The Justice Department’s chief watchdog is preparing a damning report on James Comey’s conduct in his final days as FBI director that likely will conclude he leaked classified information and showed a lack of candor after his own agency began looking into his feud with President Trump over the Russia probe.
Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitz’s team referred Comey for possible prosecution under the classified information protection laws, but Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutors working for Attorney General William Barr reportedly have decided to decline prosecution — a decision that’s likely to upset Comey's conservative critics.
Prosecutors found the IG’s findings compelling but decided not

Well here we go again. If this is true the AG has gone into the mind reading business. How doe anybody know the "intent" of performing any act except the person performing the act ? Future bank robbers can just say he/she was just making a "withdrawal.
If this AG is going down the same road as Sessions did and Trump doesn't demand indictments then Trump will not return to the WH in 2020. Wake up Donald !!!!

I’m holding my fire until I see the full outcome of this investigation. And I am getting extremely tired of waiting.

If all the Democrats miscreants get away scot free now, I can imagine a horrendous outcome from another Democrat administration.

I didn't read the column. The imminent indictment of Comey , et. al. is a little like the cry of "racism". We hear it so often that it doesn't mean anything.

The problem with all this is that they are looking at each piece all by itself and treating each one as "bad management" deserving dismissal but not prosecution. It is only when you take them as a collective whole that you see the conspiracy and therefore the INTENT that makes their actions a crime. This is exactly why there are RICO statutes, because piece by piece it is hard to see a serious crime. As a whole, you clearly see a CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION. That is what BO's administration acted as.

Joe diGenova was on Lou Dobbs show last night. He stated that Barr could reverse his decision in tne future and prosecute Comey. He also stated that Hillary will never be indicted/prosecuted for her crimes.

Here it comes, assume the position, this going to hurt. Maybe Comey is being turned in exchange for special treatment. But down the road we go. Comey walks, Clinton walks (well staggers), etc. and we keep believing the next one will get it until we wake up and they are all gone. This is disappointing.

The nation's premier law enforcement agency cannot withdraw Comey's pension for all he has done? The FBI continues to coverup and disappoint, and I have to say, the agency is the opposite of premier.

President Trump has NO intention of indicting anyone from the Obama regime even as more information about the massive scandals is grudgingly released by the DoJ, FBI and State. After 2.5 years of watching the enormity of the 2016 election corruption unfold, the attempted coup, the selling of the State Dept to the highest Clinton Foundation donor and so much more being laid at the feet of AGs Sessions and Barr and still nothing, it means no one will be charged with a crime. Not Comey. Not McCabe. And certainly not Obama and Hillary. They are all free to make millions and to attack Trump for his fascist, racist and whatever “ist” they feel like tossing at him. We have been had.
If the Dem controlled news media wasn’t hiding the massive Obama scandals from us, there would have been at least one question last night about whether, as president, you would use the FBI and CIA to spy on your political opponent. But there was nothing, zilch, because CNN, MSDNC and the rest cannot ask a question that undermines Obama, Hillary and Comey. Otherwise, Trump’s failure to prosecute the corruption would be treated as a scandal.

FTA:"Prosecutors found the IG’s findings compelling but decided not to bring charges because they did not believe they had enough evidence of Comey’s intent to violate the law, according to multiple sources."
The laws only apply to little people. No matter how blatant, obvious, provable and corrupt any law violations by "big people" are, nothing will be done by the Department of Injustice.
This is disgusting, and absolutely unacceptable.
