Despite the COVID-19 vaccines having been promoted as safe and effective by legacy media, many health care workers are refusing to take them, and those who openly speak out about their concerns get censored by Big Tech companies or kicked off their platforms.
Some nurses and doctors are refusing vaccine mandates even if their refusal will cost them their jobs.
The Epoch Times reached out to some of these health care professionals to see why.

Prosecutors working with special counsel John Durham’s team indicated on Tuesday they may call former FBI General Counsel James Baker to testify in the case of former Democrat attorney Michael Sussmann, who was indicted for allegedly lying to the FBI.
During a status hearing Tuesday, Durham prosecutor Andrew DeFilippis and his team said they plan to call Baker, who now works for Twitter, to testify as part of the case against Sussmann, (snip) Last month, Sussmann pleaded not guilty to making a false statement to a federal agent.
U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper asked Sussmann’s lawyers and prosecutors to continue with their discovery process, which could take months.

I live in the Bay Area, in a county where the vaccination rate is in the mid-80s. In late July, I was dropping my younger daughter off for a soccer day camp each morning.(snip)They wore masks for six hours each day, and it was about 85° that week. Telling my fully vaccinated daughter to put that thing on, I felt compromised for participating in the charade. The old Scots Irish belligerence started welling up.
Rules are meant to codify some bit of rational truth and make it effective. These days, we find ourselves in situations where to do the genuinely rational thing might require breaking the rules of some institution.

Investigators in Florida confused Brian Laundrie's mother with her son while they were monitoring the family's home in the days after Laundrie's fiancée, Gabby Petito, was reported missing, a police spokesperson said.
"They are built kind of similarly," North Port Police Department spokesperson Josh Taylor told CNN affiliate WINK on Monday in an exclusive interview. "No case is perfect"
The revelation of the surveillance mistake clarifies at least one discrepancy -- but perhaps raises a new contradiction -- between the versions of events laid out by authorities and by the Laundrie family attorney of what happened during a critical few days in September after Petito went missing(snip)but before her body

Tesla CEO Elon Musk slammed President Biden’s proposed tax on billionaires’ unrealized gains, which would target ultra-wealthy entrepreneurs like Musk and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.
(snip)
Responding to a tweet that urged people to write to their political representatives in protest of the proposal, Musk said, “Exactly. Eventually, they run out of other people’s money and then they come for you.”
The proposal, which would likely apply to fewer than 1,000 of the nation’s wealthiest citizens, would tax unrealized gains on billionaires’ assets, like stocks and real estate. People’s ownership in stocks is currently only taxed when they decide to sell.

They call themselves the “tie-dye bankers.” Jay Lipman and Johny Mair founded the $1.3 billion “hippie” investment firm Ethic, which specializes in “socially conscious,” “green” investing to “save the planet.”(snip)Indeed, “green” Ethic has millions of dollars tied up in fossil fuels, fracking, big pharma, and companies like EOG Resources (formerly Enron) and Halliburton.
This is public knowledge. So what kind of low-IQ/high-bank-account cretins could possibly be gullible enough to fall for Ethic’s con?
Meet Rain Man and Woman: Harry and Meghan! Yes, the royal twits have partnered with Ethic to advance their environmentalist agenda, because apparently neither of them can read. Or cogitate.

Woke is too kind a word for this story because Scientific American now approves of discrimination based on race and sex.
A great story fell into the publication's lap. The American Geophysical Union refused to award a prize for excellence in science because all five candidates were white males.
What kind of nonsense is that? Do the members of the prize committee eschew flight because the Wright Brothers were white males? Do they walk rather than drive a car, ride a bicycle, or ride a motorcycle because all of them were invented by white males? Ditto trains. Ditto telegraph. Ditto radio. Ditto TV.
Rather than take this committee to task, Scientific American praised

Alarming possibilities within the question…. None of them good.
Joe Biden is willing to allow experiments on our children. Via Techno Fog – On Tuesday, October 26, 2021, the FDA is meeting “to discuss a request to amend Pfizer-BioNTech’s Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for administration of their COVID-19 mRNA vaccine to children 5 through 11 years of age.” […] If all the experts are correct – if there is no COVID-19 emergency for kids 5-11 years old – then why is Pfizer seeking an emergency use authorization? A Virginia judge on Monday found a teenage boy guilty of sexually assaulting a schoolmate.
The crime took place at Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn on May 28.
The boy, 15, was convicted on one count of forcible sodomy and one count of forcible fellatio, both felonies, local media reported.
“I found the facts sufficient to support the charges,” Pamela Brooks, the chief judge of the county’s Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, said during the hearing, according to WTOP.
The victim said she and the boy had consensual sexual encounters before the assault but that she did not consent to what he did in May

There is plenty of evidence that people who have recovered from COVID-19 have protection against reinfection, Rep. Diana Harshbarger (R-Tenn.) said.
“There’s ample scientific studies that show that natural immunity is absolutely one of the best things you could have—and some studies even show that it’s more effective [than vaccination],” Harshbarger said (snip) Natural immunity refers to post-recovery antibodies that shield people against reinfection of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, which causes COVID-19.
Multiple studies have indicated that natural immunity among past COVID-19 patients is strong and similar or superior to the protection from COVID-19 vaccines. Some experts have pushed for federal health officials to take natural immunity

To great public fanfare, Joe Biden has anointed Rachel Levine a “four-star admiral” in the Public Health Service (PHS). The public relations campaign in support of Levine has emphasized his status as the first transgender four-star “admiral” in the “eight U.S. uniformed services.” That PR campaign is misleading, and it is part of a dangerous effort to undermine the military.(snip) This roll-out and publicity barrage leave little doubt that Levine’s primary qualification for his instant promotion is his transgender status. What’s worse, it will damage U.S. military recruitment and morale, thus damaging U.S. national security.

The screamingly high rate of pricing inflation is catastrophic to the American working middle class; however, there is one small benefit. More and more people are waking up to the reality that free market principles have been destroyed; what we have now are markets controlled by massive multinationals.
(snip) Long before prices started to rise, we stood up against pressure from so-called ‘conservative’ pundits to outline that free markets were a joke in the modern economic era. The truth inside the economic argument is precisely why we stood up to support candidate Donald J Trump in 2015; and the truth inside that economic argument is exactly why we
