Florida just got a massive win for election integrity.A federal appeals court just reversed a lower court’s decision to overturn Florida’s newest election integrity laws. The laws established Election Crimes and Security and worked to strengthen voting rules in the state. This includes signature verification on mail-in ballots.Epoch Times reported:On Friday, May 6, a federal appeals court granted Florida’s request to reinstate portions of the state’s election laws, struck down by a district court judge who ruled the measures unconstitutional and discriminatory. On May 1, 2021, the Republican-controlled state Senate approved SB 90 (pdf), which overhauled Florida election law ahead of the 2022 midterm elections

U.S. District Judge Mark Walker got spanked. He single-handedly tried to undue sensible measures enacted by elected officials to stop voter fraud. And he put Florida Elections under Federal control for daring to pass this law. Democrats will now promote him and Republicans will try to get rid of him. There is no more jurisprudence, just political expediency. He knew he would get spanked, and he knew he was legally wrong just as RGB said R v. W was wrong. He didn't care. The Kangaroo will hop back to his bench and wait for his promotion... Let's make that a long wait, shall we?

President Trump should say “Democrats live in a fantasy world, but Americans have grown up and realize that it’s all make believe.

In the spirit of “two things are possible at once,” I am extremely grateful for Governor DeSantis’ consistently good results and, in this case, for the 11th Circuit’s correct ruling; AND we should all long for a day when neither consistently good elected officials nor correct rulings by duly appointed judiciaries will be newsworthy. This should be every day everywhere. Praises for the constituency who voted in not only Governor DeSantis but also the good Presidents and Senators who’ve nominated and confirmed, respectively, enough sane judges to the 11th Circuit through the years to secure this week’s necessary ruling. A more illustrative example of “elections matter” would be difficult to script.

Not a lawyer but the 11th took the black robes demigod behind the woodshed. Basically said the circuit judge didn’t even use Law School 101 in his decision.

This sort of ruling, the original one that was overturned, should get the "judge" unemployed, quickly.

There needs to be a "Three-Strike Rule" for Judges who get overturned by a higher court. By that I mean the erroneous Judge needs to be immediately removed from the bench, period.

Their are too many "living document" judges. "Living document" is a euphemism for, "the law is whatever the judge wants it to say, not what the written law actually says."
After, the Bush 2 - Gore fiasco, the Florida legislature did a good job on improving election integrity. Covid was used as an excuse to negate integrity procedures. The,so called, overhaul of Florida election law was only restoring the law to what it was before Covid.
