In closed-door congressional testimony earlier this month, Dr. Deborah Birx, a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, claimed the death toll from the virus in 2020 would have been substantially less dramatic had President Trump heeded her advice about stricter mitigation measures.(snip)
Birx also took aim at Dr. Scott Atlas, a Stanford radiologist and early critic of Birx’s harsh and unscientific approach to containing the virus. (snip)Atlas responded to Birx’s attack: (snip)It is not a surprise that Dr. Birx, as the official Task Force Coordinator of the White House Coronavirus Task Force from late February, 2020 through January 19, 2021, might want to blame others for the

After three weeks in Europe and extensive discussions with dozens of well-informed and highly placed individuals from most of the principal Western European countries, including leading members of the British government, I have the unpleasant duty of reporting complete incomprehension and incredulity at what Joe Biden and his collaborators encapsulate in the peppy but misleading phrase, “We’re back.”
As one eminent elected British government official put it, “They are not back in any conventional sense of that word. We have worked closely with the Americans for many decades and we have never seen such a shambles of incompetent administration, diplomatic incoherence, and complete military ineptitude as we have seen in

The vast majority of pharmaceuticals used in the United States come from China. That’s bad news for Americans, as both countries are now engaged in a new cold war.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved 53 novel drugs in 2020, which averages out at about one new drug every seven days. The United States, literally awash in prescription medication, is at the mercy of the FDA, a federal agency that approves drugs at an astounding rate. Why is this the case?
The reason why Big Pharma comes with a capital B is because the FDA—along with a number of elected politicians—has a vested interest in the success of the pharmaceutical

On this episode of The Federalist Radio Hour, Gen. Keith Kellogg, former acting National Security Adviser in the Trump administration, joins Culture Editor Emily Jashinsky to discuss what happened behind the scenes of former President Donald Trump’s foreign policy.
“He would use language in his unscripted way of getting a point across and he would make it a common language, common to the people of United States. It wouldn’t be diplomatic language. … There was clarity with the president. It was simple, it was direct. It was hard, and you understood it,” Kellogg said.

This evening Senator Josh Hawley released an email (via Twitter) showing the evacuation guidelines given by the administration to the U.S. officials on the ground in Kabul Afghanistan. The email details quoted instructions to Gregory A Floyd from someone in the administration speaking on behalf of Joe Biden.
As noted by Hawley: “This email was shared w/ me by an American official present in Afghanistan during the evacuation who was shocked by Administration’s failure to vet Afghans before they were evacuated. Email details orders from Joe Biden to fill up the planes – even without vetting:”

One of the lesser highlighted aspects to Attorney General Merrick Garland using the FBI to investigate parents as domestic extremists when they attend school board meetings, is that Garland put the prosecutorial process in the DOJ- National Security Division (DOJ-NSD).
From the perspective of the general public, the DOJ-NSD has become a well known division within the DOJ in the past several years because it was within this division where the lawfare alliance constructed their political targeting operations against candidate Donald Trump. The DOJ-NSD is where the secretive title-1 FISA applications are created and submitted to the FISA court.

Despite the COVID-19 vaccines having been promoted as safe and effective by legacy media, many health care workers are refusing to take them, and those who openly speak out about their concerns get censored by Big Tech companies or kicked off their platforms.
Some nurses and doctors are refusing vaccine mandates even if their refusal will cost them their jobs.
The Epoch Times reached out to some of these health care professionals to see why.

Prosecutors working with special counsel John Durham’s team indicated on Tuesday they may call former FBI General Counsel James Baker to testify in the case of former Democrat attorney Michael Sussmann, who was indicted for allegedly lying to the FBI.
During a status hearing Tuesday, Durham prosecutor Andrew DeFilippis and his team said they plan to call Baker, who now works for Twitter, to testify as part of the case against Sussmann, (snip) Last month, Sussmann pleaded not guilty to making a false statement to a federal agent.
U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper asked Sussmann’s lawyers and prosecutors to continue with their discovery process, which could take months.

I live in the Bay Area, in a county where the vaccination rate is in the mid-80s. In late July, I was dropping my younger daughter off for a soccer day camp each morning.(snip)They wore masks for six hours each day, and it was about 85° that week. Telling my fully vaccinated daughter to put that thing on, I felt compromised for participating in the charade. The old Scots Irish belligerence started welling up.
Rules are meant to codify some bit of rational truth and make it effective. These days, we find ourselves in situations where to do the genuinely rational thing might require breaking the rules of some institution.

Investigators in Florida confused Brian Laundrie's mother with her son while they were monitoring the family's home in the days after Laundrie's fiancée, Gabby Petito, was reported missing, a police spokesperson said.
"They are built kind of similarly," North Port Police Department spokesperson Josh Taylor told CNN affiliate WINK on Monday in an exclusive interview. "No case is perfect"
The revelation of the surveillance mistake clarifies at least one discrepancy -- but perhaps raises a new contradiction -- between the versions of events laid out by authorities and by the Laundrie family attorney of what happened during a critical few days in September after Petito went missing(snip)but before her body

Tesla CEO Elon Musk slammed President Biden’s proposed tax on billionaires’ unrealized gains, which would target ultra-wealthy entrepreneurs like Musk and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.
(snip)
Responding to a tweet that urged people to write to their political representatives in protest of the proposal, Musk said, “Exactly. Eventually, they run out of other people’s money and then they come for you.”
The proposal, which would likely apply to fewer than 1,000 of the nation’s wealthiest citizens, would tax unrealized gains on billionaires’ assets, like stocks and real estate. People’s ownership in stocks is currently only taxed when they decide to sell.

They call themselves the “tie-dye bankers.” Jay Lipman and Johny Mair founded the $1.3 billion “hippie” investment firm Ethic, which specializes in “socially conscious,” “green” investing to “save the planet.”(snip)Indeed, “green” Ethic has millions of dollars tied up in fossil fuels, fracking, big pharma, and companies like EOG Resources (formerly Enron) and Halliburton.
This is public knowledge. So what kind of low-IQ/high-bank-account cretins could possibly be gullible enough to fall for Ethic’s con?
Meet Rain Man and Woman: Harry and Meghan! Yes, the royal twits have partnered with Ethic to advance their environmentalist agenda, because apparently neither of them can read. Or cogitate.

Adult rapists often try the “it was consensual” bit in one form or another. How did he explain needing to put on a skirt and going into the girls’ restroom? And when he was sent to another school, how did he explain the sexual assault he performed there? He’s a sicko kid.
