It is an ironic twist of history that two American women should have been the cause of political crises in Britain and led to concern that they might affect the powers and even the very existence of the monarchy. In the 1930s, the Prince of Wales, to become Edward VIII, fell in love with Wallis Simpson while she was still married to someone else. (snip) Eighty years later, another playful prince, Harry, fell in love with Meghan Markle, (snip) a more pointed war is now escalating between the rival powers in London and Los Angeles, starting with an event expected to be explosive.

There are people in this world who get pleasure from stirring things up in relationships, families, the workplace, school. Actually you find them wherever there is a group of individuals. There is always that one person who is planning, plotting, and using others as pawns to fulfill some deep seated desire to control and manipulate. These people are toxic and will find the weakest link to torture with their shenanigans. They are masters at playing the victim and will stop at nothing to achieve their goals. The rush of power they get from their machinations is their driving force. It is rare that we get to witness this type of behavior played out on such an important stage. It takes moxie to operate this kind of drama in the Royal family. Hopefully, Queen Elizabeth can take this little missy down a peg or two along with her worthless grandson. Markle will be more than happy to do as much damage as she can to the Royal family and Harry is complicit. This has to be difficult for the Queen because it has been said that Harry is her favorite. Sadly, he appears to be more than willing and able to assist his wife in her quest to try and best the Queen. My money is on the Queen. She is more than able to take care of business. However, Markel will play the victim/race card regardless of the outcome and unfortunately, it will work for some. If I were the Queen that would be all she had because I would revoke her status as a Duchess.

Megan married Harry because he was a Prince and had money and fame. When that is gone, she will be too. It might take 7 years. Her mother might get tired of being the Nanny as she gets older. Megan is a real piece of work and Harry is a pathetic excuse for a man. He is mentally ill and it is showing more every day. He is not the only person who has lost a mother. Most normal people grieve and move on with their lives. They don't forget but they don't let it control their entire lives. He is a real mess! She is just a manipulative little b____h.

“It’s been unbelievably tough for the two of us....”
Self inflicted wound, Harry. Grow up. No one believes you.

It could be an explosive interview if Oprah asks Markle why her first husband, the classmate from Northwestern, has been erased from her bio; why Harry hasn't met his father-in-law and why they cling to archaic royal titles at the same time they preach equality and equity.

Five suggests "it could be explosive if..." It won't be. Cancel culture only works one way. Watch for the interviewer to do everything she can to make them appear as victims. They will call it the "systemic racism" of the monarchy.

Harry should have listened to his brother. William saw something in Markle that Harry was too blind to see.

Her Majesty's motto of "never complain, never explain" will be good right now. Let Haz and the evil creature hang themselves once and for all. The Palace and the Royal Family should not go into the gutter with these two. QEII should take all their titles away, the line of succession for Harry and his children, Charles should close the spigot and the two of them ban from England for life just like Edward and Wallis. Let's see how many "friends" they have in Hollywood. Like #3 said, out of respect for the Queen, William and Catherine I will not be watching.

"Unbelievably tough?????" Getting gifted a royal "cottage" including a free multi-million dollar remodel, a $40 million wedding they didn't have pay for, a staff to cater to their every whim, a clothing budget the size of a small town's budget, adoring press, and all they had to do to earn it was show up at a few events, act interested, shake hands, cut ribbons, make innocuous small talk with "commoners" and leave after an hour or so. We should all have it so "tough." I'd do it, and I'd be smart enough to know what a deal it is.

All through this mess I have wondered where Phillip, Harry's father, is in all this. Is he content to let these two sh#tballs, insult the queen? I think at the least he should withdraw his million dollar allowance. There really were stories of Markle mistreating the staff so badly that Kate broke into tears and ran from the room.

All this shows is that a California girl who grew up in a very liberal racial and social universe is not compatible with the British Royal Family that is expected by their supporters in the United Kingdom and the very ethnically and racially diverse Commonwealth countries to operate in accordance with centuries old traditions that are nonexistent in California, as Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip have been doing for so many decades. Now we are told that Meghan and Harry are going to appear on CBS TV on Sunday for two hours, allowing themselves to being taken advantage of while being interviewed by Oprah Winfrey, as we are told they will effectively trash the British Royal Family while responding to Winfrey’s questions. If Meghan and Harry do that on Sunday, and a few days later Prince Philip who is 99 years old and in the hospital recovering from a heart procedure involving the placement of a stent were to pass away shortly, guess who is going to suffer the indirect blame? Not a good look!

I’m just going to go ahead and say it. Her face is a mess.
Now about Harry. I’m not so sure he isn’t trying to punish his family for his belief of their having his mother killed. He is mentally ill and she is his willing accomplice for her own benefit.
Together they are toxic.

The root of the problem or problems for the royals is very simple to understand...Queen Elizabeth has been on the throne too long.

#13, Phillip is Harry’s grandfather, not his father. And he’s 99 years old and very ill. Harry’s father is the total wuss and nutcase, Charles, who doesn’t have the cojones to do anything about his son.
