Ordinary Americans deserve reparations for the establishment’s hugely destructive and decades-long immigration policy, presidential adviser Stephen Miller told a TV interviewer on Saturday. “We all deserve reparations for what has been stolen from us,” Miller told Newsmax TV. “It is a tragedy that defies our ability to even describe it.” Miller explained the case after he was told that Democrat Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse had suggested that Americans pay reparations to Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the deported illegal migrant from El Salvador who is credibly charged with being a wife-beating, human trafficking member of the murderous MS-13 gang.

At least 28 migrants from Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Bluebonnet Detention Center in Anson were bound for Abilene Airport when they suddenly made a U-turn as legal battles raged in Washington over the Trump administration’s use of an 18th-century wartime law to deport migrants without a trial, NBC News footage shows.
The buses, followed by a large motorcade of at least 18 police cruisers from multiple agencies, unexpectedly drove past the airport and hauled it back to the detention center.
The Supreme Court on Monday said it will weigh whether the U.S. Postal Service can be held liable for failing to deliver mail to a Black landlord who claims her carriers discriminated against her because of her race.
The justices agreed to hear the federal government’s appeal of a lower court ruling allowing Lebene Konan to seek damages over claims the USPS intentionally refused to deliver mail to two addresses she leased.

The 24-year-old daughter of Minnesota Democrat governor and failed vice-presidential candidate Tim Walz released a TikTok video in which she claimed that if Jesus Christ lived in the United States, the Trump administration would deport him and claim he was part of a deadly gang.
Walz appeared to be making a reference to 29-year-old Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an illegal alien who was deported to El Salvador and is suspected of being a member of the violent MS-13 gang. Democrats have sought for Garcia to be sent back to the United States, claiming that he has been denied due process.
Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele proposed a prisoner swap to Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on Sunday that involves the over 200 suspected Tren de Aragua gang members deported by the United States in March.
In an X post, Bukele outlined the proposal, which includes El Salvador handing over the 252 Venezuelan migrants deported by President Donald Trump for the same number of “political prisoners” held by the Maduro regime.
“I want to propose a humanitarian agreement that includes the repatriation of 100% of the 252 Venezuelans who were deported, in exchange for the release and delivery of an identical number (252) of the thousands of political prisoners that you hold,” Bukele said.

The multinational logistics company DHL Express said it would suspend global shipments worth more than $800 to American consumers, including from Hong Kong, due to U.S. customs regulatory changes.

It seems clear to me that the broad scope and speed of the administration’s actions have knocked the sense out of the media, the Democrats and, alas, the judiciary. They cannot seem to process the swift and expansive range of change without making themselves look ridiculous.

A Sunshine State resident took to Reddit to share their frightening experience with two creepy reptiles that came up to their home’s front door, which was all captured on the family’s Ring camera.
The footage shows two enormous alligators dilly-dallying around the home’s front porch.

Sunday is a “clearing the spindle” day, and one of the things on my spindle has been Nate Silver’s prediction last week that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, aka AOC, is currently the most likely person to be the Democrat party’s 2028 presidential candidate. Frankly, I think he’s right. She’s telegenic, has name recognition, and manages to make the same politics that killed tens of millions of people in the 20th century seem user-friendly. She’s also Bernie Sanders’ anointed heir, and he missed the nomination in 2016 and 2020 only because the Democrat party panicked.
