President Donald Trump announced Saturday that a Navy SEAL who is accused of fatally stabbing an Islamic State detainee during a 2017 deployment to Iraq will be “moved to less restrictive confinement” ahead of his trial in May. “In honor of his past service to our Country, Navy Seal #EddieGallagher will soon be moved to less restrictive confinement while he awaits his day in court,” the president tweeted. “Process should move quickly!” Trump’s message follows a request by 40 members of Congress to the Navy on Tuesday to “analyze whether a less severe form of restraint would be appropriate” for

The same folks who bend over backwards in a pretzel twist to accommodate the terrorists, proven terrorists in Gitmo, treat this man, a PROVEN patriot, SEAL like he is not a man of honor and of integrity. Trump really needs to clean out the Obama left behinds, the weasels who think the traitor who barry paid ransom for is an upstanding American.

Let´s see how the Court Martial goes, now that the Navy is aware they have the Commander-in-Chief looking over their shoulders.

I take a pretty simplistic view if this.
Dead jihadi, live SEAL. Good news.
We´re done here, no further information needed.

These charges would not be pending if that two faced FAT Bret Baier who got this Navy Seal in trouble by asking him questions on his show to cause this problem.

Didn’t Baer try to fire Judge Jenine to? I have not watched him since he interviewed Gallagher. He’s disgusting.

Obama fired a large percentage of ethical leaders in all Branches. Those remaining are for many of us that know them brown nosers. A good purging is in order. Much like in World War 2 when Nimitz replaced the weak admirals. Time to clean house.

For the Bret Baier haters....he had Rush on the show as a commentator the other day, for a double long segment, let Rush speak, no snark at all, and even said, "You are about the only person out there who has said this for the last two years.", meant as a compliment. And he had Brit Hulme on the same show, who also was heavily, and unambiguously criticizing the media´s obvious lying and bias, and failure to make corrections.
AFAIK, there is no real indication that Baier had anything to do with Judge Jeanine, the reports that I read were that a couple of the new lefty daytime folks (I don´t watch daytime Fox because of Shep) complained.
Good to be angry at bad people, no doubt, but best to have all your facts properly in order before you go off half cocked. I think Baier tries to be relatively even handed, and has gotten caught up in the Enemedia lemming rush over the "Trump´s a bad guy" cliff a few times, more than he should have.

Perfect time for a Pardon. If a decorated SEAL who did 8 tours of duty can be treat like a common criminal for shooting the ENEMY, why in the world would others put their life on the line? They should drop all charges and give this honorable man another Medal and be done with it. It they don´t, Trump should Pardon him!

In war you kill people and break their toys. Period. Anybody in the chain of command who can´t handle that or doesn´t like that needs to be ejected immediately sans pension, with a DD. The remfs who put Gallagher in the stockade are the obola-bot perfumed princes, who need to be hanged by their delicate parts for doing that, and then kicked out.

Has the Navy ever explained why it was necessary to keep this man in solitary confinement before he was convicted of any crime?
President Trump should allow the Navy court martial process to run its course before making the ultimate decision in this matter. Who knows, Trump may not have to do anything in the end.
