Kensington, Brooklyn—A mural aimed at empowering all women, but especially those who wear hijabs, was unveiled Sunday in Brooklyn.
The mural, entitled Hijabi Queens, was presented at the corner of Coney Island and Ditmas Avenues in Brooklyn’s Little Pakistan neighborhood. It was painted by Natasha May Platt. The mural honors Muslim women who wear Hijabs, the Islamic head covering.
Farzeen Hussain Wasti and Asad Wasti own the building the mural was painted on. “We have never seen anything like this in the neighborhood and there are a lot of hate crimes here and many of them go unreported and they happen to women who wear a head covering,”

The virtual premiere for the movie ‘2000 Mules’ was held last night live from Las Vegas. In the film, Dinesh D’Souza and True the Vote provide answers and evidence of the stolen 2020 Election. The explosive documentary was released on Tuesday at select theaters across the nation. The movie “2000 Mules” proves through geo-tracking and video confirmation that Democrats used ballot trafficking to steal the 2020 election from President Donald Trump. Jill Biden made an unannounced trip across the Ukraine border today for a Mother’s Day visit with Ukraine’s First Lady Olena Zelensky. It was the first time Mrs .Zelensky has appeared in public since Putin invaded Ukraine on February 24. Jill’s trip into Ukraine makes her the highest-profile member of the Biden administration to go into the war zone.
Credit when credit is due. Biden went into Ukraine, something that her husband, the President of the United States, did not do when he was in the region recently. In other words, the first lady is doing what the leader of the free world refuses to do.

Saturday, school board elections were held for four suburban Fort Worth, Texas, school districts. Candidates backed by a conservative parents’ organization won all 10 seats they contested and unseated at least three incumbents.
Usually, school board elections are low-key affairs that draw scant interest. But ever since COVID, Critical Race Theory (CRT), and mainstreaming of sexual grooming in our classrooms brought the stupidity and cruelty of many school board members to public view, they have become a battleground. Once sane people saw the horror show and bullsh** that was the Loudoun County, Virginia, school board, they started paying attention

Linda Greenhouse reported on the Supreme Court for the New York Times for 30 years. Since then, she’s appeared in the paper on a regular basis giving her fiercely pro-choice opinions. So it’s no surprise she had a say about the shocking leak of a draft opinion that appears to overturn the Supreme Court’s Roe vs. Wade decision legalizing abortion nationwide.
Sunday’s edition featured Greenhouse’s “The Draft Opinion’s Missing Women.” Yes, the Times headline is suggesting the abortion ruling is leaving out “women.” This from the paper that has spent the last year or so often leaving out the word “women” in pregnancy-related stories, in order to appease radical transgenders. New Jersey lawmakers have less than eight weeks to negotiate a state budget, and one glaring question lingers: Will Gov. Phil Murphy give the state Legislature a say in spending billions in federal coronavirus relief money? The Garden State received $6.24 billion through the American Rescue Plan signed by President Joe Biden in March 2021. Most of that money remains unspent, and the Murphy administration has yet to release a detailed plan for more than $3 billion that is still unallocated.(Snip)“The governor has been running this as a one-man band throughout the entire crisis,” said Hal Wirths, R-Sussex, Republican budget officer in the state Assembly.

Not long ago, Mother’s Day was the quintessential Hallmark holiday, a holiday where children and spouses scrambled to buy flowers, send cards and organize brunch to thank mom for the under-appreciated work she does to raise the next generation.
This Mother’s Day, moms need something more than flowers and brunch: We need people to stand up and defend the very concept of motherhood and what it means to be a woman. Right now words such as “mother” and “pregnant women” are being scrubbed from public discourse by woke activists who insist that common sex-based terms are not inclusive.

The inconvenient truth is that even at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, a very simple, inexpensive and effective treatment was available that could have saved the majority of lives lost (1-3). All that the WHO and public health bureaucracy had to do was to recommend and support people taking sufficient Vitamin D3. This failure to act traces back to the unscientific bias and pro-vaccine obsession of Dr. Anthony Fauci. And once again the legacy media, while being paid by the US government and the pharmaceutical industry to promote vaccination, acted by censoring, defaming and suppressing the ability of physicians to inform people of scientific truth.

California State University, Northridge wants its attendees to understand the importance of pronouns.
Therefore, via its University Student Union’s Pride Center, the school has dedicated a webpage to “Why Pronouns Matter for Everyone.”
“Jump-start the learning curve,” it says, “by educating yourself.”
CSUN tells cisgender students not to make their peers do work that’s on them:
Don’t make your Transgender and Nonbinary peers do all the work in pronoun education. You can jump-start the overall learning curve by educating yourself and boosting our reach with others around you.

Then they wasted a ton of time testing a bunch of drugs that could never have worked on inpatients, costing lives and wasting more time.

Much has been written this week about the pro-abortionists’ plans to picket the homes of the six Republican-appointed justices over the egregiously leaked Alito draft overturning Roe v. Wade. Those criticisms, which I summarize below, are certainly valid. If we had an attorney general who cared about enforcing the law, he’d seek injunctive relief and criminal penalties for such conduct. If AG Merrick Garland fails to do so, the attorney general of Virginia, Jason S. Miyares, may step in to preclude any such protests in his state. But I think the rowdies got their ideas from Chief Justice Roberts’s strange role in the ObamaCare case mandate challenge

The backlash against Biden comes as the formula shortage has reached crisis levels in recent weeks, with at least 12 states facing 40 percent or higher out of stock rates. As shelves across the country meant to carry formula remain largely barren, parents such as Russell Bleck, a husband and father in Lexington, Kentucky, have become desperate to get their hands on the all important product.

As the years take their toll, our World War II veterans are passing away. There are so few of them left that when we get an opportunity to honor or celebrate one of them, we should.
It’s believed that retired Sgt. Victor W. Butler is the last Tuskegee Airman living in Rhode Island, and he is turning 100 this month.
That’s an amazing feat in and of itself, but the fact that he so bravely fought for his country at a time when racism and segregation were still prevalent in the U.S. makes his story even more remarkable.

Things are growing more and more dangerous after a draft opinion to overturn Roe v. Wade was leaked. Several of the Justices’ have been doxxed, and now protesters are gathering in front of their homes, attempting to pressure them to uphold the supposed “right” to the barbaric practice of abortion.
Videos show pro-abortion fanatics gathering at the homes of Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh. At one point, the video shows a coat hanger drawn in pink on the street, an obvious allusion to the common left-wing trope that women will get “back alley” abortions if they aren’t allowed to legally kill their children. There’s very little evidence that’s true
