Sen. Ron Johnson called out the Biden administration’s health agencies Sunday for shortcutting the usual safety reviews in a rush to give final approval to COVID-19 vaccines, including failing to account for thousands of deaths and adverse reactions among people worldwide who got the shots. In a letter to the administration’s top health officials, the Wisconsin Republican warned against the Food and Drug Administration’s pending approval of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine, which is expected Monday.
He said the fast-track decision appeared more political than scientific since it skipped the usual formal advisory committee meeting and did not fully account for the reports of deaths and disabilities

Joe Biden was hit by another on-air gaffe Sunday when he appeared to forget the name of his FEMA director just moments after speaking with her. In 10-to-12-second video clips that have sparked widespread discussion about the president's wellbeing, Biden said, 'There's no one better to lead this operation than...than....umm...uh...Deanne....uh....Criswell.' Critics say the flub—which came during a press conference on his withdrawal from Afghanistan, and Tropical Storm Henri, is further evidence of Biden's cognitive decline. Last week, the 78 year-old president—the oldest man ever elected to the United States' highest office—made a series of contradictory

Changs with her three-month-old grandson, Jaxton, when she was pulled over for a traffic violation at around 8.45p.m. Friday night in Dallas County, leading to an officer to suspect that she was intoxicated before performing a field sobriety test on her.(Snip)On Sunday, West posted a photo

Rep. Liz Cheney said President Biden should have ignored his predecessor’s negotiated May 1 withdrawal deadline with the Taliban and disregarded the advice of military leaders—decisions she claimed has led to Americans “probably being held hostage” in war-torn Afghanistan. “President Biden is the president of the United States and he’s had no problem in reversing course on other things. He decided he’s going to rejoin the JCPOA. He decided he’s going to rejoin the Paris Climate Accord. He’s reversed a number of decisions of the Trump administration,” Cheney (R-Wyo.) said in an interview on NBC News’ “Meet the Press,” referring to the formal name of the Iran

The FDA’s expected approval Monday of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine will likely lead to more universities and businesses requiring the immunizations for students and employees, US Surgeon General Vivek Murthy said Sunday. Speaking to Chris Wallace on “Fox News Sunday,” Murthy declined to confirm the federal Food and Drug Administration’s plan to formally OK the vaccine Monday—but said his hope is that a “full approval,” as opposed to its current “emergency” one, would push more Americans to get their shots. “There are universities and businesses that have been considering putting in vaccine requirements in order to create a safer, a workplace, a learning environment,” Murthy added.

Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor said he is sick with an apparent breakthrough case of COVID-19, causing the Grammy-winning singer to abruptly cancel plans to appear in Michigan this weekend. “I woke up today and tested positive, and I’m very, very sick,” Mr. Taylor said in a video released Friday by Astronomicon, a convention in Ann Arbor where he had been set to appear Saturday and Sunday. Mr. Taylor, 41, sounded noticeably raspy in the video and suggested he was experiencing flu-like symptoms. “I’m vaccinated, so I’m not worried. But I certainly wouldn’t want to spread it to anyone else.

Video captures a maniac striking a Manhattan straphanger on the head with a hammer, leaving the bleeding victim on the tracks—all because the rider looked at the suspect the wrong way, cops said Sunday. “Don’t look at me!” the attacker barked at the 44-year-old stranger, who was waiting on the platform for the N/R line at Union Square Station around 9 p.m. Saturday, according to police. “If you come any closer, I’m going to hit you!” the suspect snarled. As the victim walked away, the attacker went to a nearby bench and pulled a hammer out of a bag, police said.

Tony Blair has blasted US President Joe Biden's 'imbecilic' decision to withdraw American troops from Taliban-controlled Afghanistan, calling the scuttle 'tragic, dangerous and unnecessary' and claiming the move had 'every Jihadist group round the world cheering'. Mr Blair, who was in Downing Street when London sent British troops into the Middle Eastern country 20 years ago following the September 11, 2001 attacks in New York and Washington—said Britain has a 'moral obligation' to stay until 'all those who need to be are evacuated'.(Snip)Cabinet insiders have suggested the President was 'gaga' and 'doolally' for withdrawing so quickly, while the Prime Minister has allegedly privately referred to
