Here’s something I bet you did not see coming either – Lindsey Graham was actually right about something, in this case when he warned the malicious morons of the left about the terrifying consequences of their desire to eliminate a political opponent by framing him in a jurisdiction that is 95% Democrat and where every juror either is, married to, or having a tacky fling with, a Biden administration Deputy Assistant Under-Secretary of Agriculture for Yam, Potato, and Brian Stelter Affairs.

As RedState reported, excerpts from Joe Biden’s “MAGA speech” previewed a gross abuse of the Executive Office of the President. Sure enough, that’s exactly what was delivered as the president appeared in Philidelphia, standing in front of a blood-red background, flanked by Marines. Lines were crossed that can’t be uncrossed, from the use of the military as props in a blatantly political speech to Biden suggesting that nearly half the country is a “danger” to the republic. This was a speech that went far beyond anything seen in the modern era of presidential addresses.
Of course, because we are dealing with a decrepit, senile old man, things didn’t start off well.

Dr. Anthony Fauci is now warning of a “pretty bad flu season,” urging Americans to get flu shots when they become available this year. Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), chief of the NIAID Laboratory of Immunoregulation, and chief medical adviser to President Joe Biden, is stepping down after the midterm elections and warned in an interview this week that the U.S. is expected to face a “pretty bad flu season” this year. “We should be prepared for that superimposed upon what I hope is the residual and not another spike of COVID,” Fauci said, according to Bloomberg. “We better pay attention.”

Upon news that Joe Biden had decided to completely ignore U.S. laws to attempt to force taxpayers to assume the debts of people who chose to attend college, I reached out to Federalist writers for stories of how other Americans paid their own way. Calling this particular pile of government handouts for the privileged “forgiveness” is just a way to try to hide the fact that it’s fundamentally wrong and unfair.
As the Bible says, he who doesn’t work shouldn’t eat. He who takes on obligations should pay them. Taking something without paying for it is stealing. Forcing other people to work so you can enjoy luxuries is called enslavement.

President Joe Biden called on Americans to “stop” MAGA Republicans, whom he consistently cast as a dark force against democracy in his “Soul of the Nation” prime-time speech on Thursday.
While much of the president’s dark and brooding speech focused on demonizing MAGA Republicans, one particular moment took the demonization a step further when the president appeared to suggest that Americans take up the mantle of isolating Trump supporters.
The president said this after portraying MAGA Republicans as direct threats to American democracy.
“MAGA Republicans do not respect the constitution,” he said. “They do not believe in the rule of law,

President Joe Biden declared Donald Trump is a 'threat to the country' in a speech that contained his harshest rhetoric to date about his predecessor in the Oval Office and the MAGA movement.
'Equality and democracy are under assault. We do ourselves no favor to pretend otherwise,' Biden declared at the top of his remarks before Philadelphia's Independence Hall.
He called out Trump by name, slamming the former president for his false claim the 2020 election was stolen and berating those who support Trump.

The gall of Joe “Antifa” Biden, wrapping himself in the blue, after the anti-cop violence and defund-police movement he slyly egged on during the 2020 BLM/antifa riots. The breakdown of law and order in our cities is the consequence.
Now he’s back to posing as a big champion of cops, an anti “semi-fascist” (AntiSeFa?) attempting to turn the tables on the party of law and order with wildly dishonest rhetoric that is as frightening as it is absurd.

My working theory is that Biden is well served by his time out of the public eye and poorly served by his public appearances and remarks. Biden’s minders in the White House don’t seem to agree with me, however, as they continue to send him on the road to peddle the fabrications, fabulations, and grotesqueries of his Wilkes-Barre remarks, to take only the most recent example. Trash talk is common in sports. Whether it’s lighthearted or nasty, the purpose is the same: to intimidate your opponent and make them lose focus and feel less confident in their ability to win.
Democrats and their friends in the media are engaging in their own form of trash talk when it comes to the midterm elections. They wave around some meaningless poll or quote an “expert” who would have us believe that Republican Senate candidates are weak, President Joe Biden has had some great successes, the Democrats’ fundraising numbers give them a huge advantage, and Republicans can’t possibly win back the Senate. Let’s try a thought exercise with a question to consider: What occupation, particularly in the current decade, has become increasingly difficult to perform and endure?
During the COVID pandemic, our doctors and nurses were stretched thin, stressed out, and overwhelmed. But healthcare professionals were widely regarded as heroes during COVID – true heroes – and they received heaping appreciation. There are teachers, no doubt, who would consider their vocation as a candidate for this discussion, claiming they are under-appreciated and unfairly targeted, and some may have a point. And, of course, firefighters have always faced major challenges.

Beato’s change of heart came after she was smacked across the face by a man on a northbound 1 train last Friday

Well, the left has got one. On Twitter and beyond, you've never heard such crowing:
According to Politico:
Democrat Mary Peltola has defeated Republican Sarah Palin in the special election for Alaska’s vacant House seat, a big upset over the former governor in the state’s first election under ranked-choice voting.
Peltola, a former state legislator who will become Alaska’s first indigenous member of Congress, defeated a special election field that included Palin and another Republican, Nick Begich III. The Democrat finished first in the initial tally and then won enough second-choice votes from Begich’s supporters to see off Palin,

Diana would not have been a 'great fan' of Meghan Markle as she 'might imagine', a former friend of the Princess of Wales has said on the 25th anniversary of the royal's death.
The Princess' diarist Tina Brown said she thinks Diana would have seen the former actress as someone who is 'steering Harry in a direction that was not good' for the Prince.
Ms Brown added: 'I don't think Diana would have been the great fan of Meghan that Meghan herself might perhaps imagine.'

The White House thinks they have struck gold with their attack on “MAGA Republicans” as “semi-fascist” and all the rest. President Biden’s minders in the daycare operation at the White House are wheeling him out for a primetime campaign speech addressing “the soul of the nation” tomorrow night. The speech is to take place outside Independence Hall in Philadelphia. I am following Politico’s story on the speech here.
My working theory is that Biden is not a compelling advocate for the Democrats. Dems in competitive races avoid him. He is a lying phony. The theme is sickening.
Biden gave it a workout in Wilkes-Barre yesterday.

For the first time in more than 80 years, the Atlantic Ocean hasn’t produced a named storm between July 3 and Aug. 31. So the Climatistas will have to celebrate Labor Day this year for its Marxist roots rather than the weather destruction they’re constantly rooting for so they can blame it on man.
The Atlantic’s failure to form a tempest is a rarity. It “has had no #hurricanes yet this year,” Colorado State University meteorologist Philip Klotzbach tweeted Thursday. 2022’s calm spell happens to be only the seventh time since 1950 that the Atlantic “has gone through August without a #hurricane. Other years are: 1967, 1984, 1988, 2001, 2002, 2013.”

For many of us, the path our governmental leaders have recently taken has been perplexing. Many of the policy decisions that perhaps sounded good (at least to some) have turned out to be not only clearly deleterious, but often catastrophic for our country. Without hyperbole, I mean catastrophic for our economy, our national defense capability, our national sovereignty, the safety and security of citizens, and our standing among other nations of the world.
We hear that inflation is "temporary," that "we are not in a recession," that the administration "feels our pain" at the gas pump

Fresh off of testing negative for COVID-19 after her “rebound” case, First Lady Jill Biden headed up a “Meeting to Strengthen the Teaching Profession” at the White House Wednesday, where she was hit very early on with a query about President Biden’s student loan relief plan, which he unilaterally implemented last week.
At some point prior to handing over the meeting to Education Secretary Miguel Cardona, Jill Biden was confronted by a Daily Mail reporter who asked her to explain how Biden’s plan, which was heavily pushed by Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Raphael Warnock in part on grounds it would help them come election time,

Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi repeatedly said abortion restrictions are “sinful,” standing in direct contradiction to her Catholic faith.
Pelosi made the comments during an Aug. 26 Roundtable on Women’s Reproductive Health at the University of California, San Francisco. (snip) Pelosi has referred to herself as a “devout Catholic” despite the conflict between her stance on abortion and the Roman Catholic Church’s teaching on the issue. The church teaches that abortion is a “moral evil” and “gravely wrong” because “human life begins at conception,” according to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.

Last September, scores of patent-holders demonstrated in six cities across the U.S. wearing black t-shirts that said, "Homo sapiens inventoris: Endangered Species." These men and women of ingenuity were protesting America's decade of stolen dreams: the years since the passage of the America Invents Act (AIA) of 2011 and the establishment of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), which together have made it easy for big corporations to steal their ideas and profit from them with impunity.
"We've had piracy for all the years I've been an inventor, but the AIA just put it on steroids, in the context that now you can get PTAB-ed and lose your rights

The Biden administration will request Congress to authorize roughly $1.1 billion weapons sale for Taiwan amid an increased push among lawmakers to show support for the self-governing island, Politico reported Monday.
China has dispatched warships and aircraft across the unofficial “median line” dividing China and Taiwan every day since U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi visited Taiwan in early August, followed by two more congressional delegations. Escalating rhetoric has sparked concern Beijing may attempt to capture Taiwan by force, prompting efforts from the U.S. and other Western nations to fortify the island against the Chinese military, according to Politico.

Fox News hosts Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Jeanine Pirro and Lou Dobbs have all been deposed over allegations they perpetuated election fraud lies and damaged the reputation of Dominion Voting by hosting friends and advocates of Donald Trump on-air.
Dominion filed a lawsuit against Fox News in March last year, alleging the network deliberately spread a false narrative that its machines and counting systems were rigged in favor of President Joe Biden.
It was a story that every news outlet in the world covered, but Dominion claims that Fox gave a particularly sympathetic ear to Trump's claims.

Texas sent around 100 migrants to Chicago on Wednesday, as Republican Governor Greg Abbott expands his effort to push responsibility for border crossers to his Democratic political opponents.
The buses arrived at Chicago's Union Station at around 7:30pm - after it was revealed that Texas has already spent $12million on taking migrants to New York City and Washington DC.
Among the 100 or so people who were on the buses, around 20 to 30 were small children. Pregnant women and children were among the busload. The migrants said they were from Venezuela.
Texas has bused more than 7,000 migrants to Washington DC and New York City since April,

Since the Democrats achieved their governing trifecta in 2020, they have presided over a cascading series of domestic and foreign policy disasters while displaying transparent contempt for the Constitution. For the sake of the country, it’s imperative that some semblance of balance is restored to the elective branches of our government. The GOP must regain control of Congress in November. Accomplishing this will clearly require solidarity among Republican officials, the conservative commentariat, and the voters who endure Democratic policies. Above all, no circular firing squads.

Donald Trump is considering waiting until after the November midterms to launch a third presidential campaign as he navigates a widening array of legal troubles and mounting concerns that some of his hand-picked Senate candidates may be weaker than he once thought, sources familiar with his thinking tell CNN.
After months of eyeing Labor Day weekend as the target launch date for a 2024 campaign, Trump has spent the past few weeks backing away from that timeline following the FBI search of his Mar-a-Lago estate and an increased panic among Republicans that the party may not be in for the red wave it has long anticipated this November.
While his timeline
