Mount Pleasant, Wis.—The elderly woman who police say was repeatedly punched by a 17-year-old Walmart employee on Wednesday, July 7, is speaking out about the incident, saying this situation could have been avoided. "It has been quite a journey and why anyone would do that? I don't know. And why no one helped is even more, especially in a Walmart store," said P.K. Shader, the victim.(Snip) Both the employee and Shader indicated that the incident arose over a verbal argument. According to the criminal complaint, Shader asked to speak to a manager after having negative interaction with the employee, Jazareia Velasquez.

Comments:

Walmart managers knew that the young bLACK Hispanic woman had a violent temper, but kept her on as an employee. Why? The elderly WHITE woman who she attacked would like to know the answer. No one stepped in to stop the assault, either, which says a lot about life in Marxist America.

Nothing new about no one stepping in to help, OP. I’m old enough to remember stories of women being raped in NYC back in the 60’s while people listened to their screams and did nothing, not even call the police. The only difference today is that the spectators will take out their phones, film the attack and post it on social media.

I always took the easy way out. I used to go to a Walmart where on a regular basis, when I got home, some of my things weren't in the bags. I'd report it via internet but either didn't get a response or I got the 'well, sometimes our customers forgets bags at the store.' Next time you have a complaint about someone in any store, go home, call the store and ask for the manager. For the record, I did return to the store once when my Diet Coke was missing. I marched up to customer service, got the run around, then one of the workers when behind a wall and came back out carrying my Diet Coke. They steal, plain and simple.

#20 WalMart has a policy-when you leave something behind, they take it to customer service and put it in the book. You are constantly watched by cameras in the store. Where was security ? All you need to know about Walmart is so goes the manager, so goes the employees. They look the same. In the local store, everyone in customer no service is black. Black customers walk up to return something and automatically get cash back. You go with a receipt and all you get is insulted.

I don’t shop at Walmart due to an issue I had with them back in 2002. But I think that some of this particular story may involve the local culture and is probably happening in other areas with that kind of culture. This is George Floyd territory which makes it even worse. I live in the Deep South where blacks and whites actually get along pretty well and I have never dealt with a black employee in any business here who wasn’t helpful, cheerful and polite. Some of the older women even call me “honey”.

If the Media painted George Zimmerman as a 'White Hispanic', then this piece of trash is a Black Hispanic, and an insult to all people who are black or Hispanic. Due to her racist, hostile attitude, I call her as a Daughter of Obama. Like udanja99 (#29) I live in the Deep South (Bay Saint Louis, on the Mississippi gulf coast). Black and white people here get along very well, and in my experience the people -black or white- who work at Wal-Mart have always been friendly and helpful. Just decent people. The university where my children earned their degrees is about 30% black students, and in my experience they were overwhelmingly friendly and polite. Don't let one 'bad apple' lead you to view a whole segment of society in a bad light. The bad apples are there, but there's a huge number of good people in the mix also.
