The city of Charlottesville, Va. followed up its removal of two controversial Confederate statues Saturday with the lightning-fast toppling of a third local landmark: a monumental tribute to explorers Meriwether Lewis, William Clark, and Sacagawea. In an emergency meeting called with 20 minutes’ notice, the Charlottesville City Council voted unanimously to cancel another piece of public art targeted by left-wing activists.(Snip) Within minutes, a city work crew—the same group that had dismantled equestrian statues of Gens. Robert E. Lee and Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson earlier Saturday—arrived with ropes, a crane, and pry bars to wrench the artwork off the plinth where it had stood

Let's get real. The problem with these statues is that they depict the WHITE men of achievement who built this failed nation, as opposed to statues erected of bLACK people in honor of their being bLACK. And laugh all you want; large-scale slaveowner George Washington is next to go, just as the communists promised decades ago. FTA: "In recent years its design has been criticized for its portrayal of Sacagawea, who appears in a crouching position behind the standing white men—which activists have seen as disparaging. But some historians contend that her posture shows her in action as a tracker and is not meant to place her in a subservient stance."

To all the fools who wanted it removed.
Would anyone know of Sacagawea if not for Lewis and Clark. She was an expert of the land and interpreter
and they recognized that. If anyone was humbled it was probably the two explorers. She was rightfully
celebrated in history, but now who will know.

And then a crew of patriots arrived with a rope, a crane, and pry bars and tore the city councilors a new ass!
Where’s THAT headline?

I anxiously await the day the mob tears down the Martin Luther King statue. The reason? It'll be the only one left.

Lewis and Clark Sacagawea were well aware that their mission would likely have been nearly a total failure but for Sacagawea's ability to negotiate with the tribes and translate several tribe's languages. I believe it's a miracle that Lewis and Clark were able to avail themselves of her assistance. Maybe God's hand guided this. Circumstances such as these seem to beyond mere chance.

I propose that after we destroy the demoncrap/communists we take any reference to them in books, papers, cemetary headstones as well as pictures and anything else that could possibly show a likeness of their evil selves, and totally burn, crush and obliterate it.

Cant we just have a winner-take-all hot war and get over with? I can't help but notice that all of the icon removals are only those that appeal to traditional Americans. By and large those doing the dictating, the criminal class and the hard left politicians, depend on those same traditional Americans for their sustenance. Why do we traditional Americans allow the mouths we feed to bite our hands while they are picking our pockets, with no discernible push back from the traditionals. President Trump tried once, got slapped down by the fake media, then pretty much gave up the field to the commies.

Yet Lenin’s statue stands unmolested in Seattle. I am surprised those stupid, wet behind the ears snowflakes even know who Lenin was. People applauded when these clowns started tearing down Confederate statues. That wasn’t enough so they went for any white man’s statue even including abolitionists. They have no idea of this country’s history....ignorant buffoons and thugs with 70 IQs. Trust me, they will want readings of the Declaration of Independence banned and the flying of the US Flag prohibited also. You read it here first and I just hope the communist politicians get to see a real insurrection soon.

So, honoring explorers and their Indian guide is 'offensive'. Is ANYTHING not offensive to these punks?
Maybe we should tear them down and melt them down.

Here's hoping someone is safeguarding all these toppled statues and monuments, on the off chance that we someday come to our senses and begin restoring them to their rightful places... And by the way, I want proof that Ms. Rose Ann is really a descendant of Sacagwea... Let's just say that I'm highly skeptical.

MLK has a statue in DC. Why do we not hear about tearing that down? It could offend me.

Bedrock American values right there. White people of great merit on a statue? Not in the land of the free and the home of the brave.
