With just four weeks left in office, Mayor Bill de Blasio launched the country’s first legal shooting galleries Tuesday morning, calling them safe havens for addicts—shortly before five people overdosed at just one of the clinics on opening day. “Overdose Prevention Centers are a safe and effective way to address the opioid crisis. I’m proud to show cities in this country that after decades of failure, a smarter approach is possible,” de Blasio said in a statement. The nonprofit-run centers, New York Harm Reduction Educators on E. 126th Street in Harlem and Washington Heights’ CORNER Project on W. 180th Street, opened Tuesday. There were five overdoses

When he announced last week that he would release more oil from the American Strategic Petroleum Reserve, President Joe Biden told the American people he is doing everything possible to bring down gas prices at the pump.
That's a lie. This administration and the climate change crazies have declared war on American energy.
They want high oil and gas prices. The Biden master plan is for American oil and gas production and consumption to go to zero over the next 15 to 20 years. How do you achieve that goal? By making oil and gas so expensive and so unavailable that Americans are forced to use alternatives.

Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie's new book touting himself as the potential savior of the Republican Party has sold just over 2,000 copies in the week since it was published. In its first week available in stores, Christie's tome titled Republican Rescue has sold just 2,289 copies, according to BookScan data cited by the publishing newsletter Press Run. Press Run author Eric Boehlert called the sales figures a 'a colossal publishing flop' and 'debacle' for Christie, comparing the dismal sales to the same-week sales of 24,000 for Jonathan Karl's new political book, Betrayal: The Final Act of the Trump Show. Germany’s chancellor-to-be, Olaf Scholz, supports making vaccination against Covid-19 mandatory, German media have reported, as neighbouring Austria is debating how to enforce obligatory jabs from February. Scholz, a Social Democrat, who is expected to be sworn in as Angela Merkel’s successor in the coming week, reportedly told a meeting of regional leaders he was in favour of a cross-party initiative to make vaccines mandatory, as well as requiring customers at non-essential stores to show proof of vaccination or recovery from the virus. “As a delegate I would certainly vote in favour, to make that very clear,” Der Spiegel reported Scholz as saying.

A trio of teen girls on an anti-Semitic hate crime spree in Brooklyn smacked around two small boys and a teenager, police said Tuesday.
The hateful teens targeted strangers wearing traditional Orthodox clothing in Bedford-Stuyvesant, cops said. They first struck about 6 p.m. Friday when they confronted a 12-year-old boy walking his 3-year-old brother home on Skillman St. near DeKalb Ave. One of the teens slapped the younger brother in the face before the trio ran off. About 5:35 p.m. the next day, they attacked an 18-year-old woman and her 7-year-old sister walking to a store, police said.

As the Biden Administration continues to push American families into alternative energy sources by maintaining pain at the pump, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg is attempting to explain away high gas prices.
During an interview with MSNBC over the weekend, Buttigieg reassured Americans they won't have to worry about an increase in gas prices ever again, so long as they buy an electric vehicle.
"Families who own that vehicle will never have to worry about gas prices again," Buttigieg said. "The people who stand to benefit most from owning an EV are often rural residents who have the most distances to drive, who burn the most gas, and underserved urban residents

So much for “Minnesota nice.” President Joe Biden received an ugly welcome in the Land of 10,000 Lakes Tuesday when his motorcade passed dozens of protesters who held vulgar signs dissing the commander-in-chief. Some of the demonstrators waved campaign flags for former President Donald Trump. Everything has gone so terribly wrong for the Biden Administration, and in the ways that were widely predicted, that it is hard to believe Joe Biden could be perceived as a successful or at least potentially successful president if only he had avoided being such a tool of the Democratic extreme Left. On the afternoon of his inauguration, he killed the Keystone XL Pipeline and curtailed fracking and offshore oil and gas exploration, and ordered the end of construction of the southern border wall. The consequences have been over 200,000 illegal migrants entering the United States across the southern border most months and the rise in the price of gasoline

While the court could overturn its landmark decision in Roe v. Wade, which legalized abortion, observers have suggested the justices could take more complicated paths to allowing states the power to impose greater restrictions on abortion.
The case – Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health – is based on Mississippi's 15-week abortion ban, and could help craft a new standard for restrictions.

Gov. Ron DeSantis continues to lead while other Republicans cower in the corner. With the rise of the so-called “Omicron” variant of COVID (they skipped the Xi variant for obvious reasons), the Florida governor has chosen to double down on policies that actually make sense.
Lockdowns, mask mandates, and vaccine mandates simply haven’t produced results in other parts of the country. Michigan, led by Democrat Gretchen Whitmer, serves as the latest example with the state now having the highest COVID case rate in the nation. In comparison, DeSantis has rightly decided that it’s better to follow actual data and real-world results than to abide by the gospel of Fauci.

Antifa and BLM typically throw their tantrums in liberal hellholes, or where guns aren’t easily allowed, like Portland, Seattle, Chicago, and New York City. Kenosha, Wisc., was a different story. When Antifa and BLM went to Kenosha to riot against the police shooting of an armed black sexual predator named Jacob Blake, they were probably thinking they could play by their usual rules: burn and loot with near impunity, and attack whomever they want. According to Insider, the records reveal 704 previously unknown flights taken by Epstein’s planes. These include hundreds of trips from a three-year gap in the public record, from 2013 to 2016, when the jets’ movements were unaccounted for.

Oklahoma state Sen. Nathan Dahm (R) filed “Kyle’s Law” last week to shield state residents from politically-driven prosecution in situations where they act in self-defense.
FOX23 reports the legislation, Senate Bill 1120, is designed to prevent residents from being forced to endure trials that are conducted for “political reasons.”
Sen. Dahm noted if SB1120 becomes law it would also guarantee that “victims of malicious prosecution would be able to receive compensation for expenses and damages.”

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), no cases of the Omicron variant have been detected in the United States, and the South African physician who first identified it says the variant’s symptoms are mild. Nonetheless, President Joe Biden has executed another of his trademark flip-flops by imposing a travel ban similar to that which he denounced as the “Africa ban” when Donald Trump was president. Meanwhile, the Democratic governor of New York has already used it as a pretext to declare a “disaster emergency” in the Empire State, and Dr. Anthony Fauci is doing his best to scare the bejabbers out of the electorate:

For almost two years, Anthony Fauci has been reveling in his fame. Starting with his role as COVID spokesman for the Trump administration, the media have fawned on him, something that escalated when it became clear that Fauci was working with them to end the Trump presidency. (snip) Fauci announced on Sunday that he’s the living embodiment of science and sneered when asked about Sen. Ted Cruz’s insistence that the DOJ prosecute him for his lies about funding “gain of function” research in China. Foolish man! Ted Cruz brought a “Cruz missile" of cold, hard facts to the debate.

I am willing to challenge the heads of the various papers or even far left politicians, who have perpetuated the Real Big Lie, which is voter irregularities and fraud
