That didn't take long. One week after piously and erroneously repudiating the Commission on Unalienable Rights established by his predecessor Mike Pompeo, Secretary of State Antony Blinken revealed the hollow selectivity of this administration's commitment to human rights and democratic reform. On April 7, Blinken said he was "pleased to announce" the reinstatement of tens of millions of dollars in aid to the West Bank and Gaza and of some $150 million to support the U.N. Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA). "All assistance will be provided consistent with U.S. law," Blinken added.Easier said than done. The Taylor Force Act, signed into law in 2018, withholds aid from the Palestinian Authority

Future president Joe Biden misled the American people and deflected numerous times on the campaign trail about packing the U.S. Supreme Court with radical justices.
On Friday, however the White House is expected to issue an executive order to form a commission in a first step towards potentially packing the Supreme Court.Biden’s track record of opposing court-packing, a partisan practice that was widely rebuked under the Roosevelt administration, runs directly contrary to even exploring the measure. In October, while in Cincinatti, Ohio, Biden told a WKRC reporter that he “not a fan” of the practice.

Friday on Fox News Channel’s “America’s Newsroom,” network contributor Jonathan Turley weighed in on President Joe Biden pledging to use his executive authority to restrict Second Amendment rights.Turley said one of the provisions included in Biden’s announcement, ref flag laws, could be named after the president’s son, Hunter Biden. He pointed to a 2018 incident when the younger Biden’s gun was thrown out by the widow of his deceased brother because she was concerned about his mental stability.“It was striking that the red flag provision could very well be called the Hunter Biden Act,” Turley asserted.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) appeared on “The Ingraham Angle” with host Pete Hegseth Thursday and charged President Biden with disregarding the Second Amendment and ultimately seeking gun confiscation as his goal. Hawley stated that when Biden referred to those defending the Second Amendment as using a “phony” argument against gun control, that he was in essence calling it a “phony amendment.” “He doesn’t believe it’s actually in the Constitution, he clearly does not believe in the right to keep and bear arms,” declared Hawley.

President Joe Biden’s “border czar” will leave the White House, as the administration continues struggling to handle the migration crisis on the Southern border. Former U.S. ambassador to Mexico Roberta S. Jacobson, who was appointed by Biden to lead the diplomatic effort in Central America, will leave her position at the end of April, she revealed to the New York Times. News of Jacobson’s resignation broke after Biden appointed Vice President Kamala Harris as the point person for the border crisis, particularly on diplomatic negotiations with Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.

On Friday morning, after the sports website Outkick responded to the “60 Minutes” hit piece on Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis by announcing they were selling a T-shirt emblazoned “60 Minutes of lies,” DeSantis quickly responded, quipping, “I know I’ll be ordering mine!” (Tweet) As The Daily Wire has chronicled over the last week, the furor over last Sunday’s hit piece by “60 Minutes” was precipitated by its deceptive reporting in which the show elided crucial parts of DeSantis’ answer to a query from a “60 Minutes” reporter.Reporter Sharyn Alfonsi asked DeSantis about the way Florida implemented its vaccination program.

Time to take over the establishment? Trump is set to give the keynote address at the RNC’s spring donor retreat. From CBS News: The Republican National Committee’s spring donor retreat, hosted at a hotel just a few miles from Mr. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, features a roster of prominent GOP politicians, including several potential 2024 presidential contenders. As Mr. Trump himself mulls another presidential bid, other possible 2024 candidates may be in the awkward position of defending and promoting someone who could be their rival. On Saturday, Mr. Trump will deliver a keynote speech for the event, which is expected to raise millions.

When it comes to potential Republican challengers for Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom in a recall, Ric Grenell, the former acting director of national intelligence under then-President Donald Trump, is a name that gets mentioned frequently.Whether or not he runs is still up in the air, although he’s reportedly been laying the groundwork. However, talking to Fox News this week, Grenell detailed a more ambitious goal: He wants to “Fix California.”That’s at least the name of his new group, which he’s launching to bring “permanent” change to the Golden State after the Democratic Party there has lurched to the left.

Georgia still has over 350,000 votes (most likely nearly all for Joe Biden) that are invalid and yet were counted in the 2020 election. These illegal ballots helped Joe Biden win Georgia by 11,000 votes. We first reported on December 26, 2020, that Georgia had 460,000 ballots that were missing legally required chain of custody documentation from the 2020 Election. Despite these legally required documents not being present, the Secretary of State Raffensperger and Governor Kemp (both Republicans) certified the election win for Joe Biden by 11,000 votes.

Democrats are not only still bringing up the Jan. 6 chaos at the U.S. Capitol, now some are acting as if it was comparable to one of the worst attacks against America.During an off-the-rails interview on CNN, Tennessee Democrat Rep. Steve Cohen claimed that the Jan. 6 Capitol mayhem was comparable to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, where over 2,000 U.S. soldiers were killed and the country was dragged into World War II.“January 6th is a day like that,” Cohen said. “It’s a day that should be remembered in America because our democracy was at stake. It was under attack as much as Pearl Harbor was
