How to Prepare for COVID (and How Not To)

As I write this, both my wife and I have COVID. My wife came down with COVID symptoms approximately two weeks ago. My symptoms started approximately a week ago. Our diagnoses were confirmed at a local clinic.
Both my wife and I are unvaccinated. This is because we believed that we would inevitably catch COVID, and we wanted to prepare in the best way possible for that eventuality rather than rely upon an endless series of COVID "vaccines" (snip) The purpose of this article is to discuss — from a layperson's perspective — how we prepared for COVID and what we could have done better in that regard.
My wife and I both tested positive in August. Me on the 13th and she on the 15th. There is remarkably little support for people who are sick. "Stay home for 10 days and until you don't have a fever without taking any fever reducers (acetominophen for example) for 24 hours. Call your PCP and let them know you test positive, If you have a fever greater than 102, if your skin turns blue, or if you have difficulty breathing, call 911." That's what our CDC note attached with the positive test result email says. We called our PCP and she said, "Were you vaccinated?" "No." "Well, we still recommend that you get vaccinated, but don't do it until 90 days has passed after you recover. Call if you have any problems." Also, the email from the CDC said they would be contacting us for "tracing".
We too expected to be infected and we too planned ahead. In February, I had a telemedicine appointment with a D.O. and he Rxed Hydroxychloroquine for me according to the FLCCC recommendation at that time. I had tried to get an appt for my wife, but they never responded to our request. My understanding is that they were flooded with requests and there weren't enough doctors willing to do the telemedicine consult and make the Rx. I understand that . I have limited prescribing abilities, so I wrote the Rx for Ivermectin with the FLCCC protocol for my wife and it went through. So, I took hydroxycholorquine and she took Ivermecton following the treatment guidelines of FLCCC. We had about a 10 day period of the infection. I was infected first and I recovered first. The CDC called me at about 8 days after we tested positive. They didn't ask me any questions about tracking my contacts when I was diagnosed. And actually, we called people that we knew we contacted closely when we were diagnosed. Some thanked me and others were angry with me.
We are now completely recovered. I feel wonderful and liberated. I am not afraid anymore of many things. I know I can get infected again by the delta or any other variant, but I have the arrow of my natural immune system in my quiver. Any infection should be less harrowing than the first one.

Son and daughter-in-law and their family have just recovered from Covid. They are not vaccinated, are in their 40’s and healthy. Their children were barely sick, although the 14 year old lost his sense of smell and taste. My son and his wife were sicker and received no help or support medically. No suggestions on any supplements or vitamins to take or anything. They went to the dr and specifically asked for invermectin (their dr laughed at them) and the monoclonal antibody treatment. The physician was VERY reluctant to OK the latter treatment and said the best he could do was to get them an appointment in 4 days. My daughter-in-law ended up in the hospital by then. She was put on O2 and antibiotics and was released after two days. However, she missed her appointment for the monoclonal antibody treatment and could not get it in the hospital. My son however, was able to make his appointment, got the treatment and felt better in just a few days. Everybody in the family is well now and either back to school or work.
My son and his wife were astounded at how little help there was if you got Covid.

I am looking forward to the day when there are class action lawsuits against the doctors and pharmacies who denied treatment for this bioweapon. CVS wouldn't fill a rx for HCQ. Their doctor said it was a dangerous drug. I said she was not my doctor ( got it from Frontline MD). I had to find a compounding pharmacy. Nevertheless, this article is important- take steps for your own care!

How to prepare must also include prayer...
as well as get your Vit D level tested and/or keep your body and mind healthy.
Having survived cancer [twice] with no chemo, etc., lots of pH 9.5 water prepares a healthy gut to fight off even covid quickly. [Slept 14 hours straight and was well, our bodies heal themselves], by the wisdom and Grace of God. [No dairy, a plant-based diet, daily exercise, and wild salmon only organic, grass-fed meat on occasion, and a trim body are also key, plus one dark chocolate evenings with a loved one!]

It would have been much more sensible to have taken the vaccine.

Perhaps, but there are many unknowns, unanswered questions and questionable data at this point, all of which are giving some people serious concerns about turning gene therapy loose in their bodies. It's interesting to note that the "vaccine hesitant" among us include the least educated (expected) as well as the most educated (unexpected). If you've been vaccinated you're now part of the Phase III Clinical Trial. Thank you for your service.

#5. Maine's Senator "Anguish" King who was "fully vaccinated" came down with Covid19 on August 19, 1 week after me. He had all the symptoms that I did (he described it) but had uncontrollable coughing. After day 10, he was still in rough shape and was taken to the hospital where he was given monoclonal antibodies. I'm not certain if he's out of the woods yet. He has been quiet since he praised the vaccine he took as "saving his life" even after he became sick.
I tell everyone, vaccinated or not, that they should prepare to get infected. If you're overweight (especially men over 70) try to lose weight. Learn about eating to nourish your gut (the human microbiome) , get outdoors a lot to get your Vit D levels up, don't overeat. Have cold and flu meds on hand. They helped me. Try to get a support network... you need friends when your sick. When you are in the midst of the fight with the virus, all politics is gone in your brain. You are thinking of the battle waging in your body.
Plan ahead! Don't think because you are vaccinated that you won't get infected. Don't think because you have been infected once, that you will be protected forever. The virus is behaving like viruses do. They mutate all the time for survival.

I have totally lost all respect for the medical community!!!! We are on our own!
I have a screen shot of Dr. Zelenko's protocol for staying out of the hospital with covid.
I am taking preventative meds now, thanks to Frontline doctors prescriptions mailed to my house from out of state. (along with zinc, C and D daily) I have enough on hand to up it to the Dr. Zelenko's plan if I get sick.
I plan to purchase this BinaxNow home test to have it on hand. I actually saw my cousin use hers, which gave the same negative result as the hospital test the next day.
The doctors are refusing to treat us until we get in the hospital and are too sick to effectively treat. They will help you die if you go to the hospital. I will refuse the vent and demand to go home on hospice with oxygen in hand (the only reason I would go to the hospital).
Be prepared, the way we prepare for a hurricane down south!

Also refuse Remdesivir - it's a Fauci special depopulation drug. It looks like a lawyer will be needed in a lot of hospitals.

What a bunch of drama queens. A strong faith in Jesus Christ and common sense is all that is needed. There is no one right way when you consider all humans are different. Vax may be fine for some, a killer to others. You will not know until you take it, and then it may take some time to know for sure. Eat healthy.... duh. Exercise.... duh. Be positive.....duh. 99% chance of surviving covid. 100% chance of dying from something, sooner or later. Turn to the Lord for all that he can give you and then let common sense into your life. This is the perfect time for both.

#10 I get where you are coming from and feel confident in my survival chances, especially with my preparation detailed above in #8.
However I attended a funeral on Friday of one of the strongest Christians I know....age 63, she stayed at home untreated for too long, and then got put on the "death vent" in the hospital. Helpful preventative information has a purpose and is not drama.

#4 and #10 have the answer. This virus affects different people in different ways. If you are healthy, not overweight, have no lung problems and are physically active, you are better off letting God and your immune system take care of the disease as those are time-tested cures. By the time you wade through the medical industry and their conflicting guidance, you will be rid of the virus. The vaccine works for some people and kills others, it's a crap shoot. For some reason #5 has taken it upon himself to be a vaccine spokesperson. I would not feel comfortable giving that advice in light of the many healthy people and unborn babies who have died from vaccines that have been rushed to market by those with financial interests.

Regarding River Pharmacy (Canada) referenced in the article, there is no clear information I can find on its certification or licensing and at least one review site lists it as rouge, possibly a scam.

If anyone has info to the contrary, please share or post a legit alternative.
Thanks.

Just had Covid. It started with one day of body aches and a very strange headache, that felt like my head was in a vice grip.. Never had a fever over 100.1. Was tired for 3 days. Lost my sense of taste and smell, ( that really sucks). It started to return on day 7. It came fully back, on day 17. My adult daughter who lives with me, got it and it was like having a cold for her I had a sore throat and some mucas. No cough. You cannot find stories like ours anywhere. Their is no sense out there or articles about mild covid and recovery. The media is not interested in the 80% of the population that gets Covid and recovers. We are not vac'ed and are not getting it. We have the antibodies now and I feel quite secure with that knowledge.

Isn’t it interesting that #5 only shows up on covid threads? I imagine he’s paid to sit at his computer and scan conservative sites so he can spread the government’s propaganda.
I’m 68 with no comorbidities and my annual checkup in May showed that I’m very very healthy. I have not gotten the jab and never will. For all of this year I’ve been taking daily 8,000 IUs of D3 which is 4 times the RDA, Vitamin C at 1,200% of the RDA, zinc at 3 times the RDA and 1,200 mgs of immunoglobulin, along with some other supplements, trace minerals and a regular daily vitamin.
I’m not worried and am living my normal life. I can’t imagine sucking up all of the fear porn and living a life which is not a life at all.

"They mutate all the time for survival."
Well, something like that, anyway... I think it's worth noting, though, that the process is random, and almost always takes generations for a useful mutation to proliferate through the species.
Too many intellectually lazy teachers (or dishonest ones) will present evolution as an intentional process -- like "giraffes evolved longer necks in order to reach the leaves higher up in the trees."

We have obtained the proper treatment materials, and are briefed on exactly how and when to use them.
And we WILL travel to Florida to get the monoclonal antibodies treatment if that was necessary. It is apparently difficult to obtain here locally.
Doctors are literally killing people with inattention, and unwillingness to actually treat people.
