A former Google employee filed a class-action lawsuit in a San Jose, California, federal court Friday alleging systemic bias against black employees and a corporate culture preferring white males, Reuters reported.
The lawsuit, filed by April Curley, says Google places black employees in lower-level jobs, pays them less, and denies them opportunities to grow at the company, Reuters reported. Specifically, Curley states black people make up only 4.4% of employees and about 3% of leadership, according to Reuters. Curley also said Alphabet Inc., the parent company of Google, required black people to show identification or else face questioning at the Mountain View, California campus, Reuters reported.

Call it the Trump curse. Scandals seem to befall his most moralistic critics — from the activists at the Lincoln Project to journalists like Chris Cuomo to the imprisoned lawyer Michael Avenatti. A new addition to this roster of undone Trump critics is Mark Galli, the former editor of Christianity Today. The publication reported last week that according to its investigators he sexually harassed women for years.

Mississippi elementary school assistant principal Toby Price was shown the door last week after, in what the superintendent called “a lack of professionalism,” he read a second-grade class a book called “I Need a New Butt.”
The book, written by Dawn McMillan, is a “silly” story about a young boy’s quest to find a new butt because his “has a huge crack.”
“Will he choose an armor-plated butt?” the Amazon description asks. “A rocket butt? Find out in this quirky tale of a tail, which features hilarious rhymes and delightful illustrations.”

The City of West Hollywood is launching a guaranteed income program that excludes straight people. Here are the guidelines as laid out by the city government’s website: Community members who are interested in applying for the West Hollywood Pilot for Guaranteed Income must reside in the City of West Hollywood, be 50 years or older, identify as LGBTQIA, and have an individual income of $41,400 or less. So if you are straight, if you are not a member of LGBTQIA (and I have no idea what half those letters mean), you should not bother to apply “to receive unconditional monthly $1,000 payments from April 2022 through September 2023.”CORRECTION*

Video of Chasten Buttigieg, the husband of Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, leading a group of children in a modified pledge of allegiance to the gay pride flag went viral late Wednesday.
The video was made at Pride Camp, an Iowa summer camp for gay and transgender high school students where Chasten Buttigieg appeared to work as a counselor. "I pledge my heart to the rainbow of the Not So Typical Gay Camp," Chasten Buttigieg and the campers recited. "One camp, full of pride, indivisible, with affirmation and equal rights for all." After reciting the pledge, Chasten Buttigieg and the campers waved gay pride flags and cheered.

What was billed as the “secure” alternative to Google’s data-siphoning search engine has turned out to be no better at belaying the leftist barrage of downvoting unacceptable speech. What good is valuing my privacy if you don’t value my free speech or my access to all viewpoints?
Joining countless other companies at destroying lives and freedom, DuckDuckGo announced via their CEO’s Twitter feed that the company would begin engaging in, effective immediately, the censorship of articles or sites that promote – gasp! – skepticism at the corporate media’s approved narrative.

A Fortune 500 roofing company celebrated International Women's Day by hosting a talk from a transgender activist who attacked Christians over their "bigotry."
Owens Corning, headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, held a company-wide meeting on Tuesday that included a talk from Paula Stone Williams—an influential evangelical pastor turned transgender activist. An individual who viewed her remarks to the construction company told the Washington Free Beacon that Williams said American Christians are the root of anti-trans bigotry. The International Women's Day conversation also featured discussion of the lack of attention paid to nonbinary people in the workplace.

First, and most importantly, virtually no one in the U.S. has got this right, including conservative outlets and pundits. Putin's a thug, but he's an excellent politician and a strong leader. And he's not crazy, as some seem to surmise. He is a cold, calculating, strategic thinker who has disciplined his mind and body for decades. He's a Russia first guy. Think Donald Trump minus all the hot air and Big Macs, and add a willingness to off his enemies.
We promised Russia we would not expand NATO when the Soviet Union fell.

The California Department of Social Services raided a chain of San Diego preschools and interrogated students as young as 2 over the preschool's compliance with the statewide mask mandate.
The students at Aspen Leaf Preschool, which has multiple locations in the city of San Diego, were grilled by state officials in January in response to a complaint that the school was not following the statewide school mask mandate. The interviews were conducted without any parental notice or awareness.

When lawyer Sarah Weddington stood up in the Supreme Court on Oct. 11, 1972, to present the pro-abortion argument in the case of Roe v. Wade, she was legalistically careful in the language she used to describe whom exactly an abortion aborted. She avoided normal human terms like "unborn child" or "baby" -- and, most importantly, "person."
She preferred "fetus."
Presumably, this was because the Fourteenth Amendment states, "nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

Ha-Ha-Ha… Oh, the Biden administration is not happy with Poland. Not happy at all.
Earlier this afternoon, Poland called Secretary of State Anthony Blinken’s bluff, over the U.S. claims that Poland was going to send fighter jets into Ukraine. This followed Sunday’s announcement where Poland said the U.S. State Dept was lying.
Earlier today, Poland said they would give the U.S. the planes if Blinken and Biden wanted to start World War III, but Poland wasn’t going to help the U.S. create a war with Russia. This put the U.S. in a ‘put up or shut up’ position.
