On September 9th, President Joe Biden made the announcement that all employers with more than 100 employees would be required to enforce a worker vaccine mandate.(snip)Focusing on #3, the big one. The only material from the White House on the BIG CONTROVERSIAL national worker mandate is a small paragraph on the WH COVID PLAN section: (image)… That’s it folks. Almost a week later, and that’s the sum total of everything about the biggest economic and workforce disruption in the history of the nation. That one paragraph posted on September 10th.
Why is this important?
Well, the U.S. Department of Labor website has ZERO mentions of this national mandate.

Hiden' Joe Biden's Legacy will be remembered in history as gov't by head-fake.
They've head-faked on every major issue and crisis so far, and this latest head-fake (mandated vaccines) was meant to distract from the Afghan debacle.
Seems like it's working, given the 30-sec attention span of most millenials.

This "mandate" has no actual power, no actual authority, no actual law behind it.
I can "mandate" that Idiot Joe kiss my butt, but it doesn't have any force of law behind it, either.
Joe is blowing smoke. This isn't going to happen.

Not all states use the US OSHA regulations but have their own. Some of the states may not wish to adopt any federal OSHA vaccine mandates. Besides that, this mandate is unconstitutional.

This is just like the door to door vaccine salespeople Biden announced. Never happened. The man has no authority to do these things and everyone knows it. Businesses with over 100 people working for them are ignoring this and the people in DC are saying, "yeah, whatever". The silver lining is that every time he pulls a stunt like this and no one follows him, he becomes weaker and weaker. As are his puppeteers.

I’ve been in tears all morning. My 27 year old son has been ordered by his employee, a huge Japanese company, to get the kill shot by the middle of November. He is very healthy, works out 5 days a week and does not need this poison. He is angry. He loves his job. And don’t tell him to go elsewhere—all the companies are doing this. I prayed so hard that this wouldn’t be put upon him. And yet, here we are, again we get screwed. I am so angry. He is my only child and my world. This is not fair, nor ethical nor moral, and it is definitely unconstitutional. I don’t know what to do. I just give up. They are all against us. I’d ask you to pray for my awesome son but I just don’t believe anymore. This is not going to end well.

#5 have him postpone it as long as possible. Start by filling a religious exemption. When it comes down to getting the shot, and he does not want to quit his job, then have him to demand to get the only one that is approved, Comirnaty. This is not the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine that is still under EUA. Although Comirnaty is made by Pfizer-BioNTech and is essentially the same, demand Comirnaty. Comirnaty is currently not available. This should delay it even longer. Hopefully the company will eventually change their mind.

If I were your son #5, I would print out every single story available on people who died from the vax and dump it on their HR person's desk. I wish I could remember the website that publishes these!!! Also, somebody recommended that people say they'll get the vax when the manufacturer signs a liability statement. Better yet, have your son tell the company that he needs a legally binding document stating that the company he works for assumes all liability for any harm he suffers. They won't do it.

I wonder whether team Biden knows it cannot enforce a vaccine mandate constitutionally. I wonder whether (a) the mandate is a distraction, (b) team Biden knows it will be challenged in court and it will lose, (c) team Biden can paint the GOP as the party to blame for Covid deaths, and (d) the Delta surge will be over anyways and team Biden will take credit for it.

#5, you and your son will have to decide what you think it best.
But, another job can be obtained, or created at some time. A person's health, once lost might not ever be recoverable.
I am not giving advice, other than think through very carefully the way you judge each path before you choose, and the reversibility or permanence of each path.
