Former U.S. President Barack Obama is coming to town next week for a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee's Unity Fund. But if you want to attend, you'll need at least $10,000 to get in the door and $35,000 to take a photo with Obama. Obama will appear for a conversation with DNC Chair Tom Perez on Nov. 21 at the Los Altos home of Democratic donor Karla Jurvetson. The Los Altos Town Crier posted the invite: Ticket prices range from $10,000 for the opportunity to attend with no photo to $355,000 for a VIP reception, "access to the National

I wonder if donations can be made to his foundation- tax free to him and a deduction (less the value of the meal) to the donor.

The DNC is desperate for cash. Going into a presidential cycle, the DNC owes more money than it has.

FTA: ~~"Obama announced the Unity Fund in May 2019 to support the party's eventual nominee for president in the 2020 election, according to CNN. "The Democratic Unity Fund is a promise that whoever earns our nomination, he or she will have a strong, united, and well-organized DNC ready to spring into action the moment the general election starts — a DNC that's ready to lift us all to victory in November," Obama wrote in an email presenting the fund."~~
How nice.......Good Luck!!

Funny that Obama is raising money but not tossing his support to his former VEEP. Very curious.

355,000 dollars? For that amount of money, I could budget for a lifetime supply of Chinese take-out meals and then some. One suspects that the Democrats of today are as far removed from the ordinary working-class as they've ever been, and they still don't get it.

Well, Dr. Gorka and Hugh Hewitt are coming to 'Silicon Valley' this Friday night, I'm thrilled to be attending, and tickets didn't cost anywhere near $10K!

At first I thought that was what they were paying people to attend. It'd take about half a mil to get me in the door.

Why in the world would anyone spend a single penny to see Ex-Dictator Obama in San Francisco when you can have the same sort of experience of meeting or listening to this greedy commie traitor by walking down any street in San Francisco and looking at the piles of human excrement on the sidewalks for free?
