Meghan Markle said she’s afraid to speak her mind or be clear about what she needs for fear of sounding “demanding” and being perceived as an “angry black woman.”
During Spotify’s “Archetypes” podcast on Tuesday, the host Markle spoke with actress Issa Rae and comedian/actress Ziwe Fumudoh about her reluctance to be more assertive. The episode is titled “Upending the ‘Angry Black Woman’ Myth.”
Markle is biracial. Her father is white, and her mother is black.

Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake during a campaign event over the weekend challenged her opponent, Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, to “milk a bull” after claiming the Democrat “thinks there are 47 different genders.”
While Hobbs has taken to writing off Lake as a “conspiracy theorist” she will not debate, Lake hasn’t slowed down going after the Democrat on both economic and social issues, earning her a slight lead in the latest polling.
“Katie Hobbs thinks there are 47 different genders,” Lake told a crowd of supporters in Morristown, AZ. “I’ll tell ya what, I’m not a biology major but there are two genders, guys. Two.”

As reported earlier by Patty McMurray at The Gateway Pundit — 100 Percent Fed Up reports – Eagle Forum of Alabama, a 501(c) (4), successfully drafted a bill that was shared with the Alabama legislature that would make it a felony to administer puberty blockers or gender hormones to anyone under the age of 19. The felony charge would also apply to gender reassignment surgery for individuals under the age of 19.
On April 8, 2022, the Alabama legislature passed the bill based on the Eagle Forum’s draft.
The bill mimics Florida’s Parental Rights in Education Bill by forbidding teachers to withhold information from parents

The tide has decidedly shifted against Democrats in the crucial midterm elections that are the first national referendum on their disastrous one-party rule since Joe Biden took over and the focus could soon shift to protecting their control of the White House with failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton taking the lead in pre-denying the results two years in advance.
On Monday, the embittered sore loser who blamed her 2016 historic loss to political newcomer Donald J. Trump on everyone and everything except her own failures to even attempt to appeal to working-class voters in the Rust Belt, posted a creepy pre-Halloween video to social media

On Monday, a lawsuit filed by two organizations in federal court asked a judge to prevent members of Clean Elections USA from being “within sight” of ballot drop boxes in Arizona. Plaintiffs Voto Latino and Arizona Alliance for Retired Americans represented by Elias Law Group claim that Clean Elections USA’s founder and members are intimidating voters. Though, Attorney Daniel Arrellano has not alleged violence.
Arrellano implored U.S. District Court Judge John Tuchi to act immediately with just 15 days remaining in the election. The plaintiffs claim that some members of the group are known to openly carry firearms or wear tactical gear.

Joe Biden is a pathological liar. That’s easy to prove. Just about every public statement that he’s made is an outright lie. His claims about his law school career and standing were false. He claimed to have marched during the civil rights movement — a lie. He’s lied repeatedly, boldly about Hunter’s corrupt business dealings, and his intimate relationship to them. He’s spent 47 years stacking lie upon lie, building a colossal monument to his depravity and to the public’s gullibility.
Biden lied about COVID, the efficacy of the “vaccine,” the necessity of lockdowns, and the utility of masks. He’s lying about the border crisis,

MSNBC legal analyst Barbara McQuade said Monday on “Deadline” that former President Donald Trump could be charged with manslaughter for his role in the January 6 Capitol riot.
Discussing Liz Cheney’s comments, Anchor Nicolle Wallace said, “Let me ask you, I think what they’re saying is that even if you were that deluded, quote, ‘You may not send an armed mob to the Capitol or sit for 87 minutes and refuse to stop the attack. You may not send out a tweet that incites further violence.’ It sounds like around the violence. She’s looking at what the committee talks about as dereliction of duty.

An electric vehicle fire led to a temporary closure of a highway west of Vermillion, South Dakota, last week. The EV’s battery burst into fire, turning the car into an unrecognizable mess after the blaze was eventually put out.
KELOLAND News, and news media outlet based in Sioux Falls, SD, reported:
The Vermillion Fire EMS Department says it happened on Highway 50 near the Business Route exit just after 4 o’clock Tuesday afternoon. Crews arriving on scene found a small car on fire with flames spreading into the ditch.
Because flames had reached the cars high-voltage battery, firefighters secured the area to wait for the battery to cool.

House Republicans have for months threatened to impeach Joe Biden and equally disastrous members of his administration for their intentional attempts to destroy America if — which is now pretty much when — the GOP retakes control of the House in the midterms, now just two weeks away.
Apparently, those threats weren’t serious. At least not in Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s case. McCarthy last Wednesday downplayed talk of impeaching Biden or officials of the disastrous administration if the GOP regains control.
Just one problem. Republican lawmakers have introduced more than a dozen impeachment resolutions targeting Biden, Kamala Harris, and controversial Cabinet members, including Attorney General Merrick Garland, Secretary of State Antony Blinken,

A man canvassing for Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) in the Miami area was brutally attacked Sunday night, as we reported earlier. According to a tweet from Rubio, which was accompanied by pictures of the bloodied and bruised man in an ambulance, someone told the canvasser that “Republicans are not welcome here,” and then four people physically attacked the canvasser, causing internal bleeding and a broken jaw.
Just hours later, ABC’s Miami affiliate ran a story headlined “Hialeah police: ‘No indication’ of political motive in attack on Rubio canvasser,” although the rest of the police spokesman’s statement said, “at this time,”

While Gov. Ron DeSantis cruises to re-election in Florida, the press is doing its best to make his race against Charlie Crist somewhat competitive. They tried their hardest after Hurricane Ian hit, but DeSantis’ extreme competence quickly took that story off the front pages.
But alas a fresh hit piece has dropped, and it may be the funniest thing I’ve ever seen printed by a supposed news outlet. According to the Financial Times, DeSantis once used the phrase “thigh food” while in college in place of “Thai food.”
I know, it’s horrific stuff. It even elicited a “yikes” from ProPublica’s Alec MacGillis. [Tweet]

A federal judge won’t block Gov. Ron DeSantis’ (R-Fla) “Parental Rights in Education” bill, dubbed the “Don’t Say Gay” bill.
U.S. District Judge Wendy Berger refused to block Florida school districts from carrying out a new state law that restricts instruction on gender identity and sexual orientation in classrooms, rejecting arguments by parents, students, and a non-profit organization.
This is the second time in less than a month that a federal judge has blocked cases that attempt to challenge the controversial law.
The law bans children from being taught explicit topics such as gender identity and sexual orientation for kindergarteners through third grade. The material taught must be age-appropriate
