TGP has a link to the affidavit of an expert consultant to Sidney Powell in her legal challenges to the election.(Snip)This is the conclusion of the affidavit that TGP quotes:
"I conclude with high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to Vice President Biden. These alterations were the result of systemic and widespread exploitable vulnerabilities in DVS, Scytl/SOE Software and Smartmatic systems that enabled operators to achieve the desired results. In my view, the evidence is overwhelming and incontrovertible."

I think it's time to name Sidney Powell's Kraken. Please vote on one of the following names. This vote will be as definitive, secure and honest as any system approved by the DNC. The names submitted are as follows: Squidward, Barnacle Bill, Flipper or Mr. Limpet.

It sure seems like he's Kraken. This is getting good! I keep thinking of when they first told US about this, and they all said, "We got 'em!" SidPo was so emphatic. Silly me, I believe it without having all the evidence; my common sense tells me that it's true. I appreciate the long and extensive paragraph 15, and what I gather is that the machines can't be audited therefore, the data cannot be confirmed, and the elections are exactly fraudulent and cannot be legally certified. Boom!

Interesting angle #2. How bout we have Dominion pay for a National re-do, without their machines. Hell, a blue/red marble works for me.

The "Kraken" is the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion, according to U.S. Air Force Lt. General Thomas McInerney (Ret.).

Oh thank you! This is what I have been waiting for. Lots of choices in this election of where the fraud happened, but the voting machines (that could vote without being registered voters) always appealed to me as the best proof of widespread fraud. Smart, yet dumb, sloppy crooks getting caught is very satisfying. Must read original article, especially if technically inclined.

Thant's not how the game is played, anniebc. If Our team can put up sufficient evidence to show that what they are saying (fraud) is in fact a credible case )and that means evidence supporting specific allegations with an outcome that warrants attention - first year law, Rudy) then the burden shifts to the Evil ones. Now they have trapped themselves. Their plan called for the machines to bury the fraud (designed to prevent audit) and, so, now can they show that the machines are not crooked? That is stating the matter in very simplistic terms but what can they do? Their plan called for a system that prevented anyone from finding out what they did by making it impossible to root out the evidence. Now they can't root out the evidence.
Their plan is failing because, like all crooks they are just not that bright, and they never considered all the other possibilities for raising the question of fraud. However, our side found the evidence, I think sufficient to shift the burden onto the Evil Ones. I also think the courts, when the evidence is properly presented (Rudy) with the proper framing of the allegations (Rudy) that the courts will user their discretion to find a way to shift the burden on to the dopes.
Sorry about the Rudy thing but is is using up opportunities and painting our side as not having credibility - we don't need to be making minor-league errors in our excitement to win. We have a winning case all the courts need is for the matter to be properly presented. I also am wondering about Lin Wood, why is he representing himself? there are plenty of clients that would jump to help.

Sorry, poster #9, based on what I wrote, I don't get your point; but no need to clarify. We're not supposed to refer to each other by screen name when getting chatty, by the way--in case you didn't know.

Will this electronic evidence, and statistical anomalies be considered compelling by judges?
Are we in a situation where computerized fraud, since it is all electronic and numbers can be changed seamlessly, and, if done by skilled programmers who have been given, or have stolen, the codes....is it inherently "unprovable in conventional courtroom ways?
Isfahan there is no court/legal remedy, then we either accept our chains or we literally eliminate the fraudsters 'by other means'.
Will we have the spine to stand up to them, or will we just buckle under and learn to live with our chains?

These cases are not going to be won by Perry Mason, but by challenging processes. If the law says X and X was not properly done, then there is a problem. If the law requires not counting for specific reasons, the election commission has no right to modify, and if there is no auditable record of which votes complied and which not...it gets ugly.
Ultimately the courts will wash their hands of it. The Constitution says electors are selected in a manner designated by the state legislatures. Some states, such as PA may opt to not send in an electoral vote. The Constitution puts the final outcome in the hands of the House of Representatives. And all those conservative justices are "originalists", or so they say.
