The only reason that the blacks in Baltimore vote for the black politicians is because the politicians are black. It's a belief among blacks that blacks will look after each other. Well it's just the opposite. These politicians are dirty and only look after them selves. They will steal from the poor, take care of their brothers that are dirty, and they know that no one will say anything. The reason that people are silent is because they are black and they will scream racism. The only person that stood up for the people in Baltimore is President Trump and he refused to backdown when they placed the racist cards.

Politicians are like the reverend who drives a fully-equipt Cadillac to his ghetto church because, he says, the congregants wouldn't want a man of God driving a Chevrolet. The voters know their crooks...so what? Their EBT and SNAP cards work at the corner store for cigarettes and alcohol, and dope is just outside the door. Meanwhile, the guilt-ridden suburbanites provide free stuff at pantries and school supply/coat/mittens/toy drives...even do the cooking and clean up.

After decades of living in abject poverty and crime you would think that the black community would be tired of the same old unfulfilled promises. The President knows the only way out of poverty is a job. It gives you the means to improve your life but also the self-respect and dignity that every human being desires. Blacks have a real choice now. Go with the guy who promises everything and delivers nothing or go with the guy that can bring jobs to their communities. The plain speaking of this President convinces many that the political class is nothing but self-serving liars interested in one thing, keeping their place at the trough. After all, what have they got to lose? Trump 2020.

Nothing will change in black communities until they themselves decide to clean them up, in every way. The first step is dumping their “leaders”. The second is to dump their current culture. President Trump is just trying to open their eyes so that they get going on step one.

Hey I have an idea. Lets round up the dazzling urbanites currently occupying the hell holes of democrat devastation and put them in detention centers and hand the opportunity to create a better life to legal immigrants and genuine bonafide refugees. There would be a caveat however; if after 24 months you are not self sufficient you qualify for the same treatment as the former occupants. Of course some current occupants could make the cut, those who work, those who are the victims of their feral neighbors. Can you imagine the flow of church groups that would pour in to assist in cleaning up the mess once we knew that we wouldn't be shot and that we were helping people who want to be productive members of society?

Valerie Jarrett should be ashamed to show her face in public. Likewise, Barack O. They treat their "people" like dirt, then insult them by believing they are too ignorant to know they're being had. Trump is never going to win the congeniality award. He's not a gentlemanly 43 or even a conciliatory Mitt (thank God). But he is a fearless truth teller, at a time when truth telling is what we need most. And he's probably the only government employee in DC who doesn't give a hang what people call him, or think of him. He can't be a grifter for life, and he doesn't need to feather his nest as a consultant, lobbyist, talking head or anarchist (Barack) when he's gone. Eight and out. Period.

Ms Evans puts it out there nicely: "President Trump cornered Cummings in a series of tweets after the Baltimore slumlord staged an assault on the Department of Homeland Security secretary last week." But, Elijah is not woke. But, folks in his district are woke. The door is open now to replace him in 2020 and hopefully not with another political looter.

It's called conditioning. The inner-city, urban blacks have been conditioned to believe these race hustlers are the only thing that can save them from poverty, crime, bad education, unemployment...Wait! They need to look around! They already live in those horrible circumstances. Their conditioning has made them blind, and accustomed them to that norm. Consider the recent dousing of NY City policemen with water, from some of these urban blacks. If you watched closely, you would have seen a young boy, maybe 8 years old, joining in with the big boys. That child is being conditioned to hate police and have no respect for law enforcement. Unless someone intervenes, he will have a hard, unhappy life.

I grew up in the deep south in the fifties. Our families never gave a thought about races. I had many black friends when I moved on to adulthood. After the reign of terror of the real racist, Obama, and what I witness by the actions and words of blacks I realize they hate me just for being white. I am racist now and don't care about the plight of blacks that they themselves have created. Blacks with their 'leaders' don't look out for one another or they wouldn't be killing one another so recklessly. You don't have to go far to see the problems and money wasted on this race of people. Until Muslims gain in population currently just paint a black face on U.S. problems that's where it all begins. Thanks Obama.

#3 - In 2018 Cummings was re-elected...and if one subtracted every Baltimore City (preponderantly black) vote from his total, Howard and Baltimore County suburbanites alone would have given him that election by over 50,000 votes. So, it's not just his black constituents - Cummings doesn't need them. #13 - The "inner city" constituents in District 7 are not "woke", and Cummings is in no danger of being tossed from office. The Maryland Republican Party is perfectly represented by our Republicrat Gov. Larry "I stand for nothing" Hogan. Maryland is very close to tipping to minority-majority. When it does, it will be Katie bar the door! A preview was just presented in our House of Delegates in the internal Dem squabbling over the Speaker's chair (white lesbian vs black female vs black male). And the GOP delegation missed its chance to actually do something newsworthy - like offering itself to the people of Maryland as a sane alternative.

Help Baltimore? The only way to "help" Baltimore is for its citizens to stop believing the leftist lies they have been told - - and voted for - - for the past 60 years. When they start supporting - - and voting for - - free-market, Constitutional government - - they will be helping themselves.

Just read an article that suburban moms like Carol Evans will have a hard time voting for Donald Trump because of what he says. The article claims that she is Republican. Anyways, I guess I am baffled by people who think Donald Trump is mean because of what he says. So are these people defending these cities and politicians to the point that it is acceptable for this filth to continue? What amazes me is how the commies have brought their race divisionist names full circle in sixty years. After "colored people" was deemed demeaning, it divided into "Blacks" or "African Americans". Similarly, "wetbacks" and "mestizos" became "Latinos" or "Hispanics"; "chinks" and "Japs" became "Asians". Every race self-segregated into their own "Power" groups and lobbied only for solutions tailored for them. The in-fighting between the factions has become so intense that in order to show at least a facade of unity, they tout the odious term "people of color". Just how is "people of color" acceptable when "colored people" is not?

Congressman Cummings has been at the top of the heap of the poor, uneducated, and socialist oriented mostly minority voters in Baltimore for more than twenty years. The City of Baltimore is a well known politically corrupt and criminal violence prone disaster, as an example there were over 300 murders there last year. Cummings Congressional District is essentially a one political party liberal and liberal Democrat socialist place. Anytime you have a Congressional District that is dominated by one party for so long there is bound to be little or no oversight by the permanently out of power political party, or politicians, and a lot of unchecked political corruption. In that respect Cummings Congressional District received over 16 billion dollars in Federal money last year alone. In the Congress the Democrat Majority have appointed Cummings as the Chairman of the House of Representatives Congressional Committee controlling all Federal oversight of government operations. Lately Cummings has been focusing on the borderline that is a very long way from Baltimore following the Democrat “Open Borders” political agenda in an effort to supercharge his inner city minority constituency with poor, uneducated, and socialist minded illegal aliens who the Democrats figure to be natural future Democrat socialist “New American” voters in large numbers enough to keep the Democrats in permanent political power. President Trump has been shining a light on inner city low income and crime ridden communities where political corruption has been rampant, that have been represented by the Democrats, as Cummings is supposed to do in relation to Baltimore a political situation that has been ongoing for over two decades. The Democrats are unable to respond to Trump on the facts, so as always, the Democrats have resorted to rolling out their old “Race Card” canard and “defense” claiming that Trump is a racist for criticizing Cummings, a black leftist and liberal Democrat politician. In fact the Democrats are now calling any criticism of any Democrat black politician “racist” no matter the issue.

Perhaps some here should go look at what Trump the business tycoon promised Atlantic City and how he declared bankruptcy and defaulted on his bank loans. Hint, other bank customers cover bad loans. Oh and by the way go look at the crime rates in major cities with Republican mayors...Jacksonville, Fresno, Omaha, Wichita, Ok City, Fort Worth... and also go look at their financial health. Of course it appears Ok City is doing well financially because they don't spend any money on police. Hmmm and perhaps we need to revisit the icons of Wall Street who cheated and put our economy in its worse state since the great depression. And by the way it happened under Bush Jr., who left President Obama with a $1.2 trillion deficit annual run rate. Once again folks, perception is not reality.....particularly yours.

I know this a little off subject, but can someone tell me why this senator hasn't been evicted from the US Senate for violation of his oath to uphold the laws of the United States? He swore to uphold our laws yet he is in direct violation: "a Democrat United States senator from Oregon, Ron Wyden. He went to Mexico, he found a pregnant woman, he escorts her illegally into the country, and then orders a hospital to admit her so that her baby becomes an American citizen and becomes an anchor baby."

Heh, when I first read that article title, I thought is said: "... money grubbing Democrats SHECKELING their voters...". Which also would be rather appropriate in many cases..
