Millions of citizens long ago concluded that professional sports, academia, and entertainment were no longer disinterested institutions, but far Left and deliberately hostile to Middle America. Yet American conservatives still adamantly supported the nation’s traditional investigatory, intelligence, and military agencies—especially when they came under budgetary or cultural attacks. Not so much anymore. For the first time in memory, conservatives now connect the FBI hierarchy with bureaucratic bloat, political bias, and even illegality. In the last five years, the FBI was mostly in the news for the checkered careers of James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Robert Mueller, Lisa Page, and Peter Strzok. Add in the criminality of convicted FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith.

"No one yet knows what the effect will be of half the country losing faith in the very pillars of American civilization."
No mention of the economic catastrophe, the January 6 'insurrection', or the fake election of 2020. There is only so much one can put in a single article. Anyone else get the impression our country has hit a point of no return?
The Trump era may well have been our last chance, and it's clear Washington will do whatever it takes to prevent anyone from correcting the course we are on.

The rot is thorough from top to bottom. Time to clean house!
I lost my faith in our institutions when Obama got elected in ‘08. I thought for sure this guy would not be allowed anywhere near the White House!

If I were a witness to a crime, I wouldn't speak to the FBI without a lawyer.

Edward Gibbon is known for his six-volume account of The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire. Victor David Hanson may be known as the chronicler of our fate sooner than we might imagine.

Don't dismiss the idea of what is happening in our country and around the world is satanic. It seems that things are being bred and set in place for a person to enter the scene, charm the masses, promise to solve the problems, take strict control - an "anti-Christ" if you will, and the majority of the populace will swallow it up -- and then be swallowed. "We wrestle not against flesh and blood....." There's lots of "flesh and blood" to point fingers at - but our true battle is taking place in the spiritual realm.

When an 18 year old Kyle Rittenhouse can make the same comment Professor Hanson makes about the fbi it pretty much seals it. Amazing times we are existing in.

It doesn’t help that our President is a long term dimwit political liar who is now demented, the Vice President is a political prostitute, that the Speaker of the House is a political bully most concerned with how much her family will profit from the legislation she passes and that the Senate majority leader is a politely hack who would run over his on mother to get in front of a tv camera.

I can only speak for the effect on me, but here it is: I no longer believe anything a Federal agency tells me without verifying it; I no longer trust my doctor to tell me the truth; and I won't talk to a policeman or Federal agent without a lawyer sitting next to me. It does not bode well for the country that many of my friends feel the same way.

FTA: News divisions mostly reported the news rather than simply made it up.
How telling is that line, and sums up the whole article in my opinion.
As far as the F.I.B., they've been at their shenanigans for decades.
Just recently they were implicated in the Malcolm X murder case with regards to "evidence". Then, you can look at how they allowed innocent person die in prison simply to cover for Whitey Bulger being a mob snitch (that was none other than Bob Mueller in Boston).

Bill Whittle has recently suggested with hope that like Midway and Stalingrad the bad guys have stretched as far as they can, we are beginning to recover from the 2020 election sneak attack and starting to push back.

We are now circling the drain towards pure tribalism. Society is already being broken into white and everyone else, jabbed vs unjabbed, Neanderthal (conservative) vs enlightened (progressive).
Where we are heading is civil war. It’s rapidly reaching the point of “We’re not going to take it anymore”. No one understands how many people are sitting on the sidelines, waiting for that call to action. It’s not protests they are waiting for.

Reality is the United States is at best a hollow version of what it once was and basically brain dead. That is not to say all Americans are that way but the system and society has been restructured to where honest hard working people are no longer relevant. Happy Thanksgiving because regardless of this country’s rapid decline what is important is your family and your health.

The FBI/KGB must be entirely disbanded. I do not believe that reform is possible, or desirable. Federal law enforcement is a bad idea. Leave law enforcement to the states.

America's pilgrams relied on the true anchor in their lives which secured their solid faith in God. God's Truth led them individually and as a community, though not all believed. The Bible was as their roadmap for living their lives in peace in this new world and provided answers through prayers when problems inevitably confronted them. The Founder's continued, anchored solidly in faith. Their faith in God inspired the principles they secured for all of us in the Constitution and Bill of Rights. The very words they penned were bathed in prayer for God is our anchor of Truth.. As long as our hearts remain anchored in Christ there is hope. Politics which are man-made follies get us off-track now and then because we are human. But God is as our solid rock and our anchor holds!

"But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, IT IS THEIR DUTY, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security." (emphasis mine) - from our Declaration of Independence.
Resistance is not only our right - it is our responsibility.
In a democratic Republic, we the people ultimately get what we want ..
.. and what we deserve.

The Pillars of Our Civilization now represent Lucifer (Satan). Just as 'I AM' has told us would happen. They abandon good with punishment for being good, and reward evil for being evil, faithful 100% to Lucifer (Satan) their master.

Eliot Ness was an agent of what is now known as BATFE not FBI. I am not sure who FBI agents look to as their role model. I keep seeing people saying that surely the left will be beaten back and the tide will be turned soon. What is happening to accomplish that? They say the Republicans will coming roaring back into power at the midterms and everything will be fine. How? The left controls what the public hears and reads. I don't see that the election process in the swing states, where thousands of votes materialized just in time to defeat the evil orange man, being repaired. How is it going to be fixed? Yes, people are energized but will vote in record numbers for conservatives, but if hundreds of thousands of votes with no chain of custody and no addresses and/or valid signatures appear by magic, what difference would it make? Before the last election, the Republican establishment said they had legions of lawyers, lawyers in every precinct on standby, ready to swoop in and save the day in the event of any skullduggery. What happened? Were they all kidnapped on the way to save the day?
