Costs who? Taxpayers, insurance companies? Yep. The free speech hating partisan leftist didn’t pay a dime or get fired or even admit that they were wrong. This is winning?

People need to be held personally liable for violating the free speech rights of anyone. If we did that, there would be less of this.

Kid with statement T-shirt told his friends and his folks. Even if one person told only another person, that story must have traveled at warp speed. Then the school board had to go back and put the original back in. What is there to say except hahahaha? BTW, the same people who support public education also pay for their insurance policies. It's like the left hand has no idea what the other left hand is doing.

Why are OUR insurance dollars being used to pay this settlement. It ought to come out of the school board's hides. A few examples of personal bankruptcy should go a long way.

At this point, I wouldn't trust ANY politician who snubbed Trump. And any politician who praised him? I'd go seek out trump's opinion, first. The only way I see us getting out of this mess, us 1. Term Limits, and 2. A lottery to select candidates for a party's offices. We should ALL be involved in our government. And I'd rather have a person who's reluctant to serve, than one who believes they were put on this earth to rule us.

I am happy that this decision was reversed but why did insurance money pay for this. My husband is a General Contractor in Calif, 45 yrs. He primarily does insurance work. He does fire, storm damage work etc. You have no idea the work he puts in to make sure an insurance claim is fully honored by the insurance companies when a whole house burns down or a big oak tree goes through the center of a home. The school district should have had to pay this out of their own budget.

HONG KONG -- By no means is former President Donald Trump famous for his Zen-like qualities, but that’s exactly how he has been dreamed up by one artist in the southern Chinese city of Xiamen.
