Following the resignation of Prime Minister Liz Truss last week, Rishi Sunak is set to assume the role, becoming Britain’s third leader in just seven chaotic weeks.
Sunak’s rival Penny Mordaunt withdrew from the Conservative leadership race Monday afternoon. “We all owe it to the country, to each other and to Rishi to unite.”
Sunak is the third prime minister to hold the office since September as the Conservative Party has struggled to find a capable leader.
After serving as Chancellor of the Exchequer from 2020 until 2022,

Yep. First, London and now the country. Was it the same silver platter used by Chamberlin?

He was born in Southampton, England, to Hindu immigrant parents. His father a doctor, his mother a pharmacist. You can find his impressive bio here:

Conservative leaders in Britain seem to face problems similar to what confronted Trump: The entire political/bureaucratic system is dominated by entrenched leftists who criticize, drag feet, and obstruct every move towards sanity.

There is no longer a true conservative party in the UK. You now have the Labor (Liberal) Party and a mushy moderate party. Maggie and Winston are spinning in their graves !!!!!

I will take the time to carefully review Sunak's bio, but if he is like the vast majority of Hindu/Indian-descent people I know, this may be a turning point in global race relations...what some people hoped would happen with Obama, but not only didn't happen but got even worse due to his own stealth passive-aggressive racism and anti-Americanism.
The Hindus I have known are classic contributing immigrants: hard-working, family oriented, education-focused, entrepreneurial, and in many cases, absolutely brilliant. They get along with all races, and all races get along with them. In a word, they put the lie to rest that dark-colored people hate white people and white people reflexively hate dark-colored people. And, in my experience, they have been relentlessly competent in positions of authority.
Godspeed, PM Sunak. Here's hoping you become the antidote to both race-baiting and unjustified affirmative-action.

I took a look at his bio and must be nice to be married to the daughter of an Indian billionaire - real common man touch there. Yes indeed, the Globalists have triumphed in the UK. I never understood why the British markets freaked out when Truss proposed tax cuts.... As for Hindis in the US, well, they are one group, of several, that destroyed Loudoun County and its historically conservative voting record and county government.

What the heck. GB has a Queen for 70 years and a PM for 7 minutes. That is a wacky system.

I don't really care if this man has an impressive bio. I find most Hindus to be quite impressive, well mannered, well educated. But they are not baptized Christians. My county near Houston is overrun with these impressive immigrants and turned it blue. And this guy is another student of the WEF? Well, England, you left the Church in the sixteenth century and the Church of England has dwindled to nothing now. The post Christian world may soon find out what a nightmarish world it can be.

Muslim Mayor and a potential Muslim PM. Hope this one is different from the Mayor of London. The next stabbing death tolls will give us a clue.

Thank you for the info #4. My brand-new daughter-in-law is a 1st-generation American-born woman of Hindu/Indian-descent, and she is a delight on all fronts....lucky me! I can attest to both her brains and her work ethic which are impressive! Her recently-deceased (COVID) father was a Stanford-trained engineer, and her household both charming and welcoming. They are clearly most grateful for the blessings and liberties of our society.
I wish Mr. Sunak all success in leading the UK upward during these trying times.
