Drew Altman, CEO and president of the Kaiser Family Foundation, said something very despicable about Americans who refuse to be vaccinated.
This fellow who heads an untaxed foundation that is dedicated to improving health said, "A quarter of those who were unvaccinated say they will likely get a shot by the end of the year. Seeing their friends get sick and local hospitals fill up again with covid patients may speed them along and add them to the ranks."
He is rooting for the infection of friends of Americans who assert their right not to be tampered with.
The mission has shifted from fighting covid to coercing the vaccination of everyone.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi told President Joe Biden’s White House to seek help from left-wing legal scholar Laurence Tribe in trying to find a way around the Supreme Court’s rejection of an eviction moratorium by the CDC.
(snip) Pelosi advised the White House to seek Tribe’s help. Tribe also advised Democrats to delay delivering the articles of impeachment to the Senate against Trump in 2020, the better to gain leverage over the Republican-controlled Senate (snip)
In June, the Court narrowly left the CDC’s eviction moratorium in place, pending its expiration. But Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who cast the deciding vote, said that the CDC lacked the authority to act

President Joe Biden continues promoting coronavirus vaccine mandates for American citizens, but the White House still struggles to explain why that standard is not applied to migrants crossing the Southern border.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki ignored a question Thursday asking if the administration wants to apply the same vaccine standards proposed for foreign visitors to migrants released into the United States.
Psaki said that “interagency working groups” are developing a plan for international travel but did not address migrants coming across the Southern border.

An Interior Department spokesperson has confirmed that 35 employees have, as of Friday, died from COVID-19, the disease caused by the CCP virus.
After Interior Department Secretary Deb Haaland said in a video address taped earlier in the week that 34 staffers at the agency had died from COVID-19, the department’s communications director, Melissa Schwartz, wrote in a tweet Friday that one more person had died, bringing the tally to 35.
Schwartz, in her statement, also updated the number of agency employees who have, to date, contracted the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, bringing that number up to over 4,000

The rate at which coronavirus-positive border crossers are arriving in the United States has “increased significantly,” according to President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
David Shahoulian, DHS’s assistant secretary for border and immigration policy, admitted in a court brief filed this week that the agency has seen “significantly increased rates” of coronavirus-positive border crossers arriving at the U.S.-Mexico border, spurring “extremely worrisome” conditions at border facilities.
Shahoulian writes in the brief: (snip) At the same time, DHS is also experiencing significantly increased rates of noncitizens testing positive for COVID19.

A week ago, the MT Mercer Street, a Japanese-owned tanker managed by a U.K.-based company owned by Israeli billionaire Eyal Ofer, sailing in the Arabian Sea off the coast of Oman, was struck by drones.
A British security guard and Romanian crew member were killed.
Britain and the U.S. immediately blamed Iran, and the Israelis began to beat the war drums.
Monday, Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz said action against Iran should be taken “right now.”
(Snip)What makes the attack puzzling is its timing, as it occurred just days before the inauguration of the newly elected president of Iran, (Snip)Could the attack have been the work of rogue elements

PATMOS—A very long time ago I wrote right here that spending a summer on the Riviera or the Greek isles without a boat was as useless as a eunuch in a cathouse. That was then and this is now, alas. The French and Greek seas are the same, if a little bit more crowded, but the people with boats are very, very different. Back then one knew almost everyone worth knowing, that is everyone with a smart sailing boat, and a few with gin palaces that were graceful. These modern horrors of today that look like refrigerators on steroids, with top-heavy superstructures from bow to stern, helicopters(Snip) chartered to celebrities

I hate being right sometimes, and this is one of those times. As I feared, Brett Kavanaugh’s cowardice in not vacating the stay on the original eviction moratorium is coming back to haunt property owners across the country.
In my previous pieces on this topic, I noted that Kavanaugh had the chance to join the conservatives, vacate the stay on the original moratorium, and do so in a way that clearly prevents any future issuance given how blatantly unconstitutional this theft of property is. Instead, perhaps in some misguided attempt to get the left to love him, the Trump-appointed justice joined the liberals, allowing the moratorium to continue and expire.

This is not just scientific madness, it appears to be very intentional and purposeful.
The Moderna and Pfizer vaccine tests were conducted, as customary, with a control group; a group within the trial who were given a placebo and not the test vaccine. However, during the trial -and after the untested vaccines were given emergency use authorization- the vaccine companies conducting the trial decided to break protocol and notify the control group they were not vaccinated. Almost all the control group were then given the vaccine.
Purposefully dissolving the placebo group violates the scientific purpose to test whether the vaccine has any efficacy; any actual benefit and/or safety issues.

They are just making up narratives now, and the media are not calling them out on it….
The Director of the CDC made an important admission during an interview today on CNN. CDC Director Rochelle Walensky stated the vaccine does not prevent COVID-19 infection, nor does it stop the vaccinated person from transmitting the infection or the delta variant. According to Director Walensky, the only benefit from the vaccine now is presumably that it reduces the severity of symptoms.
If a vaccinated and non-vaccinated person have the same capacity to carry, shed and transmit the virus – with or without symptoms – then what difference does a vaccination passport

An article in the Washington Times this morning—“GOP Sen. Hagerty blocks Democrats from expediting $1.2T infrastructure bill in late-night session”—made this bald guy’s hair stand on end this morning.
“Sen. Bill Hagerty blocked Democrats from ramming through President Biden’s $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill late Thursday, only hours after the package was found to be not fully paid for as promised.
“Mr. Hagerty, a first-term Republican from Tennessee, refused to sign off on a deal between Democratic and GOP lawmakers to expedite passage of the legislation. Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer had worked out an agreement with Republicans to pass a series of amendments to the infrastructure package en masse.
