The problem with becoming a dictator is that madness often quickly follows. (snip) in Canada today, we have a ruling party that’s equally obsessive, this time in its determination to destroy all political opposition. To that end, Canada’s ruling class is willing to bring down its entire banking system. (snip) In addition to the usual police powers to arrest people who offended Trudeau, Trudeau’s government announced that it would shut down all crowdfunding platforms, attack cryptocurrencies, and unilaterally seize the bank accounts of anyone protesting Trudeau’s COVID policies or supporting the protesters.
In the Brave New World that is Fortress Canada, you and your family will starve if you offend Trudeau

It's time to remove Canada's government by force. Hope the Canucks are up for it.

Rest assured my fellow Americans. The reptilian upchuck schemer, Nutsy Nazi Nancy and their fellow corrupt commiecrats are feverishly taking notes on how to unleash this on us.
Commies in both Canada have destroyed and are actively attacking every other institution we had faith and trust in it seems, why not the banking system?

This may be being done on purpose. I think the world re-set thing wants to go to digital currency where the gov't holds all money and let's you have some (of YOUR money) as long as you obey the party line. Then THEY are in control of ALL money. If you dissent you are denied funds for anything-food included.
I hope someone here knows more about this. I will explore it today again.

In another article it quotes a poll showing 66% of Canadians support the imposition of the Emergencies Act. If true, Canada is lost.

#2, I agree. Our political elites are watching carefully. They would like nothing more than to control our entire existence. Remember, the words of Klaus Schwab, “You will own nothing and love it.” Believe it or not, he and his cabal are working feverishly to make that our reality. Freedom must be defended and we’re fast approaching the most serious decision we will ever make. Will we fight for it or will we take the path of least resistance? God give us courage.

I have my accounts in a local credit union. When I was a kid, there were three banks in town. Now there are a lot of them and they merge, split and change their names all the time. No thank you.

My suggestion to the truckers is to avoid any further blockades (which can be charged as criminal acts) and instead simply refuse to make ANY deliveries to Ottawa. No trucker could be identified and there would be no chargeable crime committed. They'll starve in a week. Reverse Hunger Games, baby, eh? Also, make contributions to the truckers in the name of Justin Trudeau and his other fascist officials. Let THEM get their accounts frozen.

Not just its banking system, but its entire economy. Frozen bank accounts mean bankruptcy for all of those businesses and services whose bills are not going to get paid.

I’m with #13. What the Canadian truckers should do is take themselves and their trucks out of legal jeopardy by simply driving back home and staying there until their legitimate concerns are debated and figured out by the Canadian Government. Once the trucks are parked all over Canada and the supply chain falters it will not be long before the Canadian Government will be required to address all those issues in a Democratic manner and not as a dictatorship. One thing the Canadians have, that even the USA does not, is a Parliament that can remove a Prime Minister by way of no confidence votes, but the problem with that may be that polls recently taken in Canada, if legitimate, show that over 60% of the populace in that socialist oriented country support the draconian tactics being used by the current Canadian Government against the protesting truckers.

"The problem with becoming a dictator..." What should follow: "is that you will be killed and hung from a lamp post by those to whom you seek to dictate." All else is folly.

Stop delivering ANYTHING via truck to Ottawa. The truckers can take other shipments to other places, and Ottawa will get pretty hungry and cold pretty quickly.

The problem of going home and not delivering is that the root is not addressed or solved and that is
VACCINE PASSPORTS AT THE BORDER FOR TRUCKERS. On January 15, Trudeau and company made this outrageous law that poisoned the truckers' confidence in the govt. This is what they are fighting for and if this isn't resolved now, it will never be resolved. It's like if we don't fix the 2020 election fraud, we will never again have an honest federal election.

FTA: Without that trust, I'm going to keep my money under a mattress rather than deposit it with an arbitrary and capricious banking system.
Not a serious answer though, is it. Where do people who've been deemed enemies of the state keep their money? The Canada is going after people's assets in banks, investment firms and even crypto.
