Game-changing news has emerged out of Iceland.
As of this week, Iceland is the first country in the world to completely drop ALL Covid measures. There will be no lockdowns or social restrictions. There will be no mandatory Covid testing and if you happen to catch Covid you do not have to isolate. There will be no vaccine passports and no vaccine mandates. Anyone regardless of their vaccination status can travel to the country with no test required. The unvaccinated will not face any form of discrimination or exclusion from society.
Iceland is returning to going back to life as it was before Covid.
This by itself would be astounding enough

As the midterm 2022 elections approach, the expectation is that, with thirty Democrat House retirements and the continued unraveling of the Biden Administration, the Dems are about to experience historic losses in both the House and Senate.
However, the evil geniuses within the Democrat party have identified the Fourteenth Amendment as a vehicle to thwart Republican dreams of achieving a massive political realignment. Therefore, it may be shortsighted to count the one-time party of Jefferson as down-and-out until the last glimmering frenzy has been extinguished.
In 1868, the Fourteenth Amendment was amended to add Section 3, also known as the Disqualification Clause.

Donald Trump has announced that he will be holding a rally in South Carolina on March 12.
The event will be taking place at the regional airport in Florence, Trump’s political action committee Save America announced.
“After a year of crises and failures from the Biden Administration, it’s no surprise folks are eager to rally behind a Republican, America First agenda,” South Carolina GOP Chairman Drew McKissick said in a statement about the rally. “That’s why we’re excited to welcome President Trump back to South Carolina.”

Joe Biden sat down for a face-to-face interview with social media influencer Brian Tyler Cohen on Friday to discuss Putin, Covid and challenges Americans are facing due to his horrible policies.
Biden claimed that he has made the economy better but people are still “psychologically” unable to “feel happy.”
“There’s a phenomenal negative psychological impact that Covid has had on the public psyche and so you have an awful lot of people who are not withstanding the fact that things have gotten so much better for them economically that they are thinking,

An Ontario Superior Court of Justice (ONSC) judge rebuked a man for deriding his ex-wife as a “conspiracy theorist” in a family law dispute related to custody of two minor children — a 12-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son — centered on disagreement between parents over coronavirus vaccinations for their children.
In his judgment issued on Tuesday, Justice Alex Pazaratz questioned the father’s line of argumentation. The father wants the two children, who have both “recovered completely” from the coronavirus, to receive vaccinations. The mother opposes this.
Pazaratz challenged the father’s use of the term “misinformation,” a term regularly used by Big Tech to censor interrogation of left-wing political orthodoxies.

President Donald Trump appeared to finally confirm that he is running for re-election in 2024 during his speech at CPAC.
Trump stated that he has already won twice and that he will be doing it again for a “third time.”
“We did it twice, and we’ll do it again. We’re going to be doing it again a third time,” Trump said to massive applause. “November 2024 they will find out like never before.” [Video]
Trump has consistently implied that he is running, without explicitly confirming it.
“The socialists, globalists, Marxists and communists who are attacking our civilization have no idea of the sleeping giant that they have awoken,” Trump said.

As a mother went to the doctors for her routine ultrasound, she noticed that her baby was “blowing a bubble”. However, the doctor informed her of some shocking news, urging her to abort. She decided to make a decision that you have to see to believe.
Tammy Gonzalez was happy about having a daughter, however her excitement would quickly turn into terror and heartbreak once she went in for a routine ultrasound. As she was in the doctor’s office, it appeared that her baby was blowing a bubble. As Tammy looked back and forth between the ultrasound monitor and the technician’s shocking stare, she realized that something was wrong, very wrong.

No one likes it when things don’t go their way. Whether it’s a being passed over for a promotion at work or the dissolution of a long-term personal relationship or a financial reversal, a setback is never welcome. What defines a person’s character is his reaction to adverse events. Mature adults will stop, take a breath, internalize the misfortune, evaluate their options and calmly pick a corrective course of action, with a minimum of hyperbolic arm-waving and verbal histrionics. Young children, of course, haven’t attained this level of personal composure and they react with gut-level emotion, stamping their feet, shouting out excuses and rationalizations and just generally blaming everyone

Many Americans are baffled that the economy has become inflationary and may be heading for a recession. The price of gasoline is especially troublesome.
President Biden blames the baffling backward bounce of the economy on the COVID pandemic. As with much political commentary, there is an element of truth in his observation. However, the pandemic didn't cause inflation; the government's response to the pandemic did. In 1986, President Reagan said, "The nine most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help." Reagan's remarks are more relevant today than the day he delivered them.

Except in the months preceding a crucial midterm election, today’s Democrats would argue that high gas prices are a good thing. They see gas prices as a Pigouvian tax on fossil fuels that accelerate the shift to renewable “green” energy. Regulatory and legislative actions such as killing the Keystone Pipeline early last year, and closing off federal lands for oil drilling, were made by the Biden Administration and its congressional cohorts knowing full well such decisions would raise gas prices for consumers.
Democrats were okay with that, until their polling numbers began dipping into the frigid zone.

What if two years ago, when COVID-19 first hit these shores, our politicians hadn't panicked?
What if the government did what it has done every time we were confronted with a deadly virus, such as the Spanish flu or polio? Instead of locking down our schools, churches and businesses, the government could have simply informed citizens of the risks of getting sick and urged people to be extra careful about hygiene, stay out of crowded places and protect the vulnerable.
It turns out there was one country that mostly rejected lockdowns and let life go on as normal as possible under dire circumstances. That country was Sweden.

Happy Tuesday, dear Kruiser Morning Briefing friends. The dress code has been amended to include ascots and Crocs, but never together.
One of the best arguments for colonizing the moon and Mars is that there would be someplace to get away to when this world gets crazy. On the off chance that you haven’t been outside in while, I would like to pass along the fact that the world is, at present, a little Froot Loops.
If someone had written a novel describing the last two years, critics would have panned it as a dystopian effort that was just a little too over the top.
