There is a quiet revolution happening across America and it could mark the beginning of the biggest spiritual, cultural, and political changes this country has seen since the Civil War.
New data made public earlier this week by the U.S. Census Bureau makes clear that millions of Americans are leaving Blue high-tax, high-crime, high-COVID-mandate Democratic states and moving to Red Republican states where taxes are lower, the police aren’t being defunded, and churches still thrive.
Consider the contrast between Texas and Idaho on the one hand and New York and the District of Columbia on the other, as described by the Census Bureau (emphasis added):
Too bad that when they do move to a Red State, they keep voting for the Communists that destroyed their previous home…

Red states don't get your hopes up too high with blue state folks moving in, they will surely want the same things they left behind, and there goes your state down the tube. Just look at what has happened in NH.
People from Massachusetts have turned our state purple, next it will be blue.
Beware.

Thank you posters. The usual admonitions apply. If you move to a free state, dont vote for at least ten years. Dont run for office ever. Dont complain about the roads or the lack of social services. Dont tell anyone where you came from or how they did things there. We dont care and dont want to know. Dont outbid a local for property just because your property in commie land is worth so much more and you have cash to flash around.
Above all, lose the obnoxious mugger accent. No matter how nice you may be, it makes you sound like a street brawler. Remember, you are a refugee, not a missionary.

We are planning to move to a red state from one of the bluest states. We have not and never will vote for a liberal/Democrat. We are a bit afraid to tell new neighbors where we were from - they might shoot us!

Oh please, # 5, if you're coming from a very liberal state, you already live where you might be shot. In red states, most do have guns, therefore we are way more careful about shooting them. The biggest difference you will find is people in red states don't presume to tell you how to live. We do our own thing and don't bother anyone else. So choose your state and move, you will be glad you did. I hear Florida is a great place. Signed,
Resident of Oklahoma

I would add to #3s list of things not to complain about: in areas of public comfort and convenience that we red states LACK, please be aware it is not because we haven't found the will to get them done, but rather we have REJECTED much of the folly that has caused you to move from your blue states. Please keep that in mind as you adjust to your new, independent living arrangements.

Moving to Free America.
Be SURE to stop voting Dem, if you did it 'back home'. And PLEASE don't explain "how we did it back in _______". We don't care, and it shows that you don't grasp why you left the stinkhole you left.
I keep hoping that most of these refugees from Dem states will be conservatives or Dems who have learned their lessons.

This past year property prices have skyrocketed. Houses are sold within a month, one house sold in one day. Price tag? $350,000. And it is surrounded by less than ideal homes, mostly rentals. Not a neighborhood I would want to live in. Maybe these folks will buy the surrounding homes and have them torn down. Locals can't afford to buy property here.

I think you’ll find that most of the transfers are people that voted republican then democrat. My sister, a republican spent most of her life in California, her family is settling in Texas because they finally came to their senses . The looney tunes can’t leave, they won’t fit in anywhere and they know it.

We live in Spokane and are now retired. Our first choice to move to is North Idaho but dumpy homes start at $400,000. Our next choice is Arizona.

Having FINALLY returned home to retire in TX, I plan to have my votes count for the first time since Clinton was elected President! Totally disagree with the 10 year ban on new residents voting . My car was delivered in the wee hours of the morning. Unlike the hours long wait at my former DMV, by noon I had it inspected, registered and the TX license plates on the bumpers!!! Very few people saw me driving with my Commie tags! I told someone the other day about the “Unmask our Children” signs littering the lawns in my old state. The reaction was one of disbelief! Just one example of breathing in freedom! Looking forward to a much better 2022 thanks to my flight to freedom!

Same here in my area as #12 mentioned house prices. Shocking. A small, rundown shack of a home in a not so nice area is being priced at $125,000 to $150,000. These are houses that would be more at home in a Third World country. The sky is the limit for nice homes in a nice neighborhood. What used to go for $300,000 is now $600,000. All this just in the last few years.

A cautionary note to the red states - beware that those lefties moving to our states are bringing their liberal politics with them. In time, the red states will become bluer.

Thank you, #13. Lifelong Republican here who lived in Virginia for 24 years and watched it turn from ruby red to deep blue. Four years ago we retired to South Carolina and brought our conservative patriotic voting habits with us.
Two years ago a young family bought the house next door to us. Two little kids and one on the way. They came from San Diego and when I asked why they left they said “Crime and taxes”. Both little kids attend a Christian school. Great neighbors.

The immigrants crossing Arizona's western border to settle here, when engaged in conversation while in the neighborhood or in a store, are immediately asked where'd ya move from and how are you going to vote. Pressure from the little people.
If they were smart, they'd replace the CA license plate with an AZ asap once the house they paid cash for closes.

Unfortunately, money is freedom. Many decent people just can't afford to vote with their feet and are forced to live with criminals who run the neighborhoods.

Even Pelosi got in on the red state bandwagon this year. She bought property in a very elite conclave in Florida. I guess she doesn't want to deal with the mess that she and her ilk made of Cali when she retires.

So, millions of morons who voted for Democrats are now fleeing the very policies they espoused. When Pigface Pelosi retires, will she go to Florida or Texas ?

Let's hope these travelers remember not to bring their socialist attitudes with them...and...if the democrats think they can manufacture another stolen election with illegal alien votes they are mistaken...the illegals know first hand how communist dictators ruin a country and will be less inclined to vote democrat/socialist....

#1, amen. These are the same freakin illiterates that voted those communists into office. Now they move to red states to destroy them as well. They know their gravy train is coming to an end so they look for greener and freer tax dollars elsewhere.

I live in a conservative blue state. Being sparsely populated three of the largest cities control the elections but we are conservative there's not much we can do about it. A couple of times I witnessed out of state liberal cars at the grocery store. I don't think anyone would re-locate here because there's nothing for them. Bottom on the list for education, oil industry or a lawn service are top jobs people from California and Washington state can't mess this place up and I like that. This is a fairly docile state so leave us alone. Warning to red states the blue invaders will ruin your state it's in their DNA count on that. MAGA

When we moved to Idaho a few years ago, our Pastor's wife said they were told by someone in the voting registrar's office that those who have newly registered to vote here in Idaho were 4 out of 5 registered Republican. We have learned sincee then that its not those who are coming here that are the problem but the "good old boys" the Rinos in Boise, including the Rino Governor that's the problem. We now have 2, two fantastic conservative women, running for Governor and Lt. Governor that should knock the socks off the Swamp here and make Idaho even more conservative.

Good to hear #29. I live in rural Idaho and a lot of people still have their Trump flags flying. I grew up here and when I moved back I fell into an abyss of culture-shock. Boise seems more like Berkley. I heard the death knell when "Medicare For All" was dominating the election. We all know how that turns out.

Well #16 you are so welcome in Texas!! I told our newest ranch neighbor from Oregon (no more solid conservative Christians than one could ask for!) that we need all the help we can get to fight the influx of blue ! I pray your new home will be more wonderful than you ever hoped for.
You were blessed with that short DMV line. It sure is not the case in my W TX town!!
