Robert De Niro: From Raging Bull to Whining Tool

This year, the Cannes festival presented its lifetime achievement award to Robert De Niro. During his acceptance speech, De Niro abused his privilege to attack President Donald Trump baselessly. “In my country, we are fighting like hell for the democracy we once took for granted… That affects all of us here, because art is the crucible that brings people together, like tonight. Art looks for truth. Art embraces diversity. That’s why art is a threat. “That’s why we are a threat to autocrats and fascists. America’s philistine president had himself appointed head of one of our premier cultural institutions [Kennedy Center]. He has cut funding and support to the arts

Robert DeNiro August 17, 1943 (age 81) "De Niro has seven children with four different women — two with his first wife Diahnne Abbott, two more with girlfriend Toukie Smith, and two with his former wife Grace Hightower, as well as the newborn." "Robert De Niro and Tiffany Chen are proud parents. In April 2023, the couple welcomed a baby girl, Gia Virginia Chen De Niro; the actor revealed the first photo of Gia on CBS Mornings that May." April 30, 2025 "Airyn De Niro, daughter of Oscar-winning actor Robert De Niro, opened up about starting hormone therapy and coming out as transgender in an interview published Tuesday." April 16, 2025 Girlfriend "Some reports claim Tiffany Chen is around 45 years old. But others say she was inducted into Inside Kung-Fu magazine's 2011 Hall of Fame at the age of 26, which would make her roughly 40. Bottom line: Her age has not been shared publicly at the time of this writing." Robert, another far-left radical lunatic that is part of the Hollywood "liberal limousine"

He's ruined Godfather II for me. Thankfully James Caan was cast as Sonny In GF1 instead of this moron. He was offered the role of Paulie which he refused. Oh, if only he had accepted it since it would have put him out of the running for Vito in II. Drats!!

Does America have a Muslim problem? 16 replies

In a brief return to Britain, I was concerned to see that London has undergone a dramatic demographic change. The city of my birth is visibly more Muslim than it was even four years ago. On the Tube, I saw more hijabs than baseball caps. The Muslim niqab -- with its full face covering -- is no longer rare. For decades, Brits have not been allowed to question the wisdom of importing large numbers of people into a western society who do not share western values. The Patriot Act: America’s Trojan horse

When the smoke was still rising from the rubble of the Twin Towers, the American people were reeling, grieving—and vulnerable. That vulnerability was weaponized. In one of the most cunning bait-and-switch maneuvers in modern history, our government handed us the Patriot Act—an Orwellian surveillance framework disguised as national defense. We didn’t just get conned—we got conquered. Not by terrorists from abroad, but by tyrants in suits. The Patriot Act was born less than two months after 9/11, passed with breakneck speed, virtually unread by the very members of Congress who signed it into law.

Disgraced former FBI Director, James Comey, mysteriously found seashells on his beach walk listing the numbers, “8647,” which to any half-aware person means, “Assassinate President Trump.” Comey posted on Instagram, “Cool shell formation on my beach walk…” and then after push back, he removed it and posted an imbecilic excuse stating, “I didn’t realize some folks associate those numbers with violence. It never occurred to me, but I oppose violence of any kind, so I took the post down.” What a deranged idiot! It’s time to wear the Trump hats again stating, “Trump was right about everything,” concerning firing Comey

Judge James C. Ho of the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has given voice to what many of us have seen developing over the recent past with the present make-up of the Supreme Court — a not-so-subtle dislike of President Trump, to put it mildly, and an inexplicable tendency to bend over backwards to give members of designated terrorist groups such as Tren de Aragua the benefit of every conceivable doubt. The case of AARP v. Trump dealt with one of the many attempts to secure via forum-shopping that which the far left could never achieve at the ballot box:

As you’ve no doubt heard, when South Africa’s president, Cyril Ramaphosa, appeared in the White House yesterday, President Trump challenged him on the fact that South Africa’s white farmers are being targeted with a new land confiscation law, and are also the victims of targeted attacks, another layer of hazard in a land rife with violent crime. It’s for this reason that Trump gave visas to a paltry 58 white South Africans, sending the Democrats—the same ones who’ve been complacent as upwards of 32 million illegal aliens breached our borders—into paroxysms of race-based rage.

Ed Martin’s nomination to serve as DC Attorney was nuked by Republican Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC). He was in office on an interim basis. Trump selected Jeanine Pirro to replace Martin, who is now a pardon attorney and helming the Department of Justice’s weaponization task force. Martin is looking at Biden’s pardons, specifically the ones issued toward the end of his presidency. They might not be legal. It comes off allegations that Biden aides might have illegally used the autopen. President Trump has asked who was behind the autopen since it’s become clear that Joe Biden was not mentally cogent enough to know what was going on (via The Hill):

If Democrats in Vacationland thought the censure of Rep. Laurel Libby would put an end to the education policy debate surrounding Title IX—and the participation of biological men in women’s sports—they’ve misread the moment, misread federal law, and badly misread their voters. What was meant to silence dissent has only amplified it. What was supposed to end the debate has cracked it wide open. In March, I wrote about how Democrats’ schizophrenic treatment of women’s sports—both existential and irrelevant, depending on the news cycle—was a political liability that helped cost them the 2024 election. Today, in Maine, that liability is becoming a full-blown revolt.

Megyn Kelly was tough but fair. It was a reckoning that was long overdue for an industry that did work to cover up Joe Biden’s apparent health issues. The mental health scheme was something we’ve been saying for years. A minor fall—okay? But the incidents where Joe Biden exhibited signs of aging, dementia, and a degrading memory are too numerous. Something was wrong. We were right, and the legacy press was wrong. This is often the case, but this one was the equivalent of no one noticing the elephant in the room. No, it was knowing the elephant was present

Ah, Jeffrey Epstein. We finally have an official statement from our own side, and it contradicts every last thing our own side has believed now for years. Let’s all approach this analytically. I would be willing to bet that no one reading this right now was there in that jail cell. No one reading right now was on the island, on the plane, or anywhere else relevant to the case. We have secondhand knowledge at best. It is easy to believe a conspiracy theory. It is hard to admit it if you are wrong. Do I think serious crimes were committed? Yes.

I remember reading somewhere that there were those working with James Comey who referred to him as “St. James” Comey because of his absolute certainty that he was always right about everything and had an insufferably smug way of letting you know it. Seemed credible at the time. Seems more credible now. Here’s how Amazon describes his non-fiction book, A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership: In his book, former FBI director James Comey shares his never-before-told experiences from some of the highest-stakes situations of his career in the past two decades of American government, exploring what good, ethical leadership looks like, and how it drives sound decisions.

PORTLAND, Ore. – Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) reintroduced a bill on Friday that could change the way Americans vote across the United States. Initially introduced by Wyden in 2017, the Vote at Home Act would give eligible voters the option to vote by mail (including via drop-off site), provide pre-paid envelopes to return ballots and would automatically register citizens to vote at DMVs. Under the bill, voters who live in states with in-person, same-day voter registration would still have the option to vote at a polling station. The Vote at Home Act would also send ballots in the mail weeks ahead

Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government could lose nearly 60% of its student body if the Trump administration’s attempted ban on international enrollment, temporarily blocked by a judge, takes effect. Last week, a federal judge blocked President Donald Trump from denying Harvard the ability to enroll students on foreign visas. But the administration made clear it intends to stop Harvard from being able to enroll foreigners if it continues to defy the president’s demands that it fight antisemitism and reform its “woke” curriculum and administrative practices. Justices have only worsened the condition with conflicting and at times incomprehensible opinions. Both Democratic and Republican presidents have long argued that federal judges are out of control in issuing national injunctions that freeze the entire executive branch for years on a given policy.
