President Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky apologized to Trump in a letter after a explosive public argument during an Oval Office meeting. “Zelensky sent a letter to the president. He apologized for that whole incident that happened in the Oval Office,” Witkoff said Monday on Fox News. “I think that it was an important step and there’s been a lot of discussion between our teams and the Ukrainians and the Europeans who are relevant to this discussion as well.” U.S. and Ukrainian officials are set to meet in Saudi Arabia this week to pick back up on peace negotiations to end the war with Russia.

Trump should tell him: no more help. No more money. No more weapons. He’s on his own. Tell him to go talk to the French, English and Germans.

The IQ level of the russkie and uke matches the wattage output of a burned out 10 watt light bulb. All those thousands of dead on both sides, soldiers and civilians, with Puttie and Voldo, personally, still standing says it all. Why not just put Puttie and Voldo in a wire cage and let them fight it out until only one is left standing. Then, put a bullet in the head of the winner. Replace this with "war", i.e., rinse and repeat as needed.

Not good enough. He marched into yhe Oval Office for what was tio have been the public signing of a rare earth minerals deal. Instead he pitched a fit and had to be marched out. He should do a very public apology to the President and the American people. After all, he's talking publicly to his latest passel of "marks". Otherwise the American alphabet should end with Y.

IF he did I doubt it is genuine, he just realized he needs our money and our weapons. Now according to reports his consorts with the Europeans has lead to an attack on Moscow..bad move for someone who says he wants peace. He goes with the direction of the wind, can't trust him, sounds more like escalation, than wanting a cease fire, this goes for Russia too, but Zelensky insulted our president in the oval office and he took too long for a fake appology if there was one.Time for us to let Europe defend Europe.

The postscript of the letter probably said this, "Mister President please don't forget I, I mean my country needs more of your taxpayers hard earned money." The bottom line is that's all those ungrateful ingrates like Zelensky care about.

Zelenski came to America for more money and Trump insisted on peace talks, then Zelenski threw 60 drones onto Moscow as a peace gesture. Screw that guy. Cut him off totally and do not even think of having him back in America.

President Donald Trump announced Tuesday his plan to double tariffs on Canadian steel and aluminum despite negative market reactions to the trade war. “have instructed my Secretary of Commerce to add an ADDITIONAL 25% Tariff, to 50%, on all STEEL and ALUMINUM COMING INTO THE UNITED STATES FROM CANADA, ONE OF THE HIGHEST TARIFFING NATIONS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. This will go into effect TOMORROW MORNING, March 12th,” Trump posted on Truth Social. Markets reacted negatively to Trump’s latest tariffs, with the Dow Jones dropping by nearly 600 points as Wall Street continues to worry about the possibility of a recession. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq both lowered slightly Tuesday

Ruth Marcus is leaving the Washington Post. What a loss. What a loss. Marcus is one of the many liberal columnists at the Post who are upset at Jeff Bezos' decision to move the paper's Opinion Page in a more liberty-friendly direction, promoting free market ideas and personal liberty rather than the soft-socialism usually found on the pages of the Post. In one way I applaud Marcus for taking a stand for principle; in another, I am inclined to roll my eyes. As a 66-year-old she is a spring chicken by Washington standards, hardly eligible by age to become a junior Senator.

Jamie White was found badly wounded outside his home on Douglas Street around midnight in a slaying that Jones blamed on Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza. Officers from Austin Police Department responded to 911 calls reporting a man with 'obvious signs of trauma.' White was rushed to a nearby hospital where he later died from his injuries. Police have called the incident a homicide but have not identified any suspects. The slaying had been investigated as a shooting/stabbing but authorities have not released additional information.

Harvard has announced a hiring freeze, although they don’t quite call it that. Yes, we now have an administration that is opposed to anti-Semitism. Effective immediately, Harvard will implement a temporary pause on staff and faculty hiring across the University. The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear a case that could determine if mental health professionals in the United States can legally engage in conversations aimed at helping young clients struggling with their gender identity to accept their biological sex. The case, Chiles v. Salazar, involves a Christian counselor in Colorado, Kaley Chiles, who sued over a state law that prohibits so-called “conversion therapy” for minors. Her lawyers with the conservative Alliance Defending Freedom, or ADF, say the government’s one-sided censorship of private conversations between clients and counselors violates the First Amendment’s free-speech protections.
