T his past Monday I previewed the trial of Derek Chauvin that commences with motions in limine at 8:00 a.m. and jury selection at 9:00 a.m. (Central) tomorrow morning. If you missed my preview and think you might find it of interest, it is posted here (including a link to the CourtTV live stream). I want to add these pretrial notes. (Snip) • The case against Chauvin raises critical questions of fact including Chavin’s training and the cause of Floyd’s death. These disputed questions of fact are for resolution by the jury under the “beyond a reasonable doubt” standard of proof that applies in criminal cases. CORRECTION*

Who wants to serve on that jury? No matter what you decide some are going to be against you.

There is far more to this informative article than you’d guess from the intro. Highly recommend a read of the whole thing. Worth your time.
Yes, this is a travesty. Ellison’s travesty. George Floyd killed himself. The jury must not allow Ellison to do any more damage to Officer Chauvin.

Re #1, if a juror follows the facts and the law, he can come to only one verdict. Not Guilty.

The prosecution's big hope is to install as many blacks on the jury as possible. They will vote to convict even knowing that the cop is innocent. Whichever way the verdict goes it will be used as an excuse to loot and destroy.

Quote from the article - "And I don’t see why police and fire witnesses should be allowed to testify regarding the possible impact of Floyd’s proven massive fentanyl overdose. This is a matter for a toxicologist or, possibly, a forensic pathologist." Floyd died from a drug overdose. He is responsible for his own death. No one else. If there was a functioning justice system in this country and there isn't anymore, a real honest to God Judge would throw this case right out the door on the first day. If there was a real honest non-political prosecutor he would have declined to bring a case against this officer. Don't understand why the defense hasn't filed for a change of venue though. Of course it would be denied, because the racist, communist death democrats need their show trial as a warning to all other law enforcement agencies except of course their totally corrupted Federal Law Enforcement Agencies like the FBI, US Marshals, Secret Service, ATF, and on and on.
And if surprise, surprise Chauvin is acquitted as he should, the communist death democrats can always call on their storm troopers to riot, kill, and burn to protest the verdict.

Chauvin is absolutely innocent. This is a totally fraudulent charge. If the defense is permitted to introduce evidence (the judge may be interested only in a conviction, not a fair trial) and the jury is even remotely fair, he will be acquitted of all charges.
If he is convicted, it will be an extreme travesty.

It will only take one juror to stick with a not guilty determination for the police officer to be acquitted and for the rioting and burning to occur. I wonder if Biden has a plan for that?

Please read the 14-page juror questionnaire and ask yourself how you would answer. In particular, the questions about the fairness of the judicial system. Do you trust juries? Ask the prosecutors in the OJ Simpson trial! Do you trust the judicial system? No, not with no-bail release of serial criminals in Calif. and NY. No, not with the Dems like Kamala Harris raising bail in Minneapolis. Do you think the judicial system is fair? No, see the demented DA in LA County.
Would anyone dare answer this questionnaire honestly? You do have to sign that the answers are truthful!

This is not a case of facts. Everybody knows Chauvin was only doing his job. This is a case of Democrats and get whitey.

The video at the end of the article is astounding. You see Everything that happened. Floyd gets more and more uncooperative every passing minute.

Why did the police confiscate Floyd's formula for a Wuhan flu vaccine?
Hundreds of thousands of lives could have been saved by Floyd's vaccine research. That's the tragedy of this story.

#5 —The defendants moved for change of venue, but that was denied. So there’s already a miscarriage of justice here.

Remember OJ! The poor white officer doesn’t stand a chance! If acquitted, the country will burn!

Minneapolis (and other democrat controlled cities) are going to burn when it's found the police officer used techniques to restrain an out of control perp and that Floyd was coked to the gills - and that's what killed him.

What a travesty of so-called justice. If the judge has the cojones, he’ll direct an acquittal based on 1) the fact no reasonable jury could possibly conclude beyond a reasonable doubt that what Chauvin did was the cause of death, and 2) prosecutorial misconduct for: a) pursuing the case to appease mob hysteria, hence no fair trial, and b) withholding the toxicology report for months that makes reasonable doubt obvious. Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman was a law school classmate of mine. He was a fool then, and an even bigger fool now. Please watch the video in this article all the way to the end for the narrator’s damning conclusions.
