The Supreme Court’s potential decision to overrule Roe v. Wade certainly did not prompt Democrat voters to turn up at Ohio’s midterm primaries on Tuesday. The House Democrat’s campaign chief Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney (D-NY) announced after Politico’s bombshell report on Monday night that abortion will “now” become the “central choice” in the November midterms and claimed that “only Democrats will protect our freedoms.” But despite the Democrat Party’s attempt to rile their base over the supposed “right” to end the lives of unborn children, Republican voters doubled Democrat voters in the Ohio gubernatorial primary just a day after the Supreme Court’s potential ruling was leaked.

You may have noticed something interesting in the reaction to the leak of the Supreme Court draft opinion referring to Roe v. Wade.First, Democrats are pretending like the draft is a final opinion of the Court and going all-in to gin up the anger on the left for the midterms.Second, Democrats are attacking the Court — going against all norms that one doesn’t criticize or try to affect an ongoing case, not to mention that you shouldn’t try to threaten or intimidate SCOTUS justices. A host of clips shared on social media show him being floored by an onlooker who rushed the stage set and took him down in a flying tackle. Further videos appeared to show the comic apparently unharmed after returning to the stage at the Netflix Is A Joke Festival as security personnel surrounded and took down the alleged attacker in the rear corner of the stage. After returning to the stage on Tuesday, the 48-year-old joked: “It was a trans man.” Meanwhile his assailant was apprehended and removed
With These Three Words, Biden Just Ruined
Democrats' Messaging on Abortion

President Biden on Tuesday raised eyebrows on social media after making a Democratic messaging blunder when it comes to abortion. In discussing the possibility that the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, the president did not refer to what’s at stake as women’s health or reproductive health, nor did he even say fetus or pregnancy. Instead, he was clear that it's “a child” that's killed in the procedure. "The idea that we're going to make a judgment that is going to say that no one can make the judgment to choose to abort a child, based on a decision by the Supreme Court, I think goes way overboard,”

An unprecedented SCOTUS leak has revealed that the court is set to rule on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization and will allow Mississippi to restrict some abortions. Already, it’s almost impossible to hear anything over the shrieking, wailing, and gnashing of teeth on the Left. But if you strain your ears and concentrate really, really hard, you can detect a separate faint murmur of concern. Some of those on the right, who have been getting through the disaster that is the Biden administration by looking forward to the absolute bloodbath the 2022 midterms promise to be, are quietly voicing their fear

Some of the most high-profile liberal figures have joined together to encourage advertisers to boycott Twitter if Elon Musk brings in his promised policy of unfettered 'free speech.'Twenty six NGOs and advocacy groups signed a letter expressing concern about the world's richest man's plan. Musk himself responded to the letter asking who funded them: the answer being an assortment of 'dark money groups' like George Soros's Open Society Foundation; NGOs founded by former Clinton and Obama administration staffers; wealthy Democrat donors and their family foundations; labor unions; and the governments of European nations.

Democrats and media personalities on Tuesday acknowledged Donald Trump’s impact on Ohio Senate candidate J.D. Vance’s GOP primary win.In April, Trump endorsed Vance. Polling showed Trump’s immediate impact on the race, and Vance never looked back.Tom Nichols, a contributing writer for the Atlantic, gave Trump the credit for Vance’s win in the hotly contested primary. “I am torn by Schadenfreude about Vance vs Mandel; two truly terrible people who both stuck their heads deep into Donald Trump’s colon, and only one of them could win, so I was gonna hate it no matter who won, but my God, both souls went for bargain basement rates,” he said.
Americans Prefer Trump Over Biden On Presidential

More Americans want to see former President Trump as the Republican presidential nominee in 2024 than want to see President Joe Biden at the top of the Democratic ticket, the latest data from the I&I/TIPP Poll show. Registered voters across the country were asked in April’s I&I Poll, “Who do you want to see run for president on the Republican ticket in 2024?” That was a companion question to a similar one asked about the Democrats. While this is not the same as taking a poll of a head-to-head matchup between two specific candidates, the results do indicate preferences and political leanings within both major parties and among independents that

The left’s freakout over a leaked draft of a Supreme Court opinion overturning Roe v. Wade is hardly surprising. It has a collective breakdown whenever it loses on an issue, even a trivial one. But what did surprise us was the radical, downright insurrectionist talk spewed by at least one Democrat. The unprecedented leak of a draft of a Supreme Court opinion – apparently in hopes that it would somehow change the outcome – was a sign of the left’s unbalanced mental state. As soon as the leak hit the internet, protests erupted, calls for packing the court and ending the filibuster re-emerged, and the hyperbole gushed forth.

Twenty twenty was a bitter defeat for many of us, and the charges of fraud were not without merit. (snip) For all the illegality, though, I think 2020 is going to be seen as a Pyrrhic victory, with so many of the Democrats' bad ideas catching up with them and as the black and Hispanic base sours on Biden and his party. A wipe-out in 2022 will surprise no one. To a certain extent, we have been here before. Voters back in the 1980s walked away from the Democrats heralding the Reagan Revolution, and many never looked back. But a lot of party leaders understood their problems

President Joe Biden thinks you and I need a Far-Left Mary Poppins to tell the rest of us what we can and cannot read and hear, so he’s appointed her to run the Department of Homeland Security’s newly established Disinformation Governance Board (DGB). If there is anything most clearly barred by the First Amendment to the federal government, it is the authority to create an obscure, unaccountable bureaucracy to decide what is “disinformation” and what isn’t. That is censorship, pure and simple. Biden is doing this despite the fact the First Amendment says Congress “shall make no law” that gives anybody, anywhere in the federal government the power to censor speech

The Left is in an apocalyptic mood after the leak of Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion that may, if the intimidation campaign that the leakers were hoping to provoke doesn’t succeed, herald the end of Roe v. Wade. If the Supreme Court really does overturn Roe, it won’t even mean the end of legal abortion, as the states would be free to make their own laws concerning the practice. But Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-Ditzville) and Eric Swalwell (D-Fang Fang) want you to believe that this is just the beginning of a MAGA wave so large that it threatens to drown every pet Leftist cause and then some.

Whoever leaked Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion in a crucial abortion-rights case violated a key tenet of the Supreme Court — and might even have committed a crime, legal experts said Tuesday.“It is a core, central principle of working there to keep everything confidential,” said Washington, DC, lawyer Bill Burck, a former federal prosecutor who clerked for former Justice Anthony Kennedy..If the leaker is a clerk — or even one of the court’s nine justices — “it’s hard to see how a crime was committed” because the document isn’t classified and they’d have a right to possess it, Burck said.

caught up recently with Vanity Fair’s in-depth feature on “the New Right.” At one point, writer James Pogue interviewed neoreactionary Curtis Yarvin, who is quoted saying some provocative things. I fully agree with Yarvin’s gibes about the autocratic oligarchy that stifles dissent, his sneering at the media as “predators,” and his recognition that it may take a Caesar-like leader to pull us out of our present decadence. But Yarvin also made a statement with which I profoundly disagree. My disagreement may explain why, unlike Yarvin, I am never invited to address conservative conferences. Although I sound less edgy, I may in fact be more serious about pursuing the culture war.
