Vice President Kamala Harris struggled to give a coherent answer when asked about the economy and inflation during a Sunday interview on CBS.
Harris appeared on "Face the Nation" when host Margaret Brennan asked her on the issues of inflation going into the "third year" of a pandemic. "Was it wrong to consider inflation transitory? These price spikes seem like they’re going to be with us for a while," Brennan asked.
The question referred to a previous statement pushed by White House press secretary Jen Psaki that insisted inflation was only "transitory" and should go down within the next year.
Since then economists have admitted inflation has only gotten worse

Late last week the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals removed a stay on the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate via OSHA for companies that employ more than 100 workers.
A three-judge panel in a 2-1 decision dissolved the stay previously granted by the 5th Circuit of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration “Emergency Temporary Standard” which would force employers with 100 or more workers to either require vaccination — or force employees to undergo weekly testing and wear masks at all times.
On Monday, the United States Supreme Court agreed to hear emergency appeals and Justice Brett Kavanaugh — who oversees the 6th Circuit

Golfer Phil Mickelson is known for his incredible short game. However, this past week, Mickelson was more interested in defining an endgame — to COVID, that is. (snip) Serious question since I'm not a dr. If omicron is contagious but not deadly (25,000 cases in Africa with no deaths), why try and control it? Why not let it go and let people get it and develop immunity? Especially for those who won't get vaccinated? Pls, no hate, I'm just curious.

In the movie Aliens Newt, who has witnessed her family’s grisly end and survived being hunted by their monstrous killers, asks Ripley why adults tell little kids there are no monsters. Events since 2016 make that question more resonant now than at the movie’s release. Evidence suggests there are powerful actors among us whose intentions, capabilities, and disregard for anyone else effectively render them implacable enemies of humanity. No one sane wants to reach that conclusion; no one rational can avoid it anymore in light of the facts.
[Snip] Joe Biden...decades in public office his reputation became fixed as slow-witted, unprincipled, self-promoting, gaff-prone, and vindictive.

The Environmental Protection Agency announced Monday that all new cars that aren’t electric must average 55 miles per gallon by 2026.
This amounts to a Great Leap Forward of almost 20 miles per gallon from the currently ordered 36 miles per gallon that all new cars must achieve, else their manufacturers be punished for making them via “gas guzzler” fines applied to them.
Which are then passed on to the people who buy them. Which makes it progressively more difficult to afford them.
That being the point of the fines, you understand.
The Biden administration considers it their right and duty to punish you for buying the car you want

Big Pharma company Pfizer recently bought another pharmaceutical company specializing in producing heart medication. Coincidentally, some of these heart medications can counteract the heart problems caused by Pfizer’s Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) mRNA vaccine.
Pfizer recently signed an agreement with Arena Pharmaceuticals to purchase the company. Arena is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical firm based in San Diego that specializes in developing immuno-inflammatory treatments. At the time of its acquisition, Arena was also expanding its capabilities “to study cardiovascular conditions like acute heart failure and microvascular obstruction.”
Arena’s current portfolio indicates that it has several development-stage pharmaceuticals developed for gastroenterological, dermatological and – most importantly for Pfizer – cardiological use.

Ten out of 13 firefighters with a volunteer Illinois department have quit after their chief was replaced by a man once convicted of arson.
Jerame Simmons is reportedly the son of Herb Simmons, who is the long-time director of the St. Clair County Emergency Management Agency.
Fire Chief John Rosenkranz was removed from his post and replaced with Assistant Chief Jerame Simmons, at a fire district board meeting in East Carondelet on Monday, FOX 2 reports. The newly-appointed fire chief pleaded guilty to arson more than 20 years ago when he was just 18. The two can be seen in video seated at the same table when the change was made.

Does responsibility for the deaths of over 1 million Americans make Tony Fauci a mass murderer? It’s actually worse than that. Consider the basic evidence:
An estimated 800,000 American deaths have been attributed to COVID.
An estimated 388,000 Americans have been killed by “safe and effective” COVID vaccines. This doesn’t include those merely injured with strokes or heart problems. (I personally have an acquaintance who suffered a stroke after getting the jab.) It includes many kinds of deaths.
Safe, inexpensive, and effective life-saving therapeutics for COVID are readily available.

The fact that the FBI has lost its way has been on public display for at least five years now. Truth be told, it probably strayed off course way before that. But during the Trump Presidency, it became too obvious to ignore. It has been involved in everything from the creation of an “insurance policy” against the peaceful transition of power, to the targeting of parents as domestic terrorists for the sin of disagreeing with school boards. How did our “premier law enforcement agency” stray so far from its motto of fidelity, bravery, and integrity?
Simply put, the FBI’s current state is the result of horrible leadership.

It is practical to consider that Donald Trump is a man created for combatting the Democrat party's progressive march toward totalitarian control of our country. Created for combat? Why is that the case?
Consider that Trump was a successful builder on the island of Manhattan in New York. Is succeeding as a builder of skyscrapers in New York City an easily accomplished feat? Are hundreds of successful builders among the millions that call New York home? Of course not. Roadblocks exist to keep the pretenders from participating in building big in New York.

Before getting to the “hole” in RFK Jr.’s new book, I would like to say that his brutal smackdown of the Dr. Anthony Fauci–Bill Gates vaccine oligarchy, The Real Anthony Fauci, is arguably the century’s most important book, and a page-turner on top of that. Buy it. Read it. If you choose not to, avoid holiday arguments with anyone who has. You will lose.
The book has real heart. There is no doubting Kennedy’s passion and sincerity. That heart, however, has a hole. I am inclined to trace the hole to the fact that RFK Jr. is, after all, a Kennedy.

Unpleasant circumstances resulted in our family hosting a number of resident home help caregivers from Africa or of African descent. Getting to know them challenged the assumptions the dominant media would have you believe.
My wife contracted a terrible neurologic disease some years ago that gradually took away her ability to care for herself, and eventually my ability to be her sole caregiver. We had people living in our house 24/7 to attend to her for years. Her condition got worse, and she entered hospice care more than a year ago.
All of her caregivers were meticulous in their attention to her, and I learned much from them
Comments:
Mikelson nails it perfectly.
When common sense seems like a superpower, you know that the "experts" are all lying to you. Unfortunately, the author still buys into the unproven claim that these mRNA shots provide reduced symptoms with this latest mutation. Maybe true, perhaps not. Most of what they have put out is lies.
"Safe and effective" is a clear lie. Why believe any of the rest?
