Although the pandemic disrupted family life across the U.S. since taking hold in spring 2020, some parents are grateful for one consequence: They're now opting to homeschool their children, even as schools plan to resume in-person classes. The specific reasons vary widely. Some families who spoke with The Associated Press have children with special educational needs; others seek a faith-based curriculum or say their local schools are flawed. The common denominator: They tried homeschooling on what they thought was a temporary basis and found it beneficial to their children. “That’s one of the silver linings of the pandemic – I

The nation should look to West VIrginia for a clue. It provides every student over $4000 place in an account that is spendable on education, including private, parochial and home schooling. That's how you begin to build education alternatives that work.

The question is how will big momma decide to punish parents for taking their children's education into their own hands? Will they be required to post signs outside their homes? This is actually sounding very promising. The left is busy tearing down; it gives US an opportunity to rebuild.

The left clearly did not think this one through. The education system is their main engine of indoctrination. This is a major chink in what seems to be the indestructible armor of the Soros army. God be praised.

Probably a good percentage were appalled at what passes for public education these days. If I had children, I'd home school them as well to keep them out of the hands of commie-crat teachers.

Public schools, once a great American institution, are now nothing more than taxpayer-paid daycare centers and indoctrination centers for socialism, communism and hatred for the history of the United States. NOTHING more than that.

The coronavirus could be just a few mutations away from evading existing COVID-19 vaccines, according to the head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. "These vaccines operate really well in protecting us from severe disease and death, but the big concern is that the next variant that might emerge - just a few mutations potentially away - could potentially evade our vaccines," CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said in a Tuesday press briefing. California Gov. Gavin Newsom yanked his children from a summer camp after his son was seen in maskless photographs posted on social media. The development was first revealed by Reopen California Schools, an organization that filed a lawsuit challenging school coronavirus protocols in the Golden State. The group said the Democratic governor's 10-year-old son, presumably Hunter Newsom, was seen indoors without a face covering at a basketball program. "The Newsoms were concerned to see unvaccinated children unmasked indoors at a camp their children began attending yesterday. Their kids will no longer be attending the camp," Newsom's office told Fox News

Nancy Pelosi used to point her angry finger at Donald Trump, but she leaves him for dust when it comes to busting norms, dividing Congress and causing mayhem. If anyone is to blame for the hyper-partisanship in Washington these days, it’s the spiteful House speaker.
