Today, a federal judge ordered the FBI to “produce the information it possesses related to Seth Rich’s laptop.” (image)This case involves a multi-year fight by attorney Ty Clevenger to obtain records relating to the FBI/DOJ investigation of Seth Rich, particularly whether Rich was involved in the hack of the DNC or had communicated with Wikileaks.
This fight dates back to 2017 and includes two FOIA lawsuit. In the first lawsuit, the FBI produced no responsive documents. The parties knew the FBI had something, and so this sparked a second lawsuit – where the FBI somehow found 20,000 pages of potentially responsive documents. The court explains:

Hopefully it will be resolved by 2027.

If they are released, the public has proven to be better investigators than the FBI.

Lots of luck. The FBI has people to protect and, one way or the other, they ain't givin nobody nothin that can be used against them.

Has the laptop been wiped . . . like with a cloth? Probably. Just like Hillary's server.

This may be the biggest part of the 2016 presidential election scandal.

Web Hubble, Vince Foster and Seth Rich are probably sitting around the fire telling the same story about making poor choices.

Seth Rich knew too much about Hillary Clinton and the Democrat party. He was murdered on a public street. Investigators were told to stand down. Same thing with Jeffrey Epstein and other suspicious deaths...nothing to see here, you can move on.

"Gee, Sam. Wasn't that in the "to be shredded to smithareens" pile that we sent out a few days ago. You know, I can't find that Biden kid's laptop either. I know we gave Carlos Danger back his laptop with all the Clinton emails on it. And the dirty pictures of little girls. But don't worry, I made a copy of those pictures for you and Director Wray first."

I'm pretty sure it accidentally fell into an industrial strength tree shredder just last week. Terrible accident.
What a shame.

Long ago "lost" or accidentally erased. The criminality of these people is as predictable as it is blatant.

Considering that every member of the Mueller task force turned their cell phones back to factory settings, what are the odds that whatever is produced is the authentic original?

One of the more astounding facts surrounding the murder of Seth Rich is that the democrats hired such an idiot he didn't even attempt to make it appear as a robbery.

If it ever surfaces, it will have been wiped cleaner than if it was new out of the box. Nothing to implicate anyone.

#7, Hubbell is still alive. It’s amazing that he has escaped the Clinton hit men this long given what he knows. I’d bet that he gets a monthly check from the Clinton Foundation to make sure that he keeps those huge lips sealed.

They would need the latest version on DSV Alvin (Deep Submergence Vehicle) to retrieve it from FBI 'storage'. I'm sure that by now they have made a plausible look-alike; filled with chicken recipes and old Gilligan's Island episodes.

Oh ... the FBI will produce a laptop for the court ... but it won't be Seth Rich's! They've had 5 years to reconstruct a totally phony computer, right down to the decals on the cover.
