Residents in a wealthy Atlanta community are trying to create their own police force as part of a push for secession as the city is rocked by a crime wave with murders up 80 percent so far this year. The Buckhead Exploratory Committee, made up of residents of the city's richest neighborhood of Buckhead, are looking to break away from the city in the wake of a surge in violent crime that has left people 'genuinely concerned for their safety.'(Snip) 'Residents must be wary and 'on guard' continuously, even when doing routine tasks like going to the gas station, nearby shopping mall,

President Joe Biden recognized the year-long anniversary of the coronavirus lockdowns on Thursday but urged Americans to continue obeying guidance from the federal government.“Put trust and faith in our government to fulfill its most important function, which is to protect the American people,” the president said.In his first primetime speech as president, Biden spoke about the punishing emotional toll of the coronavirus lockdowns but encouraged Americans to continue following all of the rules from health officials.“We need to remember that the government isn’t some foreign force in a distant capital,” he said. “No, it’s us. All of us.”

Joe Biden delivered his very first address as US President on the anniversary of the COVID lockdowns.Virtually no one tuned in to the White House’s YouTube channel to watch dementia Joe speak gibberish for 20 minutes.Joe Biden’s doom and gloom speech was not inspiring at all. He lied about Trump and threatened Americans with indefinite lockdowns if we don’t wear masks and maintain social distancing.Biden actually believes he has the authority to tell Americans who we can spend the Fourth of July with.

Georgetown Law has fired one white professor and placed another on administrative leave after a video of their discussion about a black student in their class was condemned on social media. Dean Bill Treanor anounced on Thursday that the school had ended its relationship with Professor Sandra Sellers after the video showed her complaining on Zoom that black students were predominantly at the bottom of her class.(Snip) 'They were a bit jumbled. It's like let me reason through that, what you just said,' Sellers says of the student's performance, who the Black Law Students Asssociation claims is the only black person in the class.

Now that the implications of the Harris/Biden administration are setting in, my Democrat friends (yes, I do have a few) are becoming very embarrassed. They bought into the propaganda that all the turmoil in Washington was created by the erratic and immoral behavior of Donald Trump. Their vote for Harris/Biden was a vote to return to normal. They didn’t realize that the Democrats weren’t offering a return to normal, they were offering the establishment of a “new normal.” (snip) My friends are belatedly realizing that the turmoil was not created by Donald Trump. It was manufactured by the Democrats, simply to win an election.

Wall Street elite who flocked to Florida to ride out the COVID-19 crisis now have regrets — and are eyeing a move back to the Big Apple.“The main problem with moving to Florida is that you have to live in Florida,” Jason Mudrick, the founder of Mudrick Capital Management, told Bloomberg. Those among the upper crust are being drawn back to New York for its choice selection of private schools, restaurants and cultural institutions — as well as the city’s deep pool for young talent when it comes to finance jobs.“New York has the smartest, most driven people, the best culture, the best restaurants and the best theaters,”

On Thursday night, a masked Biden tottered down a long, empty hall to a podium. He then gave the most bizarre presidential address in American history. After a grim recital of “facts” about the last year, Biden emphasized multiple times that Americans had better take the vaccine – and be grateful to him for his amazing ability to get the vaccine to Americans. He also insisted that, vaccines or not, the government’s in control and can lock all of us up all over again. (snip) Biden kept saying that he was going to tell the truth. (snip) Do you know who says things like that? Someone who’s lying.

A former employee of Panda Express has filed a lawsuit against the company, claiming that it urged its employees to complete a training seminar in which she was forced to strip down to her underwear in front of other participants and subsequently hug a male participant who was also in his underwear, also in front of other participants. Panda Express has since issued a statement denying ownership or control of the seminar and insisting that it did not mandate attendance.
The lawsuit claims that some Panda Express employees were led to believe participating in the seminar would enhance their chances at promotion,

I loved the Rush Limbaugh show.(Snip)The show serves a purpose--a purpose that we need fulfilled more now than ever. Unfortunately, it is not serving that purpose fully now. Rather than building on his legacy, we are wallowing in the sadness of his loss.(Snip)The radio show was never about the past; it was about the urgency of the present and the future. The show is an enormous asset to its owners and to America.(Snip)Rush always said he didn't want it "to be all about him.”(Snip)The owners are frittering away the fruits of all his work.

Since before the November 2020 event masquerading as an election, conservative pundits have been theorizing that mentally deficient and rapidly declining Joe Biden is merely a placeholder for the eventual rise to power of Kamala Harris (snip) Now that the Biden/Harris regime has been installed, the left has only to wait a decent, or indecent, amount of time for Ole Joe's decline to become too obvious to cover up (snip) Kamala Harris currently enjoys the best of both worlds; behind the scenes, she exercises all the powers of the presidency without having to publicly carry any responsibility for the results.

Eli Lilly & Co says its combination antibody therapy is effective at treating mild to moderate cases of COVID-19.
The treatment, a mixture of drugs bamlanivimab and etesevimab, was developed by Indianapolis-based Lilly and the Canadian company AbCellera.
It recognizes the virus once a person is infected and attaches to it, preventing the pathogen from entering human cells, and therefore neutralizing it.
In trial data released on Wednesday, Eli Lilly said the combination reduced the risk of hospitalization and death by 87 percent compared to a placebo.
The results are an improvement of an earlier study of the combination, which reduced the risk of hospitalization and death by 70 percent.

A 39-year-old single mom in Utah with no underlying medical conditions died four days after receiving her second dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, according to a report. Kassidi Kurill, a mother of one from Ogden, received the vaccine due to her work as a surgical tech for several plastic surgeons, KUTV reported. “She was absolutely fine with getting it. In fact, she told all of us, ‘It’s fine, you guys should all get it,’” her father, Alfred Hawley, told the outlet. Kurill experienced a sore arm after the first jab of Moderna, but had no other side effects. But things
