Get ready for more cancellation.A University of Nevada-Reno lecturer’s had a change of heart.Or, at least, mind. For Nevada Today, university senior music lecturer Kate Pollard’s written of her “own anti-racist journey.”The result of her travels: She’s nixing songs she used to salute but now perceives as problematic. As it turns out, most all of you have dabbled in the depths of sinister songs while never knowing. But today’s a time for teaching.
Per her piece, Pollard was once like you.
When she began as a middle school teacher, Kate held to the songs upon which she’d grown up.

Led by the Dean of Windsor, a coffin processes slowly through St George's Chapel with a grieving son and daughter walking immediately behind; a small congregation, led by the Queen and other members of the Royal Family, watch from their seats in the Quire. That was the scene at Windsor Castle more than half a century back. And the dutiful son that day was Prince Philip.Much has been made of the fact the Duke of Edinburgh planned every last detail of Saturday's funeral – as he most certainly did. But he had been there before. On December 10, 1969, he came to say farewell to his mother, Princess Andrew of Greece,

A New York City math teacher who publicly blasted his private school for indoctrinating students with 'anti-racism' ideology has defended the father who pulled his daughter from a separate 'woke weaning' school. Grace Church School teacher Paul Rossi told DailyMail.com: 'It is not easy for parents to upend lives and pull their child out of school. 'Administrators and faculty at many schools exploit this high switching cost, to leverage an explicitly discriminatory and ideological agenda that is harmful to the children in their care.'His comments came in the wake of an April 13 letter by Andrew Gutmann, 45, - posted by Bari Weiss -

Ted Cruz has accused Democrats of 'actively encouraging riots & violence' after California Representative Maxine Waters joined protesters in Minnesota on Saturday night, and urged the crowd to 'get more confrontational'. Waters traveled to Minneapolis the weekend before closing arguments in the trial of Derek Chauvin, charged with murdering George Floyd on May 25. She also spoke amid protests in response to the killing last week of Daunte Wright, a black 20-year-old shot and killed at a traffic stop by a white police officer, Kimberly Potter. 'I am not happy that we have talked about police reform for so long,' Waters said.

With rioting continuing in Brooklyn Center and around the country, Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., went to Minnesota and told the protesters that they "gotta stay on the street" and "get more confrontational." The statement is ironic since Waters is one of the House members suing former President Donald Trump and others for inciting violence on Jan. 6 with his words on the Mall. Waters insists that Trump telling his supporters to go to the Capitol to make their voice heard and "fight" for their votes was actual criminal incitement. Conversely, Waters was speaking after multiple nights of rioting and looting, telling protesters to stay on the streets and

With the scent of mayhem over the George Floyd murder trial verdict already in the air, Black Lives Matter is preparing to take to the streets for another round of rioting, looting, and mayhem that could result in bloodshed.
On Friday, BLM activists and their Antifa allies took to the streets to denounce the police and to warm up for the violence that will be unleashed if the jury delivers anything less than a second-degree murder verdict against ex-cop Derek Chauvin. In one of the rallies that were held across the country, a young activist speaking at Black Lives Matter Plaza in Washington D.C. made it clear that there will be

President Biden on Saturday explained his initial decision to not increase the limit on refugee admissions to the United States, stating that his administration “couldn’t do two things at once.” Speaking to reporters in Wilmington, Del., at the end of a golf session Saturday, Biden explained that he couldn’t initially increase the cap due to burdens that the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) is facing because of an influx of unaccompanied child migrants at the southern border.“We’re going to increase the number. The problem was that the refugee part was working on the crisis that ended up on the border with young people,” Biden said according to a White House
