Betsy Woodruff of the Daily Beast had this big scoop this weekend, "It Exists: DOJ Finds Letter Ordering Scrutiny of Uranium One, Hillary Clinton." The bureaucracy had denied the letter existed.(Snip) The real story is overlooked. As attorney general, Jeff Sessions set in motion an investigation that could next year explode on Democrats. Her story said, "The existence of a letter documenting Sessions’ directive that the DOJ revisit probes of Trump’s top political foe is a surprise because a department lawyer said in court last year that senior officials insisted it didn’t exist.

FTA:
Writer J.B. White tweeted, "I don´t want to insult some of my online friends but, honestly, *anyone* who reads this letter and thinks Jeff Sessions punked out and disappointed the Prez is a stone-cold sucker.
"He´s telling Congress *and* us in this letter that a big ass hammer soon comes. Bank on it."
Sessions saddled President Donald John Trump with Mueller but as White and others point out, this prevented Andy McCabe and the rest of the Deep State Deep Throaters from launching their own stealth investigation.
CTH told us about the Sessions “initiation” letter two days ago here:

This is not a scoop, or an eye opener. Jeff Sessions told us about John Huber 2 years ago. But Huber has done nothing, provided nothing, testified to nothing, and that is the problem, isn´t it. When you don´t see any results, you start thinking there are no results, which is exactly where I stand. You have something, it has been 2 years, you better hand it over.

I guess I am a little confused because wouldn´t it have been Jeff Sessions responsibility to see this matter to the end? In other words, he needed to follow up on it and keep tabs on it. What? Delegate something and then forget about it?

Think of the corruption that has infested the DOJ, FBI, CIA, State Department, Congress, Supreme Court & Federal Justices/Judges since the 1950´s. To prosecute big-name criminals like Clinton, hussein, clapper, brennan, main stream media talking heads, etc, a leader would have to clean out the institutional corruption first. Session played his part by eliminating 21 top FBI/DOJ officials. Trump & McConnell done their part appointing 2 Supreme Court Justices and 90 judges on Federal Benches. Huber & Horowitz have conducted their investigations without them being compromised by the leakers in congress. The table is set. WWG1WGA! MAGA! Follow Q to state update. :)

So, we’re supposed to trust the same doj that let Hillary off the hook multiple times, and engaged in an attempted coup of a duly elected president to conduct a non partisan and proper investigation into Hillary and other deep state officials? It’s premature to even say that it’s premature that this is going be done right. Or that Sessions is vindicated. Color me skeptical with an understatement.

As far as the Sessions-Huber investigation into Hillary is concerned, justice delayed is justice denied.

When it comes to all of this, I just keep praying that God has a plan, I cannot see.
It feels like the left and all these people keep getting away with everything and it is very hard to take.

Did Sessions actually give the letter to Huber? Or, just wrote a CYA document for the file? I bet on CYA since there wasn’t / still isn’t a grand jury impaneled by Huber. Huber was and still a sham. Which is a shame.

As my dear departed Irish Catholic mother told me, talk is cheap. It takes money to buy whiskey.
I´ve heard a lot of talk. Its time for the whiskey.

Paraphrasing the Bruce Ohr testimony that came out Friday, all big business deals with Russian businesses involve criminal Russian oligarchs and the Russian government (Putin and his cronies), so why isn´t this angle front and center on Obama´s and the the Clinton´s dealings with Russia vis-a-vis Uranium One? When did high-grade Uranium transfers, nuclear weapons quality with a little post processing, cease being of vital strategic interest to the security of the U.S. and all Americans?

I sincerely hope that this is all true, but it has been three years since they started criminally spying in Trump. It has been longer since Hellary assisted in selling out our uranium to the Russians.
The Demonrats are superb at kicking the can down the road with delays until the mantra becomes, "that is old news, why are you bringing up this ancient history?".
I loved believing in the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus as much as anyone when I was seven years old. More than sixty years later, I am not so inclined to believe in them any more.
I hope and pray I am wrong and Heroic Jeff Sessions, savior of all things right and good, has done a triple ju-jitsu move and set in place the honest DoJ machinery which is whirring away heroically and Constitutionally in the background, and suddenly SuperHuber! will step out of his phone booth in Utah with a pallet of indictments and a gold plated, heroic Grand Jury and we will all live happily ever after with 25-30 DoJ, FBI and CIA traitors in prison, including Hellary.
But I doubt it.

Perhaps God´s test was to give us the Kenyan Klown as the democrat nominee in 2008, to see what we would do.
And we failed the test.
(If God tested Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, why not a test using a community organizer from the hood?)

The standard for grand juries is probable cause to indict (not reasonable doubt). If Huber has been following Horowitz and gathering evidence, he can present the evidence collected to grand jury and get an indictment very quickly. They could conceivably do quite a few per day. In order to prevent bleachbit datacide(like with a cloth), jury tampering, arkanicide, strange scary men in people´s driveways telling witnesses exactly where their children are at that moment, kidnapping of grandchildren, blackmail, and pet murdering this may be his approach.

Nothing at all wrong with your reasoning and your theories, #20, and I hope you are right.
But, I am skeptical at this point that there are more than a few honest folks in DoJ, FBI and CIA or in the entire DC Swamp establishment.

I like Jeff she saved us from the "Gang Of Eight" just by saying anyone who is against this group call congress and let it be known. They did and the phones & computers went down (overload) this was the end of the 8 idiots. Huber is a Democrat let´s hope he is honest
