Paris - The United States and Europe bear more than half the cost of repairing the damage already wrought by climate change, a coalition of environmental groups said Monday. Based on their historic greenhouse gas emissions, the US and EU should be held jointly responsible for 54 percent of funding owed to developing nations already dealing with extreme flooding, droughts and megastorms rendered more frequent and intense by global warming, the groups said. (Snip) But as climate change outpaces efforts to tame it, poorer nations -- historically virtually blameless for manmade emissions -- are pleading for richer countries to compensate them for the

PDJT took us out of Obama's unratified Paris Climate Treaty because its main feature is to pick Uncle Sam's pocket to give the rest of the world "walking around" money. (It also would have forced U.S. courts to ignore our Constitution and enforce foreign laws on our citizens.)
As long as PDJT remains President, these globalist parasites can go pound sand.

That was what the Paris Climate Accords were all about: The USA paying everyone else while we shut down our own heavy industries.

So - - "climate change" simultaneously causes both floods and droughts.
Anyone see a logical contradiction here?
Ooops! Silly me - - trying to apply logic in a "scientific" debate. "Climate science" don't need no steenking logic!

"They" say that Venice is experiencing the worst flooding in 53 years. That must mean that it flooded 53 years ago and probably years before that. Don't blame it on us for building a city in a flood zone on a canal. Idiots!

Total BS. Look at China, Indonesia, and India. Those are the worst polluters. What a scam...."send us money, you owe us". Leeches...trying to rip us off. They were successful while the Kenyan was POTUS.

"Man Made" emissions aren't, and never were, driving the changes in climate that have occurred ever since there was such a thing as 'climate'.
The false claims made by global leftards are a scam. Only believable by the ignorant and the stupid, which pretty much describes the leftard's useful idiots.

A few thoughts...
Man does not have enough horsepower to alter climate. Only Simon Bar Sinister could and he hasn't been heard from since they cancelled Underdog.
Poor countries pollute more for simple reasons. Poor people have to look after themselves first. As they get more wealth, they can think about their neighbors. With more wealth they can start to look at their surroundings
Commie countries polluted as most were desperately poor and pollution was a by-product of rapid industrialization.
If you want to make poor countries stop polluting/more wealth, embrace capitalism
Plastic pollution is caused by Asia, not America. Nothing we do here with all the feel good histrionics (straws, bags...etc) will do nothing to alleviate the problem. Dont bother doing it.

More carbon dioxide in the air will let green plants grow faster and stronger, and they will feed us, clothe us, and provide more oxygen for us to breathe.
I WANT more CO2 in the air.
Flood, droughts, hurricanes and all that is WEATHER. It has always happened, WILL always happen, has absolutely nothing to do with mankind's actions.

The earth's climate has been in continual flux since the birth of the planet and her atmosphere. When, exactly, was the that ever ideal? Ideal for what or for whom? Somebody should have hit the 'pause' button at that point to stop the climate from changing any more. The whole thing is a scam from the get-go. The climate changed before life appeared here, and it will change after everybody's gone. We are the proverbial ant riding on the wheel's rim, screaming about how fast it's making the wheel roll. (We are not the engine, but the passengers in this.)

Nope.
Maybe the old East Bloc countries along with Russia and the socialist Greece and Italy. And of course China and India. We think they all should clean up their own messes.
