The Senate parliamentarian issued a new ruling that would effectively allow Democrats to use automatic budget reconciliation just one more time this year to bypass Republicans to advance President Biden’s progressive agenda.
Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough ruled that a revision to the 2021 budget resolution cannot be automatically discharged from the Senate Budget Committee, according to The Hill. This means that Democrats would need at least one Republican on the 11-11 panel to vote with them if they want to use reconciliation on more than one occasion before the legislative session ends in October.
The ruling, issued on Friday, effectively means

Vulnerable Democrats do not want to talk about Donald Trump anymore, as they seek reelection in 2022 to keep House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in power.
“The former president is now a private citizen, and it appears our justice system is handling whatever potential misdeeds he may or may not have committed,” said Rep. Stephanie Murphy (D-FL), who will be in a tough reelection bid due to the State of Florida’s redistricting measures.
“Trump is a Republican problem and a Republican cancer that they need to cut out of their party,” she added. “But that’s their problem.”
Rep. Madeleine Dean (D-PA) said she is “focused on substantive issues.

After being lionized in the press, and drawing in tens of millions of dollars from giant corporations desperate to prove their bona fides to its racial-grievance bandwagon, Black Lives Matter seems to be falling apart.
That's a pretty reasonable conclusion to reach, given there don't seem to be any positive stories about the group coming out in the press anymore.
They're all tales of scandal, corruption, and exploitation, not surprising in an organization that's been flooded with such a tidal wave of money and run by "trained Marxists." There are a lot of these stories.

Does Joe Biden have it in for Kamala Harris?
It would seem so. He seems intent upon assigning her jobs that are guaranteed to fail, based on how the Biden team approaches the questions.
First, he assigned her responsibility for the border, as we reported, which is a complete and utter mess. Now, if they had just left President Donald Trump’s policies in place, they would have been in pretty good shape. But they blew all those up and created a disaster. Kamala, of course, did nothing to solve it. She didn’t even go to the border, that’s how interested she was in it and when asked, just cackled.

Denver school board director Tay Anderson, a BLM activist and possibly the youngest black elected official in Colorado, has been accused of sex crimes ranging from inappropriate touching to “violent acts of rape” by 62 youngsters, 61 of whom are here illegally and likely seemed like easy targets, and one of whom is as young as 14 years old.
Ian Miles Cheong was quick to jump on Anderson’s Twitter throat, with a copy of Anderson’s tweet where he calls for BLM riots and declares that antifa isn’t real. The Washington Post referred to Anderson as the “face of Denver’s protests.” The Colorado Herald posted texts

Former President Donald Trump endorsed Gov. Greg Abbott's 2022 reelection bid Tuesday, a key endorsement for the Republican governor less than two weeks after receiving a primary challenger.
Trump praised Abbott's policies on guns, immigration, jobs, law enforcement and crime.
"Greg Abbott is a fighter and a great governor for the incredible people of Texas," Trump wrote in an email to supporters. "No governor has done more to secure the border and keep our communities safe than Governor Abbott."
"Governor Greg Abbott will continue to be a great leader for the Lone Star State, and has my complete and total endorsement

Approximately 20 percent of the United States’ beef capacity has been “wiped out” following a cyberattack on JBS SA, the largest meat producer in the world, according to a Tuesday report.
Bloomberg News reports:
JBS’s five biggest beef plants in the U.S. — which altogether handle 22,500 cattle a day — halted processing following a weekend attack on the Brazilian company’s computer networks, according to JBS posts on Facebook, labor unions and employees. Those outages wiped out nearly a fifth of America’s production. Slaughter operations across Australia were also down, according to a trade group, and one of Canada’s largest beef plants was idled.

Ronald Reagan said in his farewell address, “don’t be afraid to see what you see.” That’s good advice for what we’re “seeing” on the streets of Portland.
The communist antifa and Black Lives Matter, Inc. mobs have now elevated their war footing against western civilization and have begun deploying head hunting death squads it appears. What else can you call it?
On Friday, May 28, the usual black masked mobs slithered “like water” – their favorite phrase for staying hidden and moving from cops – to hold another planned riot and torching in “grief-stricken” homage to the anniversary of their George Floyd riots.
Antifa called it an “anniversary event”

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) may consider a plan to bring deported illegal aliens back to the United States, presumably paid for by American taxpayers.
The open borders lobby shared a plan with the Biden administration to bring illegal aliens deported by former President Donald Trump’s administration back to the U.S., according to the Associated Press (AP). More than 935,000 illegal aliens were deported by the Trump administration.
The plan, open borders activists with the corporate-backed National Immigrant Justice Center suggest, could be done through executive order by Biden and create an office inside DHS that allows deported illegal aliens to submit requests to return to the U.S.

Next week's headline event marking the 100th anniversary of the Tulsa Race Massacre was canceled suddenly Thursday, with organizers citing "unexpected circumstances with entertainers and speakers."
In a statement, the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre Centennial Commission didn't specify the circumstances that led to the cancellation of the event scheduled for Monday at ONEOK Field in Tulsa. The commission statement held out hope that it might be rescheduled later this year. "Due to unexpected circumstances with entertainers and speakers, the Centennial Commission is unable to fulfill our high expectations for Monday afternoon's commemoration event and has determined not to move forward

Republicans in the Senate held together to thwart attempts to form a commission to investigate the trespassing and minor property damage that happened at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. We should all refuse to call it an insurrection or even a riot at this point if for no other reason than to frustrate the left—in particular, leading Democrats like this bitter former presidential candidate who keeps lying to her followers: It is well established that the only person who died that day due to violence at the Capitol was Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed veteran and Trump supporter.
