The Los Angeles Police Department has a message for the denizens of Tinseltown and the rest of the City of Angels. When you go out and about, you should probably avoid wearing any sort of flashy, expensive jewelry or other expensive possessions. Why would they say that? Because thieves have continued to become more and more brazen about pulling a weapon on pedestrians or motorists and robbing them of their belongings. And displays of wealth will just make you more of a target for these types of crimes. At the same time, gangs are also stepping up attacks on jewelry stores and other outlets selling expensive

Don't have sympathy for the victims as they probably voted for Dims all the way.

A tastefully concealed 9mm or 40 cal is the new string of pearls for the well-turned out urbanite.

Watch the Democrats make expensive jewelry, cars, and cash illegal to carry over $50 in public.
Dead serious.

Violent thieves are 'feeling empowered'.
In cities and states where being armed for you own defense is somewhere between difficult and impossible, legally, and the police are handcuffed, and the criminals get released on zero bail a hour after a violent crime by pro-crime "prosecutors".....the violent criminals are pleased at how much the government has improved their "working conditions" and "worker safety".
In many states, trying rob someone will risk getting you shot by your intended victim, who may be legally armed. Not so in most of California, NYC, and many other places where the Dems run things.

You voted for it. Now suck it up all you rich liberals. Unfortunately they are robbing elderly women. Go soft on crime and you'll have more of it.

I got a chuckle about #10s post. Perhaps he should have chosen a different auto. A running, complete 'beat up' '52 Bug is probably worth at least $10-15K. In excellent condition, $35-45K wouldn't be surprising at auction.
Gone are the days when an "old VW" was worth $500.

A number of celebrity related Beetles have sold for far over $100K.

I know why they're saying this! Because only the THEIVES will be wearing the stolen bling! It'll make them easier to catch.

Bu ... bu ... but. They have insurance. Yeah, and everyone's insurance rates go up while the po po stand around with their thumbs up their backsides. Keep in mind, stores and chains don't pay for their insurance. You do - through increased prices. Just one more tic in the reasons for inflation. Of course, criminals are only committing crime to get bread on the table.

No worries, the bad guys are now just taking the stuff directly from the stores. They have cut out the middle man.

Crime does pay. Watch the video. A cool 4 to 5 million heist and, if caught, the scum probably wouldn't do 30 days.
