Rep. Liz Cheney publicly nudged the Justice Department on Sunday to move against Donald Trump, warning that not holding the former president accountable for January 6 is a 'graver Constitutional threat' to American democracy than letting him off the hook.
Cheney - one of two Republicans on the Democrat-led Capitol riot committee - also shared a warning for her own party, which has largely ostracized her for her role on the panel.
'I think that that he can't be the party nominee' in the 2024 presidential race, the Wyoming lawmaker told ABC News of Trump. 'I don't think the party would survive that.'

It was all a setup.
Trump supporters were framed by FBI and government operatives and BLM and Antifa terrorists.
A leaked internal memo revealed that the US Capitol Police intel unit warned that BLM from Baltimore was bussing in rioters for January 6th protests.
According to the memo the rioters were going to blend in.
Via investigative reporter Paul Sperry:
“BLM/Antif will wear MAGA hats, wear camo, and attempt to blend in with MAGA crowd” so violence blamed on Trump supporters attending Trump rally. [Tweet]
Antifa was actively involved in the January 6th protests and riots.
This has been widely discussed by officials and in reports on this website.

GOP Rep. Adam Kinzinger, who is a member of the January 6 House committee, defended his tweet calling Rep. Liz Cheney's primary challengers "armpit farters" during a recent Wyoming Republican primary debate. Kinzinger told CNN's Dana Bash on Sunday's State of the Union that Cheney's GOP primary opponents are "spreading conspiracy." During a primary debate on Friday, Kinzinger called Cheney's challengers "a bunch of arm-pit farters" on Twitter. Cheney's challengers made a point to spread conspiracy theories during the debate, including claims of stolen elections, and anti-vaccination theory. "I hope this serves as a lesson to every American. Let's fix

Old Joe is still trying to figure out where inflation comes from. It's gotten so bad even the Chicoms are laughing at him.
This time the intellectually blindfolded president has pinned the donkey tail on gas station owners.
According to Fox Business:
President Biden is telling companies that are "running gas stations" to "bring down" their prices because "this is a time of war and global peril."
"My message to the companies running gas stations and setting prices at the pump is simple: this is a time of war and global peril," Biden tweeted on Saturday. "Bring down the price you are charging at the pump

Democrats are despairing about the possibility of Kamala Harris becoming the 2024 nominee if President Biden doesn’t seek a second term in office, insiders told The Post.
Three polls just this month show more than 50% of Americans hold an unfavorable view of Harris, and those headwinds will likely only increase should Republicans retake the House next year.
“Her main problem is not being a woman or mixed race, her problem is she has low ratings just like President Biden,” said Larry Sabato, a professor of Politics at the University of Virginia.

A large group of white supremacists marched along Boston's Freedom Trail ahead of the Fourth of July in protest that allegedly turned violent. Patriot Front led nearly 100 members carrying white nationalist flags and shields through the Massachusetts capital on Saturday as part of their efforts to 'reclaim America.'
Video shows the group walking step with a snare drum, with flags and banners in hand, as they made their way to the Old State House and City Hall Plaza. Boston police have launched an investigation into the protest after a black man reported that he had been assaulted by the demonstrators. He claimed a group of Patriot Front members donning shields

Anticipation is building that “The View” will soon announce its permanent conservative replacement for departed co-host Meghan McCain who left the show last year, giving way to a rotating slate of fill-ins who were served up to be torn to shreds by vicious harpies Joy Behar, Whoopi Goldberg and Sunny Hostin.
The popular ABC daytime gabfest which just celebrated its 25th anniversary with a special set of shows from a swanky resort in the Bahamas where the wealthy regulars lived it up in a $14K per night villa, will reportedly be making the big announcement before the season wraps up in early August.

MANTECA, Calif. — Karen Boyles lives back in her childhood home in Manteca, California. She lives a simple life. "I'm 78 years young," she said, smiling. (Snip) Boyles is one of the thousands of California seniors depending solely on social security. "Although we do pay into taxes every year, we buy houses, we buy cars, washing machines, groceries," she said. "We are paying taxes and we have paid our taxes in the past." She is in the group excluded from the state's new inflation relief program. "I feel very cheated and let down," she said. Boyle said it's no relief for

New York Times columnist Margaret Renkl may be based in Nashville, but she’s as contemptuous of Trumpers and Red Staters as any of the paper’s Manhattan-based writers, as shown in her latest self-important trashing of an American holiday: “The American Flag Belongs to Me, Too, and This Year I’m Taking It Back.”
She reminisced how in her younger days, “We were all proud to be Americans, even if we didn’t agree about which aspects of our sprawling, messy democracy merited pride.” Not anymore though, with Old Glory now hijacked by the Red Staters, in all their irredeemable tackiness.
Take a drive through any red state, and you will see American flags

It is a beer made with only the finest ingredients: premium German barley malts, aromatic Citra and Calypso hops, farmhouse yeast from Norway–and reclaimed sewage. NewBrew, a collaboration between Singapore’s national water agency and the local craft brewery Brewerkz, has already proved popular and has sold out on tap at the brewery’s restaurants, according to reports. Brewerkz describes the beer as “highly quaffable” and suitable for Singapore’s tropical climate, with a smooth, toasted honey-like aftertaste.(Snip)Brew uses NEWater, wastewater that Singapore’s Public Utilities Board has treated with microfiltration and reverse osmosis as well as ultraviolet light to remove contaminants, bacteria and viruses.

There was a time, long ago, when actor Alec Baldwin was actually entertaining. His performance as a main character in the classic 1988 comedy Beetlejuice was solid, though Michael Keaton stole the show in that film. And Baldwin was adequate in the movies Hunt for Red October in 1990 and Glengarry Glen Ross in 1992. He was even decent in the terrific drama The Departed in 2006. Indeed, Baldwin had been blessed with good looks and enough talent to make himself a wealthy man with a robust career.
But as we’ve seen with so many actors – consider Robert DeNiro, Susan Sarandon, and Sean Penn as examples – Baldwin’s onscreen success
