forced to wear a bag of asafetida around the neck, to prevent illness. It was as foul smelling as its name would imply, and was memorialized in Tom Sawye/Hukleberry Finn.
It didn't work, but masks don't work, either.
I'm surprised the Public Health geniuses have overlooked mandatory asafetida bags.

Didn't the great medical oracle, Fauci, say that masks don't work? If so, what are these idiots doing?
