The prominent independent U.S. Supreme Court analysis page, SCOTUSBlog, said Monday evening’s leak of the Court’s expected decision in Roe v. Wade is “the gravest, most unforgivable sin.”
“It’s impossible to overstate the earthquake this will cause inside the Court, in terms of the destruction of trust among the Justices and staff,” SCOTUSBlog tweeted. “This leak is the gravest, most unforgivable sin.” On Monday, Politico released a draft of an opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito that showed the Court is expected to overturn the landmark abortion case when it issues its decision towards the end of the Court’s term.

What these demonrat loving the killing of babies and selling their parts is that the decision falls back on states. They're just bent out of shape that all the states won't subscribe to the murder.

Time to line everyone up and hire Maurey Povich and his lie detector to investigate. Dems will do anything, including breaking any law or person, who stands in their way, to get their way. They cheated the last presidential election, this is standard procedure for them.

The only way to fix this is to give the leaker 24 hours to identify himself/herself/itself and the appropriate Justice must terminate that individual. If the leaker does not step forward, then CJ Roberts must fire all of his court clerks and order the associate Justices to fire all of their court clerks and hire new ones.
Sad isn't it that Politico was all too happy to publish the draft opinion knowing that a serious confidentiality breach among the SCOTUS Justices had taken place. All for that scoop.

I've been unable to find answers to the following questions about who the potential leaker may be:
Have Jackson or her clerks had access to the Alito draft? If so, where and when? Before gem access, were Jackson's clerks formally advised of the need for complete secrecy and were they told how they would be held accountable? Also, did Breyer's clerks have access to or read Alito's draft? If so, since they'll be leaving when he does, wouldn't they be motivated to leak--- in an attempt to incite their frenzied base for the midterms?

Find out who did it. Don’t use the FBI - they’re thoroughly corrupt. Use the U.S. Marshals. Once the leaker is found - hang him (or her).

A law clerk who is a foreign citizen would not have his career destroyed in his home country.
Only an American law clerk would suffer the loss of a law career - unless he never planned to practice law, anyway.
Chuck Schumer, for example, graduated from Harvard Law School, but never practiced law. I'm not sure he even took the bar exam.
Chuck has dedicated his working life to the writing of bad laws.
Mitt Romney, the mischievous Mormon, completed a joint MBA/JD at Harvard, and never practiced law.
Dollar Bill Clinton practiced just two years, after being voted out as Governor of Arkansas, and then returned to the Governorship. And during
the 2 years, Clinton really was just a Rainmaker at the law firm.
Dementia Jo lasted just one year with a law firm, probably was fired, took a public defender position - low pay, good benefits.
